I used to be a loyal patron of this hotel for its convenient location and decent service. However, my recent stay left me shocked and disappointed by the apparent deterioration of both staff attitude and overall quality. Breakfast is until 11am, us and many other hotel guests were just finishing our coffees when one of the staff members turned off the lights completely at 11am sharp, making it difficult to see anything, or to even exit as it was a cloudy day. Cleaning started 20minutes prior to that. Spa on weekend had a lot of children playing in all pools and jacuzzis, while kids pools was empty. Cafe/bar doesn't work in the spa during weekends. But the most striking change was the apparent shift in the staff's behaviour. Where there was once a level of politeness and willingness to assist, there now seemed to be an air of indifference. The lack of eye contact during interactions was especially noticeable and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This was noted everywhere, hotel reception, restaurant, spa area. Unless significant changes are made to address these concerning issues, I regrettably cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Me and my partner had booked SPA package Time Together from 17.10.22 until 18.10.22 to celebrate our anniversary and have a relaxing time at Kalev Spa Hotel. Unfortunately out expectations were not met, as the stay overall was mediocre at the best. 1. The service was super average, we did not feel welcome at the Hotel, the reception staff answered our questions without hospitality. When we checked out, the staff member did not ask how the stay was, or said good-bye or anything. 2. The food itself was good, no complains there, but the way we were served dinner was unfortunate. Included in this SPA package is Romantic 2-course dinner in the Allee restaurant. In reality when we arrived at our reservation time, the waitress told us we could either go sit down wherever and receive the food included in the package, or we could just eat the food that was in the buffet. We chose the food that was included in package as that was what we paid for, but the offer for buffet gave the vibes that we could just have the leftovers from buffet and they wouldn't have to deal with us. And the "romantic" dinner was just one tea candle lit on the table after we sat down and techno music playing while we ate. We were surprised that only water was included in this dinner, as usually there would be a cocktail as well, but here we had to pay extra for it. Breakfast buffet was good, small note - a waitress dropped clean forks on the ground and just put them back into clean fork tray. 3. We chose to pay extra 19 EUR per person to visit the Sauna Oasis (18+) and honestly it was not worth it. Saunas were fine, but the pools are built square, so you can only sit up straight to not have the angle pressed against you - overall not comfortable. Also if there were 6 bubble jets in a pool, only two would work for like half a minute, then they would have to be turned on again. Only benefit was that there were no children, as general sauna and pool area was completely full. What also did not help us relax at all were the blowing of whistles in the large swimming pool, as there were trainings happening all afternoon and evening. 4. The massage - 50-minute massage for both (different oils) did not in fact include any different oils, and the room where massages were done was actually quite cold - I had goosebumps during the massage even with towel on. Also the massage was quite average - I did not feel like any of my tight spots got taken care of, more of a general smoothing than a deep massage. 5. The worst part was the Superior room we were staying in. It was on the 6th floor (elevator only goes up to 5th) and we had to take some stairs to get up to our room - there weren't many, but something to keep in mind about accessibility issues. The room felt quite small, and there were several small enough issues to not contact the reception about, but worth mentioning. The bath was leaking water, so if used more than a minute the floor would get wet. The small light on one side was not working at all. The room was quite cold, thermometer showed 20.5 degrees but it felt colder than that. We tried to set the AC to heating setting and set the temperature to higher but it was not warming up at all. It did not feel good after coming from the waterpark into a cold room where we could not get the heat up. Blankets were also quite small and not warm, and there were no extra blankets in the room. My partner has dust mite allergies, and they flared up during the night. We did not get good sleep due to these reasons. We thought about leaving feedback on the paper form provided in the room, but we saw that someone had filled another one out some time ago but it was not collected. As no one from reception asked how the stay was, our review is done here. All together, this did not feel worth it for the money we paid. We will not be visiting this hotel again.

