If you’re an loyal Hilton customer (diamond) do not stay here. Upgrade to a suite only for an surcharge, for what I am spending my nights with Hilton, when there is no elite member recognition? Also the SPA will be closed, due maintenance. If I would knew that in advance, I would never have booked this hotel….. Update: The lounge benefit is ridiculous, just wanted to drink a soda, apparently there are no drinks in the Lounge available. So the lounge is useless before the “Happy Hour”.

Without no further doubt the best hotel in Tallinn. Close to city center and even to the port of Tallinn. Luxury rooms to decent prices and excellent service! The hotel is also host to one of the largest casinos in Estonia. Food is tasty!

(+) We had a very pleasant stay, the spa is great and the room modern. (-) Just be careful because water in the room (outside minibar) is charged 3.5 whereas there is no price on them. We thought it was a welcoming gift. And when ordering food to your room, they charge you 6 euros for each "delivery", it is so expensive, and it is written so small on the menu that we didn't see it. It is almost hidden.... We never saw that before in other hotel.

It used to be a excellent place to stay but now it's gone. In the morning buffet they never serve any tea or coffee, never bring baby chair and ask you to do it yourself showing where the high chair is. Toilet floor is dirty and sticky. It's still okay place to stay but do not expect to be treated as a 4 star hotel guests.

The best hotel in Tallinn! We celebrated my birthday here for the second time, everything was perfect as last time and they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine! We are very thankful :) Certainly coming back again.

The smell in this hotel is one of the nicest smells I have ever experienced, the service is spectacular and the rooms are neat, clean and well equipped. Hilton hotel met all our expectations and even exceeded them. It has one of the best views of the city and the sea.

Lovely hotel in a great location within an easy walk of most of central Tallinn. Very clean, tidy and well organised. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Big rooms, nice restaurant and the breakfast is quite extensive. Just a few minutes by taxi to the airport and walking distance to the ferry port. Highly recommended.

The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean, we have a lovely view of Central Tallinn. The bed is big enough and comfortable. Love modern, but practical interiors. The bathroom has enough space for my toiletries and is light enough to do make-up. I've had cocktails at the bar and they were delicious and professionally made by a friendly and welcoming bartender. Breakfast has a wide variety of food, cannot fault it so far. I'm enjoying every minute here, it's relaxing and not too busy. I'm writing this review at their spa on the second floor. 😉 Pool is warm and the sauna is hot enough(~90°). there are sun loungers outside and inside, and again overall spa is clean and comfortable. I've booked a facial and a massage at the spa on the same day as usually, hotels don't have availability on the same day or the next day. I'd highly recommend it to anyone, it's family-friendly too and kids are having a great time. 😀

We can only eat certain things and that can often be challenging in hotels. The team here, after some nudging, put effort in to catering to our needs. We spent four days at the hotel and it felt like there was an emphasis on their team feeling empowered and guests feeling welcome

Fantastic location and amenities. Executive lounge and breakfast had large selections for multiple dietary preferences. Received a room upgrade on arrival; the staff genuinely appreciates your Hilton loyalty.

It depends on your purpose of visit but I’d totally recommend staying at the Hilton Park Tallinn! The extremely friendly staff, a nice and fresh breakfast buffet, beautiful rooms with great view, and one of the best restaurants in town. A big selection of premium cuts, burgers, and drinks served with nothing but a smile. A rooftop, beautiful and relaxing spa, 24/7/ gym, and a fun casino to hang out at night!

It is OK hotel, their main problem is communication between different units. Receptionist told us that there are no COVID-19 restrictions at the SPA, however when we went there they had clear restrictions and we had to wait 1 hour before getting into SPA. I am not against restrictions, but the front desk should know exactly what are the rules at the hotel. I guess, it was a trainee working at front desk, as I kindly asked for extra towels, he promised to deliver to the room. But, after 1 hour of waiting, and still missing towels, I picked them up by myself. It is not that I am lazy, but rather that a promise is a promise. Moreover, I had prepared some tip for the service, but had to tip myself. Also, as we had 2 cats with us we had to Pay 60euro for them, which is OK. However, we did not get the promised pet foodplates which were included in the 60 euro pet fee. So, do not expect to get anything extra for the petfee, I guess it covers only the extra room cleaning. Funny enough, there are no special pet-special rooms, all rooms can take pets. I just hope that they clean rooms well and that the person using our room was not alergic to cats. Anyhow, next time Swissotel and not Hilton.

