Hyvää: viihtyisä aulatila ja keskeinen sijainti Huonoa: pieni huone jossa hankalaa istua muualla kuin sängyllä, näköala kadulle jossa tietyö eli käytännössä ei näköalaa mutta et voi tietää etukäteen missä kerroksessa huone tulee olemaan, aamiaishuone täyttyy nopeasti jolloin syötävä alakerran ikkunattomassa tilassa, aamiaisella on perustuotteet ei mitään erityisen herkullista eikä vastaa neljän tähden hotellin tasoa, nälkäisenä ei tarvitse lähteä mutta aamiaisen takia en palaisi tähän hotelliin, nyt on kesä: laittakaa tuoreita marjoja ei pakasteesta, jotakin ekstraa: pöytiin tilattavat annokset, suolainen itse tehty piirakka, savulohi, herkullinen jälkiruokakakku... 21.7 n klo 8.30 alasalin aamiaispöydässä kylmiä papuja tomaattikastikkeessa, munakokkeli ja puuro myös haaleita, pekoni näytti palaneelta, puhtaat lautaset/kahvikupit olivat likaisia (ruoanjämiä). Kuntoilu rappukäytävässä, hyvä idea mutta se ei ole miellyttävä koska käytävä kuumenee aurinkoisena päivänä

I have alot to say about this hotel and most of its negative. First of all there are too many people and i’m not counting in the people who live in the hotel, im counting the ones who just sit in the lobby and drink with their friends and its disturbing. The elevators are too small. We took a room for three and it was awful, they put on bed just on the floor and the room was already cramped. The service was at the lobby was nice i guess, but the parking is awful at first i couldn’t even find it,because it dosent even have a parking sign!! The breakfast was cold, crusty and the food option isint that big only for chesse?! The smoking sign is right to the entrance?? I do NOT reccomend this hotel!!!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The location is great. We were able to find parking in the garden of the hotel by paying an extra fee. The breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels in the region. The hotel has been recently renovated. Rooms were fine. We were delighted that the personal care items were selected from Rituals.

Siisti hotelli. Paikka on täydellinen, ihan keskustassa. Kävellen satamasta pääsee vartissa. Vastapäätä on Virukeskus. Huoneet ovat pienet mutta erittäin siistit! Palvelu ystävällistä. Aamupala oli erittäin runsas ja kuului hintaan.

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Miinuksina pienet hissit, jonka takia hissiä usein täytyy odottaa. Useampi vastaanottovirkailija kuin 2kpl, olisi hyvä,kun tiedetään odottaa useamman henkilön ryhmiä kerralla saapuvaksi. Ei ollut kiva melkein tuntia seistä jonossa. WC:n roskis olisi hyvä käydä tyhjentämässä päivittäin ei joka toinen päivä.

Paikka on kyllä hyvällä maulla sisustettu mutta huone oli melkoisen pieni eikä mitään istumapaikkaa ollut muuta kuin sänky joka oli korkea ja johon piti hypätä keskelle ettei liukunut alas, koska jos istut reunalla niin et pysy siinä. Aamiainen ei kovin sykähdyttänyt. Ainoa hyvä puoli oli, että se oli järjestetty kahteen kerrokseen niin ei tarvinnut paljon jonotella. Täällä henkilökunta on ystävällistä, jota on vieläkin valitettavan vähän Virossa. Aula tilat on mukavat ja sitä on reilusti.

Erittäin korkeet ja pehmeet sängyt. Ehkä vähän liiankin pehmeet. Aamupala monipuolinen ja maistuva. Huoneen jääkaappi todella pieni. Jääkaapissa olleet tuotteet mahtuivat ainoastaan sinne... Omia juomia ei juurikaan. Hissit aika hitaat.

Hyvä hotelli aivan keskustassa, Viru ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Hotelli oli rauhallinen. Yöllä ei huoneeseen kuulunut mitään liikenteen ääniä. Aamupala sujui rauhallisesti ei ollut mitään jonottamisia mihinkään pisteeseen. Noutopöytä oli järjestetty aivan loistavasti. Ja aamupalavalikoima oli todella kattava ja monipuolinen. Suosittelen hotellia aivan lämpimästi.

Good hotel, nothing special. Very small parking. Near the downtown.

Basic rooms. Ventilation in common spaces were poor. At the moment there is a massive construction beside the hotel. Not so easy to access. Costumer service is not Estonian's best part. Breakfast was good.

Good location. Nice customer service. Unfortunately the street in front the hotel is a construction zone, which is very noisy 8-18. The construction noise was audible in our 9th floor room. The room was very comfortable and nice. The windows were not very well sound-proofed as we heard traffic all night.