Me and my partner went to Kalev spa for a relaxing day at the sauna oasis and the waterpark as well. At first glance the 55,8€ price tag seemed a lot but we went for it anyway. Now, paying 27,9€ per person to go to the sauna oasis and waterpark is in my opinion a scam. Having only 2 “saunas”, 1 misty jungle thing and 1 actual sauna for that price just absurd. As well as having 4 pools, naming them differently but the only main difference is the color of the lighting or the fake cherry blossom tree in the so called japanese pool. The drinks from the second floor bar were the worst. I took aperol spritz which had a really bad aperol taste from it possibly going bad since I work in a bar myself I know the taste of it, secondly the so called bar man poured the some of the aperol back to the bottle where the amount was probably about 0,01cl. Sure the wine selection is okay for the price of it, not the best wine but drinkable. Now the waterpark itself. The “lazy river” had so little thrust in the water it’s basically just a pool that you walk around in, it had a bunch of russian kids yelling and splashing the water everywhere. And no they were not 8-12y.o they were in the 15-18 range. Why isn’t there any staff to check what is going on over there. The 50m pool was good, that’s basically all I have to say, it was a 50m pool nothing more or less. The slides were okay too I guess, nothing exceptional. Sure as an 19 y.o the slides can’t be as amusing but atleast some effort, kinda sketchy as well seeing all the screws being really rusty and some of the slide plates not connected properly but I’m no expert just a man with eyes. Sure the money is gone at this point but I feel more robbed than relaxed. The sauna oasis should either be free or not exist at all. Not worth the extra money and a total scam. Sure if you have money go and spent it, but would much rather spend that money somewhere where you feel like the extra money was worth it.

We booked a family overnight stay with an upgrade for an extra bed in a larger room as we were travelling with 2 teenagers. On our arrival we discovered a tiny room with no extra bed and ridiculous attitude when approached the staff. Apparently the hotel doesn't have to inform customers about room availability- you get what's on the go that day. When asked to speak to a manager the answer was- that's not possible. Nor is getting a different room or a polite attitude. Gentleman informed that even if we e-mailed hotel, nothing would be done. Not too sure what surprised us the most- the fact that our booking requirements, we paid for were completely ignored? or the fact that nobody showed even the slightest interest in fixing the situation or disgusting brush-off, superior attitude from staff members. Incredible!

In this four-star hotel we got a room with a non functioning toilet for two nights. When asking for another room, they just shrugged and said there are none, the hotel's fully booked. As we asked for a compensation, they gave us the hotel manager's calling card and said that the next time we visit, we'll get a good discount. I can promise there will not be a next time. Otherwise the visit was quite pleasant, but the toilet is one of the essentials, and it made the whole experience fail.

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan, mukava vesipuisto ja hyvä aamiainen. Huone pieni mutta toimiva juuri yhden yön majoitukseen. Sijainti oivallinen vanhan kaupungin kupeessa.

We had chosen "Time Together" package, that included 50 min full body massage, dinner and breakfast, and everything was great! Room was nice, clean, maybe only the pillows were a bit too high, but there were extra pillows in the closet that were lower. The massage was a lot better than I had expected- we both were taken into separate rooms with relaxing music playing, massage was not extremely strong but not too weak either, I enjoyed it a lot and so did my boyfriend. Dinner was amazing, very delicious food, except the waiter was a bit unprofessional (the rest of the staff in the hotel were very nice and polite though). Sauna Oasis was not included in the package, it cost 19€ per person, but I'd say it was worth it- there were 5 pools with different temperatures, and like 4 or 5 saunas. Sauna Oasis was not too big, but as it wasn't crowded at all, it was amazing, very relaxing, dark atmosphere, perfect for a couple. In the morning I visited Waterpark, it was pretty much empty at 7am, and that was amazing too- water was very warm, pools were big, huge dressing rooms, etc. Overall I'm super happy with my stay, the price of the "Time together" package was only 199€, and it was so worth it!

I had a booking with them and upon arrival when filling out the sheet of paper with personal information they require that you give them your whole credit card number. I told them that I cannot just write my CC details on a piece of paper with my full name, address, phone number etc. and they told me I can't get a room unless I do it. I asked for the manager and I was told she is not there and if she were she would even be more stricter. If you are not willing to give this information on a piece of paper on check-in then avoid this place.

