I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was an experience out of the ordinary. And I don’t mean that in a good way. I didn’t mind much the long queue for check-in nor the fact they couldn’t provide a baby crib for the first night even though we asked for it in advance. No, the real problem was the room and the ventilation, or more correctly the absence of the latter. We had no air in the room and couldn’t sleep at all, woke up with red eyes and sickness. Windows not possible to open. Under the bed was a lot of dust, which didn’t make the situation any better. We talked to a few other guests (from England) during breakfast and they experienced same problem and said thank god they were leaving the next day. Though, the girl in reception was kind and let us have another room (119) with openable windows. However, that room also had a non-working AC which was making sounds the whole night, also rendering any sleep impossible. Breakfast is nothing special at all, semi-finished food and horrible coffee. We ended up checking out 4 days in advance and they didn’t even care. Now we are enjoying Tallinn beautiful city at a different accommodation.

Having returned to Tallinn from Helsinki our second stay in the city was at the Centennial Hotel Tallinn. A modern complex situated in the Southwest quadrant. The hotel is smart and functional, a sort of jack of all trades in that everything is done well with nothing any objective person could complain about. Our 4th floor room was very smart, clean and comfortable. The high ceiling added to the feeling of space. A 3-inch deep wall unit housed a wide-screen TV that was fashionable and clever. Laminated flooring and a contemporary bathroom, with a rain head shower that Shaquille O'Neal could use, added to the appeal. Definitely a Tall-inn. The old city is in easy reach of the hotel. Aleksander Nevsky Katedraal (Alexander Nevsky Cathedral), Toompea Loss and Pika Hermann Torn (Tall Hermann Tower) are only a short walk away. Also nearby is Town Hall Square and Saint Nicholas' Church & Museum. A modern clean and comfortable hotel in an great location.

Very nice hotel, stylish and modern. Rooms are very clean, staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast offers good choices. Shower is awesome! Beds are comfy and the night was quiet. Parking could be free, but they charge it. Highly recommended.

Nice clean simple rooms... more 3.5 than 4* but good. Good location. Only dissapointment was the breakfast which was extensive but disappointing. Would be better to keep it simpler but better. I stuck to the musli and fruit which was good. Hot food was not good.

I found centennial hotel to be really good. The rooms were pretty cosy, the bed was really comfortable.. it was at a walking distance from old Town and many other important places. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel. It had a lot of options even for a vegetarian. Really good experience!

Loved this hotel for my one-night stay. Comfortable beds, all necessary in the bathroom. Maybe toothpaste and toothbrush would be a good addition. Very friendly staff.

Convenient location to the city center and a large shopping center. Small parking in front of the house. Quiet, cozy and small foyer. I was pleased with the size of the room on the fourth floor, rwo comfortable separate beds, enough space and sofa. A kettle and a small wine rafrigerator are welcome. Unfortunately, l did'n have time for breakfast and can't rate the foods, so l don't rate the service.

Definitely not a four star hotel and awfully expensive for what you are getting (standard room for four nights over 650€ - even when booked well in advance) Positive: rooms are modernised, breakfast selection and included Negative: rooms are tiny (!), there are no Kleenex tissues nor any other usual bathroom additions, the hairdryer is a nightmare but apparently you can pick up another one at reception, interior is cheap, there is a tourist information shelf opposite reception, which has been a mess since weeks, the staff are friendly but not very professional, breakfast buffet is not restocked (you turn up 45min before end of breakfast and you may not find any bread)

Perussiisti hotelli jossa ystävällinen miesrespa poistuessamme. Busseilla ja johdinautolla pääse suht viereen. Vabaduse väljakilta n. 600m kävelymatka hotellille. Ihan ok aamupala, monipuolinen.

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated highly. There’s no supermarket, restaurant or cafe nearby. You need to walk like 10 mins. Rude staff. Alex who works at the lobby is very rude and authoritative

Evidently well run hotel, fantastic restaurant with very well presented, tasty food. Warm, attentive customer service. Nice varied selection of food for breakfast. Clean well appointed rooms, if on the small side. Bathroom good, well lit, underfloor heating and excellent shower pressure

The hotel is located ~10 minutes by walk from the main entrance to the Old Town and near main Tallinn roads (also ~10-15 minutes from the airport). The rooms are nice and quite new, air conditioning is silent and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very assorted and tasty, only big tee cups are missing (you need to drink from small ones or take a disposable cup). The reception service is friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely worth to be recommended if you can accept the distance to the Old Town.

Best hotel I have in Tallinn. Room is excellent and breakfast is delicious

Nice staff and good service. Room was clean and the bed was good -- better than most hotels imho. I didn't need much more for my business trip. One star off for breakfast; it was ok, nothing to write home about, and served in the hotel 50-100 meters away. Probably a pandemic related measure, so might not be relevant much longer, but I would have liked to know about it beforehand.

We booked the Zen room and it was really comfortable. Really spacious, comfortable bed, great bathroom with bubblebath. Nothing to complain really, the bubblebath is a bit loud and only for max 1 normal sized person. The room and rest of the hotel is super clean. Breakfast is also amazing, offering gluten free and lactose free options next to the usual offerings. Staff is super friendly and well trained. Location is fine, 10-15 min walking distance to the old city center. Parking is 15eu per day behind the hotel. Overall, we really had an amazing stay. We even booked an extra night :)

The room was modern and clean with everything in place. The breakfast was pretty good also, maybe there could have been something sweet to have with coffee at the end? Now there was maybe one option, if that. When arriving the staff was not that friendly or welcoming and made the atmosphere a little awkward but when we checked out a different person was working at the desk and she was lovely. All in all, a nice stay and a good location, maybe a 10-15 min walk to Old Town.