Location excellent, Hotel nice after refurbishing, rooms comfortable. Staff needs training in communication, guest does not need to be lectured, simply an explanation with a smile would be enough. Then there are staff members who simply do not say the least good morning,

Tiny tiny elevators that smell like urine. Too many people in hotel, can not order room service because of the restaurant not being able to handle volume. Couldn’t even get breakfast because too many people. Do not stay here, it’s disgusting

Really nice hotel and the best thing is, thats totally in Tallinn center so you can walk here from anywhere and anytime without using taxy or bus in center.

I was having lunch here, there was maximum 10 more clients here at the same time. After waiting for 45 min for my food, I decided to go and ask how much more should I wait. The waitress was nice and told me that they had a big group coming in and it should be maybe maximum 15 minutes more. Now it has been 20 minutes since and no food to be seen. For these prices, I would never come here to eat again.

All good, location right in the center of the city surrounded by everything. Absolutely perfect choice especially daring winter that no need to take taxi to get anything we need. All just within walking distance ❤ 😘 ❤

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, spacious room and clean everywhere. Location is great and only 10 mins walk to old town. Love: gym along stairs, staff in reception, room space... Suggestion: We had family room there. The room is quite big, but if you can add some extra furnitures there, it looks much better. such as: a floor lamp(the spotlight in the roof is too light.) and maybe a small desk. Will come back when visiting Tallinn next time.

Absolutely love this hotel. It has been recently modernised but even before that it was great. Rooms are cozy and you can adjust the temperature as you wish.... The bathrooms are in a Nordic style and they have Rituals cosmetics that smell great. Also, I love the breakfast... I mean they even have smoked salmon or ice-cream among many other things. Everyone is polite and kind. Is extra clean and modern.

There was a second AC in my room which could not be turned off, even when the security turned off electricity completely in the room, it was still on. Blowing cold air directly onto the bed and disturbingly loud. Eventually the hotel reception gave me a different room, that had only one AC, but it was facing the outside unit of the air ventilation of the building, and the noise kept coming in through the windows. Much less disturbing but if somebody has any problem with constant electric noise, like me, its still far from convenient. Windows can’t be opened, so the only way to get “fresh air” is through the dry AC. Good things I can list are that the breakfast had gluten free and milk/dairy free options, internet was working overall, and the hotel staff is helpful, although had no real solution to the noise problem. Aaand there is no fitness or gym in this hotel. It’s the stairs they refer to as fitness, you can walk up and down on the stairs to exercise… I wouldn’t return for sure.

The hotel doesn't have own parking lot and if arriving at the entrance with car, have to drive around whole center of Tallinn for entering Viru parking garage. At least person in reception couldn't tell any easier route or place. A standard room is clean and very small and tight. For the price of 142 € per night, I would expect a bigger room. I thought about buying a beer at the lobby bar, but there was only one bartender and after waiting for a while, I decided to go without a beer. WIFI in the room is too slow even reading Facebook, so for doing my works it's absolutely too slow. It would seem that I have been to this hotel twice now, the first time and the last time.

Everything is just BAD about this hotel. 1. They don’t allow to check in before you fully pay the price for the whole stay. I had only dollars, and after 11 hours of traveling I had to go to exchange money. 2. There is no sleepers, bathrobe and water in the room. I asked for bathrobe, it came - grey Color and half polyester. The was no shower gel in my room. 3. The room had two small beds instead of one big. And nobody told me that before check in. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, please pay extra 50 euros and stay at swisshotel!

We spent 3 nights here on a city break to Tallinn. It's situated in a good location to explore the old town and is well equipped and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room is built to a high standard, bed is comfortable, bathroom facilities are great and kept very clean. Our only misgivings were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the rooms are a little small for any longer stays. However, with that aside, it was pretty much perfect for the city break we took. If you do stay here make sure to try the nearby RØST Bakery and R14 restaurants - they were amazing.

A clean, well-priced stay! Pros: - Newly renovated. The hotel is clean and offers a variety of services - Indoor ”track” offers a stair running opportunity for those who want to get a workout in. Unclear if there was an actual gym though. - Bar downstairs is comfy and service is good. - Location is excellent, right next to Viru-center Cons: - Nothing meaningful (outside the gym). This is a very solid stay and well worth the money for those who want a quality hotel near city center.

Nice new rooms. Nice view from higher floors. Very good location. Small and expensive parking. Terrible situation with a breakfast - not enough tables for a guests. If you will come a little bit later it could be that you wouldn't get a food. Hotel have big problems with a cleaning. They politic is that they clean rooms every second day. But oh no!! During all the week no one came in the room 🫣😁I lived in the hotel more than month so it was not nice to go and ask to clean the room all the time. I want to believe that they will manage these problems as soon as possible.