First of all. Am in no way complaining. Went there for a night during popular vacation week, two adults and a 7yo. The location of spa is walking distance from harbour. Spa is beautiful, has 8 50m tracks, lots of waterslides, current-pool, two kid-pools. Plus for extra charge 18+ area. There isnalso a gym, which I did not visit. All top notch. Our room - which was ready before check-in, was in first floor, by the corridor leading to spa. So the traffic and the noise was corresponding. On the other side was busy-ish street, so pedestrian and car noises were easily audible. So get a room from higher up and preferrably not on the street-side. Room was clean and cleaning staff friendly. Bathroom doorhandle was off, and a coat m-hook was missing. No other negatives there. Buffet dinner was a disppointment. The restaurant was classy. And tables were cleaned with alacricity, but food was mediocre. Maybe their ala carte is better. Morning buffet was chaos. Guests were asked to book a timeslot for their buffet, but few adhered to this. So some people had to eat while standing. This is of course caused by guests, but hotel should enforce the timeslot to ensure smoother operation. The food was pretty regular hotel-fare. The attitude of staff could be best described as "politely distant". Not friendly, not rude. All in all a mediocre experience with some hicccups. Next time would reconsider booking a different hotel and visiting the spa/pool separately

Interiööri yleisissä tiloissa on upea.

I visited Kalev Spa today with my toddler. The spa is a great place, centrally located and with different pools for kids as well as saunas for adults. However, the customer service staff were absolutely awful. The staff at the front desk (there were 4 of them there) could see that I was struggling to get my pram, toddler and bags through the tight barrier and when I asked for help they just ignored me. I then somehow struggled through with all my things and told them that if there are 4 of them working and someone asks for help it would be great of they give it, the reply was an eyeroll and “there are 3 of us working, 1 of us is on a coffee break”. Also, I was sent through the main barrier and not told that there was lift access so I had to lug my pram, toddler and bags down 3 flights of stairs (and back up again)! So nice place to visit but please train your staff on basic manners and what their job role is.

Hotel with a perfect location in the heart of old town. I truly liked my room with a wonderful view, enjoyed the super yummy breakfast and also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I honestly loved the overall atmosphere and spirit of the hotel.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ The hotel is a perfect place to stay for business people, couples, friends, families, and solo travelers like me. ⁣⁣I truly liked spa.

Took the sauna 3 hour ticket. Was delightful. Got access to the 50m pool. There are also a few water slides which were super fun. The sauna is also amazing - there are heated pools, steam and sauna rooms. I would go back next time!

Booked for the Sauna Oasis (Adults only) and some spa treatments. The Sauna Oasis was good but didn't seem worth the cost and seemed to be cold. The waterpark was fun with some great slides! The spa treatments are in a separate area of the hotel which was disappointing as we had to change in between the sauna and the spa and walk outside. Worth noting they are very separate. The spa treatments were lovely but lacked a little atmosphere like being offered drinks before or after.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to in my life. Right from the entrance it’s clean and smells so nice. The services were nice and the rooms were superb. The breakfast had a lot of options and even gluten free options. The pool was so massive including the water slide. Such a nice experience. The sauna also was great. I recommend this place 💯

Suosittelen!

One of the best places in Tallinn, if you are looking for a swimming pool with children with different age. For smallest children you will have a separate area. For children from 6 years there are tubes and separate swimming pool. For adults there is a big 50 meters swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Ulkoa puistosta kuului illalla meteliä huoneeseen saakka.

  • 2/5 Juho 5 months ago on Google
Huono kokemus.

Tallinn's Kalev Spa Hotel & Water Park provides good value for money of recreation and relaxation. Because of its enormous pool, water slides and jacuzzi, the kids loved it, but I found the water too cold on most days, and the two saunas are quite small. The ambiance is contemporary and welcoming, the rooms are modest, but bright and well equipped including the mini bar. Tallinn's charming Old Town is within walking distance thanks to its strategic placement. The hotel's restaurant offers breakfast, it's quite spacious and doesn't feel overcrowded. The menu is not huge and the wine selection is tiny, but nice. Overall, the Kalev Spa Hotel & Water Park is a good family value.

+ Kiva pieni kylpylä hyvällä sijainnilla. Trooppinen sauna oli mahtava. Huoneesta hienot maisemat vanhaan kaupunkiin. Kysyin hotellinravintolan kokilta miksi palvelu on epäkohteliasta.

The hotel has a good location, good beds, good breakfast. On Sunday there was only 1 receptionist (I suppose from economical purposes) and a big line. There was some difficult customer in front of us and receptionist seemed to be polite but not helpful, seems like he understood Russian, but didn't want to use it. But if you are a four star and quite expensive hotel, you must provide the best possible service. It was a bit complicated to find a water park, much labyrinth. Spa was big, but a bit cold and crowded (many people are not hotel guests). They give towels and bathrobes even for children, but my bathrobe was with the hole. The hotel was ok, but for such price you expect something more.