A fairly new hotel in Tallinn. It was opened in 2016 and now it's my turn to check out this hotel. Located not in the old town, 15 minutes on foot from the town hall... Stayed for one night at the end of October 2023. The room is spacious, large bathroom and shower. The room had a kettle and everything you need for tea and coffee. Slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer. The lighting is well planned. Polite and professional staff. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. A diverse selection of products, you can ask to make an omelet or scrambled eggs on the spot. One small minus with regards to breakfast - it's strange, but there were no potatoes... Overall - a solid five points. I recommend.

Great hotel, nice rooms. The toilet in the hotel room did not have a proper door, this is not convenient. Wifi in decent quality is payable, which is obnoxious (free option is slow and unstable), this should be changed, as it must be expected when you pay 200 € per night

Rooms are big and superb. Always extra clean. Conference rooms are excellent for business purposes, lot of natural light, unlike most hotel conference rooms. Also, the hotel has great location.

This is an amazing hotel. one of the best in Hilton chain. The rooms, amenities, food, staff all beyond the expectations. Tip - take sauna upon arrival, especially after transcontinental flight.

I had a reservation for 4 nights.  After 3 days, they tried to evict me from the hotel, indicating that I had a reservation for 3 nights.  I was lucky, because I had a reservation voucher and was able to prove that the reservation was still 4 nights.  In terms of service, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.  After an unsuccessful attempt to evict me, I did not find towels in my room.  Further, one of the staff was apparently very hungry, because I did not find my bun in my room.  The last point - when I had to check out, at the reception I was told that I had to pay for the mini-bar (although I did not use it).  After a long explanation - they returned my deposit to me (be ready to leave a deposit of 100 € upon check-in).  As for breakfast - the potato was raw.  In general, I can say one thing, the room is beautiful, the breakfast is not very good, the service is terrible.  There was an impression that everything was done in order not to return the deposit.  Impossible to recommend Hilton Hotel in Tallin.

a wonderful place, I received aesthetic ecstasy when I admired the "white nights" from the comfortable bed, which was at a great height. I recommend this hotel, especially for traveling alone: this place will help you find harmony with your inner self and enjoy your trip ❤️

Great and pleasant stay. View from room is just amazing, room isn’t small and nicely decorated. Great that hotel is pet friendly, we were staying with dog and hotel provided dog bed and bowl, thanks for that.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's located a short walk from the medieval old town, and stunning beaches. The room is clean, quiet and spacious. The bed is firm and comfortable ( no "pot holes" from loosened springs). I've 1108, possibly the best room in the hotel with a fantastic view of the park, old town and the sea. Free flow of drinks and snacks for the executive rooms (toad : ). There are numerous shipping malls, groceries, eateries and shops within reach. There are interesting F&Bs in the port area that make it worth a side visit by itself.

Nice and quiet hotel, friendly staff. Clean rooms but maybe a bit hard beds. Good breakfast and gluten free options available. A bit far from old town but good restaurants nearby. I didn't test spa, gym or restaurant.

I have stayed here multiple times for many reasons. The interior design is fenomenally beautiful and stylish. Rooms are comfy and personell always friendly. Breakfast is maybe the best I have seen among the hundreds of different hotels I have stayed at.

Bit out the centre, but high quality, and the during the summer, the best sunbathing terrace in the spa area. Nice views, good breakfast and excellent restaurant. Compared to Swiss, doesn't have rooftop restaurant, or weather proof passage to nearest department store Stockmann (bit difficult to find). Both are my favorites in Tallinn after quite many stay overs.

I went for a spa day (not as a guest, as a walk-in). The ladies at reception took care of me, walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. I had a 90 minute massage, facial was included! It was amazing, the massage was fantastic, everything smelt and felt great. I ended up staying 2 more hours after my massage and just layed by the pool, used the hot tub and saunas. It was very quiet and peaceful. If I hadn't gotten hungry I would have probably ended up staying even longer. I'm a sucker for relaxation! Definately going again!

Very comfortable and spacious rooms with plenty of amenities. We also visited the spa one night and it was fantastic. It has a pool, hot tub, steam sauna and dry sauna. My only criticism would be that parking costs 22 EUR a night but I also understand.

Fantastic hotel, spacious rooms, very nice staff. Rich breakfast, I am currently on a diet but that was no problem. Fitness room is much better than avearge standard in a hotel, - more equipment.

Convenient location for visiting the old city. Approximately 15 minute walk to the VIRU gate. Spacious rooms. Make sure your room rate includes the breakfast buffet - it's worth it. Great spa on second floor with steam and dry saunas.

We enjoyed our time at the Hilton Park Hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Also, the air conditioner was a great addition in July! Finally, they have pools and saunas to enjoy. We will be back!

