I LOVED Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn. The Zen room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, including cotton sheets, various pillows, a mini fridge and a spa bath. The air con was great, kept the room at the temperature I wanted without being noisy and meant I could shut out the street sounds at night (although there weren’t many). It was easy walking distance to most things I needed including the Old Town and Creative City, plus it was on several bus routes. Breakfast was an array of hot and cold choices served from 7-10. Just one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Thank you Hotel Kreutzwald!

A very welcoming hotel with a great staff. An extra thanks to Dajana in the reception, fantastic service and made our stay great! We had the Zen-room and it had a nice deep tub and some extra space, recommended! The roomtype included one hour of free private time in the spa in the morning wich was a great start on the day. A nice hotel!

Good hotel. We were sent here after our flight was cancelled and were pleasantly surprised. Good location and nice clean room. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices.

Great place for 2 to 3 people to stay but the location is not so good. The room was good and all but the service was low. Room service takes a long time to reach and it often comes cold otherwise all is good. The location is empty with less or almost no people and the top rated places are very far away.

The hotel has a really nice structure and the rooms are exquisite. The receptionist was really rude and he ruined my morning. I took the "Love is in the air" package which includes a bottle of sparkling wine, a fruit platter and some rose petals around the room. I asked before my stay which sparkling wine was included and nobody answered me. I discovered afterwards that it was a cheap cava, from which I drunk just one glass. I asked the receptionist for the cork or an alternative solution to avoid that the sparkling goes away and to bring the bottle with me. He described my request ridiculous (out loud, as it was not possible to keep that thought for himself.). I had to leave a full bottle of sparkling wine there even though I paid for it and I was insulted.

Hotel rates them self as 4 star, but actual would be solid 2,5 stars. Nothing wrong for a quick stay, not complaining, but rating is not correct. Bit old antique feeling in the rooms, breakfast is ok. Didn't use other facilities. Location bit far from centrum and not much interesting around the hotel.

Wow I love it here, got a classical massage which was fantastic, just what I needed. My ZEN room was so cozy with bubble bath inside, the bath made a pretty loud noise when turning on the bubbles thing, but if I didn’t use it, it was okay. I love the location, took a Bolt electric scooter and hoovered around the city. The breakfast was so- so, it was little and nothing much for vegan, but got my tummy full. So I’m overall satisfied and will be back again soon, what a nice little getaway just for myself🥰

Zen room with yacuzzi bathtub was very nice, bed was nice etc. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. If you arrive with car the parking is expensive and there aren't enough parking space all the time. Breakfast was ok but very narrow. It's the little things that matters like fresh made coffee (not automat) and chocolate spread etc. Soundproofing could be better.

Wonderful to stay for a tourist trip to Tallinn. Little bit outside of downtown. The restaurant in the basement offers excellent pizzas.

I have been sleeping in this hotel for (in total) more than 400 nights, and it is always improving. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms and housekeeping are also good. Special regards for the people in the restaurant, hard workers and after all this time very good friends. Menu is good, and qualtity of the food also. I don't even bother to go to the old centre, but ok, I'm not a tourist, I'm here for busines I must be the longest staying guest by now, and I get rewarded as being so with free room upgrades. It's my home whenever I am working in Estonia. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Siisti huone.

Ajatelimme kokeilla jotain uutta, aina tulee valittua samat hotellit.

Floor of the rooms was very cold even after hours of warming up. The chefs sadly don't know to properly cut meat after cooking. Meat was done nicely but the truly unprofessional cutting of the chicken made it a whole lot drier and lost taste. How do you hire chefs that can't cut meat? XD 😂😆

Aikaa nähnyt hotelli jonka huoneet aika kulahtanut.

Gluteeniton tarjonta olematon. Ei esim. Gluteenitonta leipää saatavilla ja alacarte listalla vaihtoehtona lähinnä salaatti. Huonojalkaiselle huono vaihtoehto. Portaita on paljon. Aamiaiselle päästääkseen on kuljettava pitkiä kierrerappusia. Lähellä ei kahviloita tms. Huoneen sänky oli oli todella hyvä.

Once a four-star rated hotel, now time has taken its toll.Locating nearby old town and Kristiine shopping mall. Bed and bath(jacuzzi) were good, breakfast missing real coffee but bacon and scrumbled eggs saved the days.

At Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn, I visited the Spa facilities. I got a so called Friends package, which included a serving of fruits and smoothies, an hour at the pool & sauna place and two treatments. I receiver a coconut-oil body massage and a facial treatment. The massage was absolutely fantastic, super relaxing and the masseuse was using the perfect combination of pressure! The facial treatment included some cremes with sea vitamins, which had an interesting texture and left me with a super clean face. My friend got a coffee-chocolate body scrub, which left her with smooth skin and a full body massage that was enjoyable. The staff is really sweet as well, so overall great experience!

Really professional staff, extremely quiet room considering the hotel is located in the city center, perfect size pillows and blackout curtains. What else can you ask for? :)

Great 4-star hotel in Tallinn. Surprisingly quiet despite a location near a busy road. Their newest renovated rooms are beautiful. A good choice with great value for money in the Estonian capital.

The overall experience was good but not great. First of all, reception almost charged me for parking, which i had payed for before. We got the Romantic spa break package and when we go to the room, there was no Romantic setting in the room (rose petals, sparkling wine, and fruits). Soo we had to go back to the reception and ask. After a few minutes of looking for the papers, the receptionist said, that the rose petals and fruits were in the Spa section. Honestly, its great that the rose petals were there, since the spa itself was really underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, the room itself and the steam sauna looked modern, but the swimming pool looked way too many years old and the water itself was cold (no where close to the Japan pool temperature). At this point, we didn't even bother saying anything to the receptionist, because we only had 1 hour of spa time and warming up the water would probably take half of that. Soo now to the good part. The massage. The staff was very friendly and i think at one point i actually fell asleep due to the relaxation. The room had also seen better days and the TV remote and walls were a bit dirty. Could really use a proper clean and a scrub. So the only reason im not giving it 2/5 is the massage. So i will end this review with breakfast, which wasn't also terrible, but nothing special. You get a pancake, maybe some fruit, some bacon and eggs. Which i guess is fine, but again nothing special. So if you are looking for a private spa inside of the city, maybe just get the massage from here and stay the night in another hotel.

Excellent service, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, and a room that exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend!

From the first look all is fine but a jacuzzi is old and leaking, but a breakfast I really liked, even if we are in Covid time, you find almost all possible food and some specialties. With WiFi also all was fine and friendly staff always are ready to help. The room is warm that is especially important in winter.

👍👍 Just Super! Extremely neat and clean atmosphere 👌.