Never again! The staff of the aquapark barely even greeted us and they treated my partner in a very demeaning way when he asked a question. When I asked until what time we need to leave the aquapark if we have the until 3 o'clock ticket, she said that by 3, otherwise its 15 or 50 cents per minute (I didn't understand clearly). I thought she said 50 cents, and every single aquapark I've visited in my life does consider the fact that if you finish your aquapark visit, you still need to shower, wash hair, dry, dress up again, so usually there is some leeway. So I asked and tried to reason that it takes me quite a bit to get ready again (it was my 30th birthday and we were going out for dinner so I wanted to make sure I'm pretty afterwards) and she told me in this absolutely inappropriate and patronizing tone that "Well then you should be watching the time!" and that "I don't know what you're on about, you're already here with the discounted ticket". We went with the discounted ticket, because that day happened to be a discount and it was my birthday, and we chose to stay until 3 pm, because the timing worked out perfectly for us. But she basically called us cheap and let us know we have no reason to complain about anything if we are playing less money. They didn't even explain anything, my partner actually didn't figure out for a while that all doors are locked and they open with the watch they give you and he had to call me. This was not zero customer service, this was MINUS level customer service. I don't understand how such people are allowed to work customer service. If you hate people, don't work in a customer-facing job, please. In the aquapark section, one slide can only be used with those rubber tubes/rings, the aquapark only owns like 4 or 5 pieces and all were deflated. Apparently some or all are punctured and deflate quickly. Me and a mother of a small kid had to practically beg the only available (also rude and unfriendly) pool master to please try blowing them up for us. She finally did and most tubes were actually OK to use for a bit. How can such a nice complex only have 5 tubes and none fully functional?!

I enrolled in a swimming course at Kalev Spa before a few months, attracted by their professional staff and appealing facilities. However, my experience quickly turned disappointing. The course did not meet my expectations, and when I requested a refund for the remaining classes, the staff's initial responsiveness vanished. Despite their earlier communication and my repeated emails, I received no further replies regarding my refund. This lack of follow-up and poor customer service left me feeling ignored and scammed, overshadowing the Spa's otherwise positive aspects.

I stayed on my own at KalevSpa in an accessible bedroom being a wheelchair user. The room had enough space and wasn't too far from the lift. The staff was very kind and helpful when helping me to reach the sauna Oasis which is almost accessible. They also brought me one time my breakfast in my room having mobility difficulties. It can be confusing sometimes to navigate between all the hotel offers (free sauna, waterpark, sauna Oasis) so always ask for clarification. The free sauna is unfortunately not accessible. The Oasis sauna can be reached from outside at ground floor and has better accessibility than the free one. I really loved the Oasis sauna, you have 5 sauna rooms having each a different vibe and various hot baths enlighted with red and blue lights. The price is not expensive and you have a discount if you stay in the hotel. Location is very good, near the old Town, they have also a restaurant a bit pricey but the food is really good (but few vegan veggie options) and you can reach the centre of town in 10mn. I would recommend the place !

Ei vielä säväytä,huone tylsästi sisustettu. TV kokoa 22',suihku niin pieni et hartiat hakkaa seiniin. Ilmastointi laitteesta roikkuu pölyä. Ikkunan alla tehdään tie töitä,et päikkäreitä turha haaveilla. Uima osasto on käytännössä uimahalli.

Pool and spa facilities are fabulous and easily accessible from the room, and a robe is provided in the room. It was preferable in the early morning when it was much quieter! Excellent choice for breakfast and very good coffee. Late check-in was very welcome, as we arrived late. The old town is in easy walking distance.

A wonderful hotel if you like to do sport or you tavel with kids. The room was nice and cozy and follows Scandinavian quality. There was free access to a full size (50m) pool, water park, fitness center and gym. The breakfast was nutritious and varied.

The hotel is riddled with bad design choices and weak performance. The location is good, the breakfast was decent and the rooms were dirty and cramped. The Aqua Spa offer you get as an hotel guest is simply weak. The design of the water park is as stupid as the rest of the hotel ( broken toes guaranteed). Overall the stay was alright but nothing out of the ordinary.

Interesting policy regarding arriving after 8:30 pm on the swimming side of the SPA. I know that if I arrive after 8:30 I might not get to enter the pool, but to lock the doors entity is something else.