I really liked the Hilton Tallinn; the room was spacious and the bed was excellent. One flaw was that you can't mirror your device from the room's TV. This is something that is a given in almost all other hotels. We had anniversary dinner at the hotel's restaurant. When being seated we were congratulated and that's it. We ordered some drinks but they never came, as the waitress explained while clearing our plates that the bar is unfortunately closes. It would have been nice to know that and maybe there would have been some drinks that don't require a bartender. We were planning to leave, but the waitress offered to comp our dessert since we didn't get our drinks. The restaurant wasn't really full in the middle of the week, but the staff were very busy. The breakfast was in the same restaurant and it was okay, but could have been even more varied. The downstairs lobby bar had some very delicious drinks and a nice atmosphere. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and there was no cleaning during those days. Luckily we're not that messy or dirty. Other than those few shortcomings the hotel is nice and good quality. It's situated conveniently but not in the middle of everything. It has some catching up to do to compete with the Swissotel, but we will likely return some day.

This is the best hotel i have ever been too. The rooms are beatiful and the view is amazing. Large choice of food during breakfast. The pool is 1.2m deep and has a nice view of an outdoor terrace. There is a jacuzzi right next to it and there are 2 saunas. It is close to the D terminal of the Tallinn Port and is not too far away from the Old Town. Public transport is also in close proximity. Parking lot is underground. Definetly recommend.

The hotel is really good in terms of the views and the interiors. Hospitality and food is great as well. We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the near by places and this hotel is actually very near to the old town of Tallin with main attractions and restaurants. Bus stop and the tram stop as well is walkable. Rooms are good with great city views as well as partial sea views from higher floors. If possible, spend some time in their well maintained pool facility including Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna. One thing which we didn't like as a family is the toxic entrance. 90% of the time the entrance is full of smoke, may be due to a Casino in the same building. Not good for kids at all. Overall a nice experience!

We have stayed in about 50+ different Hilton hotels around the world. This one is the best of them all ⭐️ Touched by the attentive stuff and services, amazing breakfast, SPA and beautiful room with a view. Attention to the details is also on top - they even have a “kids check in” at the front desk. Keep up with such a good work and services, we are planning to come back. Very impressed.

I left a parcel at reception for a guest as a thank you gift. I would think that, as in any decent hotel they would put it in his room, but, my friend left without his gift because reception cannot do their work properly!! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!

Wow, easily one of the best hotels I stayed and better than a lot 5 star hotels. Rooms are vast, staff is really friendly, gym spacious and well equiped. Pool, whirlpool and sauna nice. Breakfast good with live cooking. Thanks for having us.

Stayed at this hotel around 10 times. One of the best Hiltons out of many I stayed across the Europe. Unfortunately experienced small congestion during check-in, however understandable, as business now can experience lack of staff during this times. Overall extremely satisfied. Many thanks for the Team.

Exelent hotel the rooms are clean but a little dusty the bathroom is great with wide space. A great place for familys or for couples. The pool is small but the steam room is amazing the with a perfect temperature and sauna is great. The restaurant there is good and the food there is heavenly the best food for sure. One of the best hotels I have been to.

The hotel is nice and fresh, but the personell is not the best. Everything was excellent a few years ago but this time there were many mistakes and the personnel overall was very uncharismatic and uncreative. The background is below. Still, nice hotel and nice view from the rooms. For some reason they didn't give us bathrobes because of corona (can't image why corona would affect their ability to place bathrobes in booked rooms). Tried to call the reception but no one answered (tried regular phone and hotel line). At this point me and my wife were already planning to go downstairs to the spa, so this was a bit annoying. I went down to the reception, and the receptionist said she would make sure someone would come up to our room with bathrobes, but no one had came 30 minutes later (and I explicitly said that we were going very soon). I then went to the spa and asked if they could give us bathrobes there, and I am quite sure I heard yes (but the masks of course make it difficult to hear), but when we got there she said we could rent them for 3 €, and it did not matter that we were hotel guests. So down to the reception I had to go, to finally get my bathrobes 40 minutes after we had hoped to already be in the spa. This problem could very easily have been solved if the receptionist had given me bathrobes the first time or if the spa receptionist had been creative enough to realize that she would not have lost anything by giving us the bathrobes we hoped to receive for free. It's the same bathrobes in the whole hotel anyway. We also did not get room service the next day, and we were running out of body wash (the tubed they give you initially are very small). This is really not what I expected from a supposedly nice hotel. The general way that many of the staff interact with their guests is also not what you would expect as a hotel guest, they were very neutral. It is their job to be helpful, positive, and friendly, but that is not what I saw. The restaurant, The able butcher, is also overrated in my opinion, but that deserves a review on its own. Still, the hotel is very nice and the view is excellent.

