Lovely small hotel with an amazing location. The tram to/from the airport stops 5 minutes away. Viru Keskus and Solaris (two shopping malls), City Hall Sqaure and Freedom Square are all within a 15-20 minutes walk, yet located of the main streets. Staff were phenomenal, always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast was small but there was a very good selection of both hot and cold foods. Hotel and room was in good condition especially when you think about the age of the building. There's no lift but what would you expect from an old building? If your room is on the top floor, there's a staircase of 15-20 steps, it isn't steep at all and the staircase is wide enough for a person with a suitcase. It was warm when I was there, but my room (nr. 25) had plenty of large windows that could be opened. Don't expect A/C in such an old building. If you want a true authentic Tallinn Old Town experience you should stay here!

I got a single room that had a serious problem with the sewer. The whole room had a bad stinky sewer smell coming from the toilet / shower room that couldnt be removed. Trying to take a shower was horrible. Staff service was modest at best. I am used to generally more friendly and social staff at hotels. A little rough overall maintenance level in the room - TV remote didnt function well and the floor had minor flaws too. Location was great in the heart of the old town, but I think you can find better ones in the area.

A strategic place to visit Tallin: in the city center but in a quiet road. Hotel full of charme with very nice rooms and kind staff. The breakfast is amazing : try the yogurt with jam prepared in preassembled cup. Espresso and all kind of coffee available.

When the heat is turned on, you can't turn it off, omfg, it's solo hoooooot. The bathrooms are good, good shower pressure. The rooms are good euro size. Most rooms have a small fridge to put your drinks in!!!! I honestly don't think they have air con but it's always cold in Tallinn. Beds are comfy. Furniture is def dated and the TV is a small one. But it's a great location.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming small family hotel. From the moment we walked through the door, the reception was nothing short of amazing, making us feel welcomed and at home. The cozy and spacious common room, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, was a delightful surprise. It provided the perfect setting for us to relax and unwind together. It was simply lounging in the comfortable seating area, this space added to the overall warmth and intimacy of our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and uncomplicated, always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel, and their local recommendations made our romantic getaway even more enjoyable. The breakfast served here was delicious. It was a great way to start our days full of romantic adventures from a very central starting point. What sets this place apart, besides the warm atmosphere, is their commitment to fair prices. In a world where travel expenses can add up quickly, it's refreshing to find a hotel that offers such value for money without compromising on quality. Overall, I can't recommend this small family hotel enough for couples seeking a cozy, hassle-free getaway with a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and fair prices. We'll definitely be returning for more memorable moments together in Tallinn!

A hotel to prefer, I recommend it with pleasure. The owner very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they don't do breakfast but everything else was very enjoyable.

Rauhallinen hotelli.

I was not impressed by this hotel. Poor plumbing design forced me to upgrade to the most expensive room in the building for the second night for an extra 45 euros. I dont even think the place was that full. Breakfast was also mediocre. The best thing about the hotel... Well i have to say, everything outside the hotel. The city is a winner! One of the best cities in the world. I love you Tallinn! Pash, pash, lots of tongue, grope, heavy breathing and a nice dream look into your eyes you beautiful loveable city, you.

Nice old buildind, the "public" areas are nicely decorated and the room was basic, quite small and no aircon..so if it's warm weather like we had the room temperature was +31/32. Hotel location is excellent of course depends what you are looking for, centre area. Breakfast was basic and needed maybe more enthusiastic to make it really running.

+ Cheap, good location, very good breakfast. - Room is dark, no nature light (only small window but the glass is not transparent so you cannot see out.) Furniture dated. When you shower all the water comes over the shower area and then the bathroom floor is all the way wet. The sounds from the room next door/up resonate from the heater (very loud), luckily the night was quiet.

Location is perfect: right at the entrance to the old town. Rooms are clean, bright, a bit old fashion. Main problem was with the thin wall and door. There was no sound proof at all. Breakfast was basic.

We had a really beautiful room. Everything was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Room dated and not clean. Many cracks. Bathroom dirty! Previous guests hair!!! Toilets seat really cheap! Excellent shower. Centrally located in old town but quiet street. Breakfast a disaster, not surprising it’s included!