Great customer service. Gentleman who checked us in spoke English and Estonian. Was informative about the hotel, remembered we had a child so provided a cott. He also provided some pencils and paper for our child, a nice little gift. The staff in the breakfast area were also great, willing to assist with small requests about things like coffee and music. Generally the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern and we had a nice view too towards the old town. The location is great, nearby tram access and of course the Vanalinn. The spa was a nice activity to add to our day. I recommend this hotel for anyone really, but especially those with children. Recommended hotel, well managed, would definitely stay again.

Location, customer service, price level, facilities (spa, gym, restaurant) all good. I came for a week to scout for a better location, ended up staying there for six weeks.

The hotel and the spa have to be rated separately. You get what you pay for with the economy rooms. They have just enough room to move around in, but are very adequate with awesome views even from the 1st floor. However, the noise from the street and neighboring rooms is pretty bad. I had to play white noise to drown out the sounds while sleeping. The included spa access is great with a variety of child and adult activities from water slides, wet and dry saunas, and water jets to hit any muscles in the body that need water therapy.

Very good hotel very clean rooms in middle of capital city of estonia, but one big minus hotel doesn't have parking for hotel visitors!

Great hotel with 50m swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and slides. I must point out breakfasts which were really great. My room was always clean and the location of the hotel is also very good.

Kalev spa is a good place to go relax, although there could be more saunas, not just 2 of 50 degrees with a usual ticket. I recommend.

Nice parts: - very nice and rich breakfast, which varies somewhat during the week, nice choices! - awesome gym + spa + pool + waterpark/slides + saunas - clean premises and amenities - nice location, views, balconies So-so parts (hence 4 stars from me): - wifi/internet is quite bad (slow or connection drops often) - non-superior rooms (14m2 and 19m2) are quite small

A bit disappointing. Overall ok but no cold or Japanese pool. Parking is 8eur per hour Ticket does not include all sauna's

The hotel was very nice and comfy. The location was very good as the old city was just around the corner. The spa itself was pretty normal with few water slides, so propably nicer for kids. The spa entrance fee was included with the room so going to spa in the evening was a very nice way of spending time. The breakfast was very good and there were lot of food to choose from.

We visited near Easter this year and the price for rooms was incredibly affordable and reasonable. The rooms themselves were spotless and well stocked with items you need for your stay. Incredibly reassured that this hotel can still take physical cash as this makes life for tourists a lot easier. Hotel staff ready to help and by far best thing about the stay was the veekeskus and spa on site included in the room price. Amazing swimming facilities and well kept as well as fantastic location 5 min away from center of Tallinn.

We have just spent two nights at this hotel. We ordered family vacation pack 2+2, which included room for family with bunk bed, waterpark, salt chamber, surprise for kids. It's a bit more expensive than ordering just a room with waterpark. Pillows were dirty, bathroom had molds, lock of the main door was broken (we stuck inside the room and couldn't get out), mini bar had dirt in it, at night there was a water sound somewhere in the room, beds made noisy sounds, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We didn't make much fuss about it, as we believed it's economy pack, but dirt and no sleep at night wasn't and option :) But when we found out that surprise for kids was one deck of cards, we felt as it was a rip off. :) We asked to return the difference from family pack and just ordinary room booking, which was 34€. After I wrote to the hotel, I received a call from a very polite reservation coordinator Mirijam Kuhilane, who said we would receive money difference and will trasfer us to suite. After we returned later from the museums, we were surprised to get a prosecco bottle as an appology and the other room was just fabulous! Although the first night we had a bad experience, but we were pleased for the upgrade and present. Thanks to Mirjam Kihulane for solving the situation. However, the man at the counter should at least smile as he was always unhappy, felt strange vibes :) More or less, the hotel is fine, very good breakfast, waterpark good (although saunas weren't hot), but the 50m swimming pool amazing!

Nicely located for tourism. Unfortunately our room was over the park where the local teens appear to hang out until late. The bathroom looks great but is poorly finished, the water from the shower floods out the entire room and leaves a 1/2 inch layer of water. Bedding is very narrow and the mattress topper slides about

We visited the spa and sauna oasis side. Sauna oasis was super nice, quiet and relaxing area for adults only. Sauna osasis has also a nice bar with reasonable priced drinks. Pools and saunas had a nice variety and we enjoyed our stay. Only minus was that the bar was closed for over 30mins and after that there was kind of a rush of customers so the wait was longer. Waitress was super friendly. Would come again!

