Brilliant location 2 minute's walk to freedom Square and your in the start of the town .would definitely stop again taxi will take 15 minutes pre booked a taxi at €23.00 others used a taxi off the rank for €16.00 but ask for an approximate price .location of the hotel will not disappoint

Hotel location is ideal for visiting the tourist attractions in Tallinn. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of selections of food. All the staff very friendly especially the staff in kitchen. Highly recommend

Staff was very nice and helpful, but the rooms were dingy, the bath water would drain on the floor, our views were towards the hotel bins and the do not disturb button did not work half of the time.

Perfect place to visit Tallinn. You can park the car behind a gate and at walking distance from the center. Good beds and good breakfast. I recommend.

Clean rooms,a bit worn but comfy bed. Bad ropes and slippers by hotel. Breakfast somewhat OK. Missing bacon and scrumbled eggs. Good location just next to old town.

A nice and quiet place near the old town, but the room was terribly cold. About 18 - 20 C. The stone floor heating in the shower room did not work at all.

A lovely place near the Old Town in Tallinn! Great and helpful people here. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I highly recommend staying here!

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Olimme matkalla omalla autolla, jonka sai hotellin takapihalle, porttien taakse. Henkilökunta ei kuitenkaan osannut suomea, vaikka aikaisemmissa arvosteluissa niin sanottiinkin. Huoneemme lämmityspatterit olivat kiinni, eikä kylpyhuoneessa ollut minkäänlaista toimivaa lämmitystä. Epäselväksi jäi, oliko lattialämmitys rikki...

The breakfast is really nice with lots of variety. However when I arrived there was trash in my trash bin from the previous person. The bed sheets also had a funny smell which transferred to my pijamas. Although many people say the place is quiet, I could hear both rooms surrounding mine. One person was playing the violin everyday…. For the price and location I would say it’s okayish

Hyvä hotelli rauhallisella sivukadulla. Hyvä sijainti Vapaudenaukion tuntumassa. Vanha kaupunki lähellä, hyvät liikenneyhteydet julkisilla. Huone oli muuten siisti, mutta kokokattiamatossa tahra. Aamiainen asiallinen. Loistava hintalaatusuhde. Olen yöpynyt täällä jo kahdesti.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä sijainti. Vastaanottoon muutama porras, mikä hankalaa esim. lastenvaunujen kanssa.

Very good hotel , exactly like the photos . The clean the room every day , nice room , not noise , I had a room for three persons . I didn’t Have o room with renovated bathroom but it’s ok . The breakfast was the same everyday basic but it was delicious . The location was 5 minutes from the old town , and the station for the aéroport was near the hotel . The reception close at 11.

Hyvin keskinkertainen hotelli. Aamiaisen tarjonta on niukahko. Lähinnä leipää ja yhtä laatua hedelmää ja leivänpäälliset. Tuli vähän pettynyt olo, kun arvosteluissa oli aamiaista kehuttu. Ilmeisesti taso laskenut? Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, minkä päällä ei nyt ilman sisätossuja viitsi kulkea. Sänky hyvän tuntuinen, mutta patja oli täynnä ties mitä tahroja ja eritteitä. Lakanat siis siistit, mutta sivusta näki että patjoja ei varmaan ikinä pesty. Ilmanvaihto aika huono ja huoneessa oli tosi kuuma. Huoneessa oli yksi mini tuuletin, mistä ei ollut käytännössä mitään hyötyä. Huone oli kumminkin tilava ja vessat siistit. Sijainti oli myös hyvä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin ja satamaan kohtuullinen kävelymatka. Hotelli rauhallisella paikalla. Kokemuksena antaisin kuitenkin enintään kolme tähteä. Hintaan nähden ihan ok, kun alennuksella saatiin.

Love this hotel in Tallinn. Great location, free car parking, good beds and cozy rooms. Breakfast is a ok. Gluten free breakfast served to order.

The staff was friendly and polite and our family room was clean. However our room didn't have air-conditioning and after all day sunshine, it was pretty hot. Because of the room temperature, we didn't sleep very well. Also breakfast lacked variety (no fruits and just two options of veggies) didn't have any information about allergens, ingredients or how many minutes eggs were served, so one had to ask information separately.

There was a room reservation but when i come there was nobody after call they said not able to check in me. I needed find new hotel to stay.

Good location, clean rooms.

Rooms ventilation is aful, it got so hot in the morning that i felt sick. Also food is under par, egg mash was watery mess and vegtables tasted weird. Experience felt like from early 2000' s.

Hotel with style. Very friendly stuff. Nice and very clean room. Very good breakfast. Well situated direct at the old town. To reach by feet in 1 minute. Price-performance is good, except parkingplace. They take per day 15 €! Otherwise I can recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel in the middle of the old city. Near is a lot of beautiful and interesting places to see. Breakfast also is rich and tasty.

I was working there around the time the review was posted originally. So here is the thing; if you need a job, for the love of all that is holy AVOID THIS PLACE. They hire on new people, make them work Christmas and new years and then make up an excuse to fire them. There won't be any training from one source, everyone just sort of throws information at you and expects you to retain it. The manager cares only for the catty old women who have managed to stay on for a while.

Location is good, room and breakfast average.

Very clean rooms, the bathroom can have more ventilation but for everything else it was good. The breakfast place was small and it felt crowded. They also were very strict with the breakfast time, the tables were empty really on time even when there was food and hosts still there. Good location, close to public transport and near to the city center to go by walking

For a three star hotel it is a very classy hotel. Room where i was staying was very clean, roomy and nice looking. There was not any luxury but who needs that? Mattresses were sturdy enough so they were nice to sleep in. Bathroom was nice and you could take a shower and so on. Only minus is propably that there was no air conditioning machine so the room was slightly hot, but that's all.

highly recommend, one of best hotels we have ever been staff is so friendly and the cleanliness was awesome. Most important things is this hotel located near by town and the airport so it’s really easy to reach town. It’s really worth for sure will be back to the same hotel when ever we are in tallinn, Must appreciate the receptionist worked on morning shift actually I can’t remember her name and the Lauren who was receptionist as well gave such warm welcome for us and such amazing service, last but not least the teenager that worked in breakfast serving was so good as well. So we are really thankful for your service and hope see you soon.

Centrally located, nice clean rooms, safe. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We had an amazing stay and look forward to visiting again if and when life gives us an opportunity.