One of my absolute favorite Hilton hotels worldwide. Big rooms, lovely pool/spa area and first class restaurant. Staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating. Very professional.

📍19min on foor or 9 min by car from Old town , great location to have the best views of the city 🖼designed as classic Hilton. Rooms on the upper floors open a great view either of the Old town from one side and the skywheel -on the other side. A nice restaurant with good service and food. 🧖‍♀️the spa is quite small, but has different lounge areas,a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a small pool. 🅿️underground paid parking 💶price for Hilton is quite affordable even for the rooms with a view. But if you're looking for a budget option-this is not the one.

  • 4/5 Pauline D. 2 years ago on Google
Modern, state of the art hotel with airy hallways and a beautiful bar. We treated ourselves to a corner suite which has the best view over the town. It's close to the business center, a little more of a walk from the old town and not too many restaurants, pubs, ... around. The hotel does have a nice restaurant that's meat-based (sorry for vegetarians!). The gym & pool close mid-day which is a pity because the pool & sauna area are well equiped, nicely lit and very inviting.

  • 2/5 Chris C. 1 year ago on Google
This isn't really a Hilton. The Hilton Diamond Reservation Desk cannot modify your reservation, there is a zero change policy, room service = not (its an independent restaurant that delivers to your room but can't bill your room and is not affiliated with the hotel), the receptionist in the executive lounge has a "guests are here to serve me" attitude, it's not within walking distance of downtown, and there are no Diamond perks (not even bottled water: a Hilton standard). The property is beautiful but the fundamentals of running a modern hotel do not exist at this location. If you're used to standard Hilton practices, you're going to be disappointed.

Hotel was nice but the hotel staff made this experience quite a mess.. first of the hotel spa area there was 2 adult guys doing a proper swimming training by hitting me and my girlfriend the staff from hotel reception didn't do any kind of actions on this. Cleaning services running around 6pm in the evening when you are tying to put yourself into dinner. Elsewhise everything was ok but for making a customer to run back and forth isn't a thing that should happend.

  • 5/5 Alpha B. 1 year ago on Google
Love the rooms, the hotel is so classic and the hotel is really in harmony with all of the components of lights colours and is for all people. The prices are not the Lowest, bit is still in Range that the normal family still can afford the good luxus The Hilton Hotel gives. Super friendly and serviced minded staff. This is my newest favourite Hilton hotel. The location is not the best, seem from my point of view. I like more life around hotels. But that is only me. I Think that Hilton should be very proud of this Hilton Hotel. The Hilton Hotel that was my Favourite before was in China Shenzhen Island. Now Tallinn has taken the spot.

Big spacious rooms. The service is top notch. Love their pool and amenities. The only thing was that the air conditioning for my room was not working well, and it wasn't fixed even after making a complaint to the front desk.

Very clean, well kept and a comfortable environment. Downsides first, check in is late. This seems to be a trend now, but an 3PM check in is not convenient. Many flights arrive early and you are left sitting and waiting. To top it off, the bar in the lobby doesn’t open till 5PM. But the rooms are amazing! Nice size, comfortable bed, very clean and new. The bathroom is amazing. The shower and tub are huge. Parking is pricy at $22 a day. Guests who are staying there should be free.

Very clean and beautiful hotel! The rooms are spectacular and the service from all employees is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If I’m ever in Tallinn this is where I’ll be staying. I had an issue with my room thermostat not working and upon letting the staff know this morning they are sending an engineer up to hopefully fix it asap, you couldn’t ask for anything better! Thank you and I highly recommend this Hilton! By far the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at!

Modern great location view and service. I am missing from the rooms the little things. Like a shoe polish or other small things that could be useful during a business trip. Other than that everything was great (The team in the front desk, the bar and the breakfast)

Spent 3 days 2 nights there. Location is not far from the old town and also wuthin walking distance with a lot of shopping malls and a supermarket just nearby. The room was big and modern, nice bedding and linen, towels are clean, great amenities, very comfy. Bathroom has a bath tub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet and its also spacious enough. Check in was fast and easy, with a very friendly staff helping me with the check in process. The gym was not big but still acceptable, and the indoor pool are nice with a jacuzzi and a steam room and a sauna that can be used without an extra charge.

Only visited the spa and enjoyed the tropical warmth a lot for relaxing during a cold day during Christmas, when almost everything in the city was closed. The 60min massage was wonderful, both for relieving tension and relaxing. The spa area with pool and saunas is included in over 60min treatments, so found that pretty decent value. (Without treatment a day pass is 30€).