Beatiful choice for those who like all kinds of water activities and SPA. Rooms are very clean and good in size. Breakfast will fit almost anybody's taste. Location is perfect: quite space, and only few steps away from Old Town

Very nice hotel with pools kids loved. Especially awesome if you like to really swim in 50m pool, but warm pools, small river and saunas work nice. Loved the visit.

Really liked the options for different lights in the room. Bed was comfortable, very quiet room even though we faced the front of the building. We had the option to make the room very warm which was a plus because the blankets, for us, were a bit too thin. We could've probably asked for extra, but we didn't because we could turn up the thermostat instead. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the spa, because we only stayed for 1 night and had plans made for the first day. The next day the spa opened later because it was a holiday but we had to leave early to catch our buses :( Will probably go again and try again. Something to keep in mind is that they do not have slippers in the room as to reduce waste, but you can buy them from the reception if you need to. I recommend bringing your own so 1) you save money; 2) help them reduce waste; 3) flip flops in public pools are honestly a must

I think this was the saddest room I had in a long time. You could not stop the AC even though it was cold outside. I tried to move it on heating, but with No luck. On their page, they don't show the cheepest rooms. only the more expensive ones... the restaurant has good food, but the service is of low quality. The waiter spent time with her friends instead of helping us. The room wasn't that clean. I had to cleanup some surfaces in the bathroom... I didn't have a chance to visit the pool. They look nice. the hotel is way below expectations.

Good value for money at 70 Euros per night in October for a standard room. This hotel has 119 rooms and an huge (public) pool, which is very busy, so I recommend going later in the evening. There is an additional sauna which you can use at an extra charge and you can book massages. Breakfast (until 11, that's a +) is solid and you can enjoy a view of the adjacent park. Walking distance to both the port (ferry to/from Helsinki) and the old town, bus 2 goes to the airport in 20 minutes.

Nice rooms, beautiful restaurant and tasty food. Convenient for travelling with children. Very close to old, so you can just take a walk no taxi or bus needed! Hotel has SPA and pools. There is a long swimming pool and small warm pool for little babies and much more. I would recommend to order accomodation directly from hotel on email or phone if you want best price offer.

Very nice hotel close to the harbour and city center. Big swimming hall and spa with waterslides, jacuzzis, saunas included. There is also a section for adults to calm down without disturbance. Regular price and good breakfast.

If you have a child, 7-12 year old, kid might enjoy visiting that swimming pool since they have special "slide tubes". That means climbing 3 floors up each time to have 1 minute slide. Not sure either they enjoy more climbing or that slide itself. That attraction is pricy: 1 hour visitation of that Water park section with parent ca. 20 eur. 5 stars for that slide. It could be more clearly explained that section "Hotel" is apart from section "Water park".

The location is very good, almost near from the terminal to the tourist spot in tallinn. The staff ( most especially in the restaurant ) are so kind and helpful. The room that we were has a broken window and the water pressure is low but the waterpark and oasis is really good for relaxing.

Breakfast was nice. The restaurant staff was nice and professional. Water in the spa was warm and kids had a good time (except the time the water slides closed while one of them was in the slide, so keep an eye on the clock yourself). The receptionist messed up the rooms/reservations. The first room was an upgrade but then he downgraded us to another room without telling us! Instead of clearing up the mess he made, he gave another customer keys to our room and keys to a new room, and told them to kick us out and put us to this new downgraded room. All this without the slightest attempt to contact us and clear up the situation. When we took the time from our holiday to go to the front desk to clarify the situation, he denied ever giving us our original room that we already had spent 3 hours in.

I went to water part of Kalev spa and it was nice. There are some slides and a big pool with a lots of bleach btw. And sauna sone was interesting, bubbles in jacuzzi was nice) Not everything works how it could be, something was broke. And despite horrible smell in one sauna (one with "aroma"), I liked everything.

Liked everything about it: close to the harbour and the old city, nice staff, clean and well-equipped rooms. The water park was pretty empty for a saturday. Excellent breakfast. Totally worth the money spent. Will sure come back. No slippers for the water park customers, take own.

Really superb hotel. Numbers are great, clean (the cleaning staff is amaaaazing), breakfast in the morning is the best I've ever had at a hotel. Huge choice of foods, anything you can think of for breakfast and everything was suuuper tasty, I loved it. Spa, saunas, swimming pools and hot tub were just perfect. Anything you would like and would need. Pet friendly hotel. Everyone is super nice. 10/10. Would reccomend to everyone.
