The hotel is right next to the airport, so it's perfect if you're flying very early. The rooms are ok, the shower is very small. But everything is clean and intact. The hotel is absolutely not recommended when it rains. Sheet metal is used everywhere on the outer facade, the rain just beats down on the sheet metal and you can't sleep. I'm in room 219 and it's directly above the canopy of the main entrance. Catastrophe. It's 1 a.m., it's raining and sleep is out of the question. Never again!

The hotel was solid for one night stay. The common areas are beautifully decorated and the room itself was alright. Felt a bit stale but the bathroom and entryway were nice. I also had dinner and while the food was delicious, the service was very slow - I was waiting for a very long time to even get asked for a drink and then the food prep took long as well. I also felt that the service at the front desk was minimal. They were very nice but I’m used to the front desk giving you all the info on: how do I get to my room, dinner/breakfast options, information about the facilities...willingly but I had to ask about everything separately which didn’t make me feel very welcome. But if you need to stay a night before your flight, it’s a great option, as you can walk to the airport in 10minutes.

Stayed in two different rooms for 2 nights. Shower had something that looked like mold in the corners and there seemed to be a lot of scale all around. Some power outlets near the ceiling were yellowish hue that left the impression of either being dirty or just plain old. The lobby seems fancy but don't let that fool you. Rooms have a strong 90s vibe amd not in a good way. Some staff had hard time understanding either english or estonian. Good for one night but not longer.

I would have given ZERO stars however I can't so... Extremely arrogant, rude and UNhelpful staff! I must admit that I have been to many hotels all across the world and honestly I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards their guests! Whenever you ask the staff for something you are either given the bad looks or simply AVOIDED! Restaurant staff either chats around with other staff or plays on their phones and at times is missing from the restaurant leaving you the impression that they can't be bothered by you and perhaps avoid your presence on purpose! It's pity that the hotel itself has good accommodation and the rooms are comfortable BUT the staff just ruined my stay with their exceedingly ignorant attitude! Would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Fitter rating: Airport hotel. 7min walk to the terminal. Very clean. Minibar is constantly cold. No window to open. Air conditioner. Rain is extremely loud through the window sill. Ventilation makes a constant noise. WiFi perfect. Breakfast was not booked. Shower is very bad. Extremely small, no water pressure, no shower, you fight with the curtain.

The hotel is ok, rooms are clean and nice, albeit a bit dated. No kettle in the room but can be asked at reception. Windows cannot be opened. The location is just a couple minutes walk from the airport and rental car pick-up/return. The Ülemiste shopping center is across the road.

This place fully deserve four stars. Very convenient - walking distance to the airport as well as huge retail park. Just opposite the hotel there is bus stop where You can catch bus to City Centre. Rooms are modern and nicely finished with aircon and all you need to rest after long day. Good service at reception desk.

I stayed one night, because I had an early flight. The room was nice and spacious. I asked when I checked in about the breakfast, they told me they can prepare a packet for me. I asked for a diabetic one, and pointed out that I don't eat white bread. They said it was not a problem. In the morning there was no one at the reception where i was suppose to pick up the breakfast and finally when I got it, the packet contained a white bread sandwich and a bunch of sweets.

A sleep factory essentially, but really excellent for what it is. Rooms are neat and the beds are comfortable. You can't stay closer to the airport than this. For that reason alone, it gets five stars from me. Has been of tremendous value for a number of flights.

The hotel is right next to the airport which doesn't mean you will hear the airplanes. There is also a shopping mall directly over the street. The room was very cozy but with a basic setup (which we booked!) So okay for the price. We stayed there for one night and had a good night sleep. Would sleep there again for one night. The food in the restaurant downstairs was very good but also has a higher price than similar establishments in the surroundings. Would eat there again on a special occasion! So all in all a good experience. You get what you expect for the right money.

The Hotel it self is fine but the reception staff is the disgusting thing about it. The attitude towards their guests is horrible they are arrogant, they even roll eyes at you. If you ask for help they might even respond l don't care.. Hotel should get some people who care to help and want to do their job as they suppose to.

Common, clean, casual, modern hotel. I timed my walk from it to the airport. It took 5:30 minutes. When you have a big luggage, it might take you 7:30 due to slower pace. So the location is very good, if you have an early morning flight. The staff was brisk and ready, when I got down at 4:30 AM. Interior of the rooms is relatively new, not worn down. But one must bear in mind - this is not a luxury hotel. Plenty of parking.

For the location and premises, could be much better in terms of services and facilities. The rooms could be much better furnished for a 4 star hotel and the bed is… let’s call it a one night bunk, not suitable for longer stays.

Tried to use business services, printer wit scanner was not available. Scanning documents and emailing has become a basic function of business and the Hotels must provide the same to its guest.

A perfectly serviceable hotel, within easy distance to the airport. Evening supper excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. Rooms clean, tidy and buisness like. Will recommend and use again.

Nice clean and modern hotel just 5 minutes walk from the terminal. Rooms are well furnished. Windows can not be opened though. Across the street is a shopping mall where you can eat. Easy way to the center by a tram or again walk. Helpfuĺ staff. Would be nice to provide a kettle for the room.  For making a tea you have to walk down to reception every time which is not the safest thing to do during Covid restrictions. For runners is the best to go to the sea side.  Go around the shopping center, enter the pedestrian's tunnel under the railway. Then turn right follow the stret and cross the highway. On the other side follow the tram rails.  When railway turns left go right and after 200m you have stairs and a bridge over an another highway.  You are in the park now (BTW very nice - visit recommended), take any path going north and you are on the coast.  All together is approximately 3.5 km. The lake in front of the hotel seems like another place but it is a fresh water reservoir for the city and therefore is fenced  - access prohibited.
