Nicely located and good price but… We stayed there for 6 days and nobody ever came to clean the room. The hot water in the shower was coming down so slow and with so low pressure that was impossible to shower, so I always had to shower in the common showers down at the spa where there was no shampoo and only a very low quality soap. Even there, twice, there was no hot water. The first night I was very cold, the temperature was displayed as 19 degrees, so I informed the reception and they came to “do something” that didn’t change the temperature at all. Until the last day (the 6th day) where finally the temperature in the room displayed as 22°. Also in the corridors to get to the breakfast and pool area it was always very cold, the heaters were set as 10°. They don’t provide any bathrobe and sleepers, only a very tiny towel and also you don’t get a key to enter the spa area that lasts the entire time of your stay, but every time you enter you had to line up at the reception and ask for a new key to enter. Apart for one time when there were two receptions, the other times there was always a line at the reception. There is no such a “hotel atmosphere” is more like a public pool with some rooms. The pools are old and not properly cleaned. I have a very slight allergy to mold and dust. The fourth day I had to stop going to the spa because I was coughing too much, especially in the hydromassage area. In the room also, during the last two nights I couldn’t breathe properly (I guess because the carpet floor was not cleaned) and I was coughing all the time. The moment I step out from the hotel my breathing issue and cough were gone.

Spa is good, really good. I think it's one of the best in Tallin. But the people at the reception is rude. Rooms quite strange, and breakfast is awful. So, next time we will not book a room in this hotel.

Avoid. Is not that this hotel is bad, its infrastructure in just not suitable for a hotel. It's placed on top of a gym, with most rooms facing the parking lot; pole drive in and out at very early times. The rooms are stuffy and feel more like student accommodation. The breakfast is very poor. Really convenient location not worth the lack of comfort for what they charge.

Great stay. Warm and cozy room, fairly nice breakfast, spa that certainly a pleasant surprise. A bit weird they don't have 24/7 reception but it wasn't a big deal even when we checked in past midnight. It would be good to have mini-fridge in the room though.

In general the place is OK but I had to leave after 1 night (out of 6) because there was no air con and the room was around 30 degrees during the night. I went out to sleep in my Tesla with air conditioning on instead of the room. In my oppinion this hotel is unacceptable in summer until they install air conditioning. I dont give 1 star because I hated the hotel, it is pretty fine, but I could not sleep there.

We spent one night here and had a nice stay. Price/quality ratio is good. We had a large family room and it was cozy. If you are with strollers, this should be mentioned while booking room. Place has a lot of stairs and in our case there was four set of stairs to reach our room, but we took it as a workout :) Spa is not new, but was a nice experience with different saunas and pools. Be aware that the spa also has some stairs.

in room 100 there was a valve whose purpose I don't know, but I had a set of sockets with me and I closed it. when I went to breakfast then i came to the room it was already turned open. and somewhere in the hotel rooms there is an unprotected door in between, through which you can hear clearly and it is easy to open

Absolutely worth the price. The gym was HUGE, our room clean, breakfast lacked nothing and service at the desk excellent. Location is super! Special thanks to the young lady working reception on the 8th of August. We'll be back 🌸

It was ok. The staff were nice, and the rooms were okay. The spa was nice, but it felt like that one level in the backrooms. But i recommend.

This is a review of the hotel. The sportcenter is their main business and implicitly, it doesn't convey the athmosphere of a hotel at all. A huge busy parking lot, crumbling corners, endless empty warren-like corridors, stairs no lifts, the reception is mainly the reception of the sportscenter. The room is ok-ish. The matress has definitely seen better days and the curtains do not keep the room dark. If you take a shower you will end up flooding the bathroom. The breakfast "buffet" is the worst i have ever experienced, no variety, no quality. As various reviewees have raised these issues before and nothing has changed, it appears that this side of the business and therefore the guests have sadly been neglected. Self-proclaimed "cozy and homely" - not at all! Anonymous -definitely!

Rooms are new, SPA is the best comparing with all experinces of hotels in Estonia or Finland. Parking is perfect and near the old town with cameras in all directions

Satisfied. Own apartment with bedding for 5, no limit access to the aqua-center, situated at the entrance of the old Town.

Very bad feeling after discussing with hotel administrator. It looks that I should know in advance hotel internal rules about parking. Room was with heating always on 25 centigrade. Need to open windows, but cars on a street going all night and sleep was bad.

I was generally disappointed by this hotel. The spa is the main draw of this place - it was certainly appreciated after long days exploring Tallinn by foot. It was quite busy during week nights, but definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel is characterless and strangely designed - as if it was an afterthought. The walk to our room was long and through dark corridors with motion sensor lights that wouldn’t turn on until you’d blindly stumbled to the end. Considering it’s a spa hotel, our bathroom was musty and smelly, with bad drainage and no railings or radiators to dry our swimming costumes or towels. Badly designed bed lights a few centimetres above our heads which my boyfriend scalded his hand on - annoying. No bedside table only holes in the wall where it appeared they’d been ripped out. Breakfast generally uninspiring. It is located in the spa’s cafe area and frequented by morning gym and spa goers and flies bothered the uncovered food. I also struggle to understand why the rooms aren’t air conditioned when the halls are. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot in Tallinn for our stay and at least we could open our window fully. We had a good view (not across the car park as others had) looking up to the Old Town. Location is fine but even with the advantages of the spa, I would not return to this hotel is visiting Tallinn again.

For the money you pay, the hotel is great. Clean, warm rooms with a chance to use the spa for free in the morning. However, I felt that the pictures on their website were misleading and the breakfast needs improvement.

Reception staff helpful, room is perfectly fine, price is fair and free spa access is a lovely bonus (albeit only from 6-10am). The only downside is that the breakfast is a little basic and the shower did not drain properly, flooding the bathroom. Easily sorted out though Would definitely recommend

The room was modest. Breakfast as well. The gym is giant and good offer as water park.

Came for an hour classic massage. She didn’t ask if the pressure was ok, and when I asked for more pressure she rudely said that was not possible with the classic massage. Paid for 60 minutes, but she finished early. Also she was on her phone during the session.

A bit too hot in the room, would've been great if we could adjust the tempreture. I think the thermostat was either broken or in default, either way we could not change it! Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect. Location wad great, bed wad super comfy and the staff were lovely! Spa was an added bonus! Was amazing after an intensive tour of the beautiful city of Tallinn! Would strongly recommend Braavo Hotel

This hotel is basically a small swimming pool with some rooms from the 1970’s. There are no blinds on the windows (and my room even had ceiling windows) so you’re woken up when the sun gets up. That’s around 4AM in June. The breakfast buffet is simple but fresh. Still, unless you like to get up early or you’re a fan of swimming in small pools, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
