okay so first of all there's like nobody at the hotel to take care of the visitors?? the hotel is connected to another hotel where you need to get your rooms and at evening you can't even go through the hotel's doors but need to go from the other one. also they don't really even take care of the rooms? basically our shower was broken lol

Economical and comfortable with generous breakfast hours. The room is well furnished, well-ventilated and cosy. The temperature was minus 10 outside but we didn't feel any chill in the room. The bed provided a good night's rest and the shower was good. The staff are helping and service minded. We don't go to the spa at the conference center but there is a direct link from the hotel. The hotel is a little worn, walls are thin but all other positive aspects won us over.

This place looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. I don't know if all the rooms are like that but we were placed in one for disabled persons. They don't have a fridge or mini bar. For an extra 10 Euro you can visit the pool and the spa zone for 3 hours. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is next to the Old City. At 08:00 we were awakened by sirens (they were placed in each room) which stressed out the guests but it turned out to be a false alarm.

Yövyimme tallink xpress-hotellissa perhehuoneessa. Siisteystaso on huono. Hissit likaiset. Huoneen ovea avatessa huoneessa oli selkeĂ€ virtsan haju. Kokolattiamatto todella likainen

Very basic. Room has no Air-conditioning which is really bad in the summer. No minibar, which I need to store my cold breakfast foods. No reception. Check-in was in the nearby Tallink spa and conference hotel. Location is really great, close to everything. But for the price of just over 40€ per night I guess this hotel still offers value for money! Just don't expect to much from a two star property the Baltic's.

Disappointed with the check-in. 1st gave me a room in Tallink Spa Hotel and told me that I will get SPA access and breakfast free. So I though "Oh, great! Free upgrade" Went to the room to find out that someone already lives in it. So went to complaint and only then they gave me same room number in Express part of hotel. Went to use a Spa - was charged €8 to use it... so no free upgrade after all :D! Very disappointing experience...

Regret! It has the worst dirty rooms. I truly believe hostels are cleaner. There are larger beds in most prisons. Their reception is not open so you have to go to a different hotel to deal with the checkin but you cannot do a checkout because suddenly the other reception is open and you have to walk again just to give your room cards back
Honestly, they need to pay you to stay there. NEVER AGAIN

Decent enough of a hotel, rooms are nice and clean, the bed is plenty comfortable. Only problem I would mention is that not all the rooms have a fridge. Other than that, no complaints.

We had booked 2 rooms, on arrival we were informed that we had been given upgraded rooms free of charge. In hindsight we should have refused and asked for the original rooms. We were allocated 1 room next door to some kind of service room which hummed noisily all night. The curtains did not keep out the light feom the nearby port and the mattress and mattress toppers on the beds constantly moved every time you moves in bed. Consequently after two nights we were shattered due to very little sleep. The room had also not been cleaned properly, there was a long black hair on one of the pillows, hairs in the shower, and an old slipper under one of the beds. The other room was opposite the service room which could also be heard in this room too, disturbing the occupants if this room. Also in this room the electrics panel had been left open and accessible to children. The walls between the rooms were also very thin as the couple in the adjacent room had obviously booked for a night or two of adult entertainment rather than a room to sleep in and everything could be heard, which was not appropriate when staying with children. The leisure complex and breakfasts however were a complete contrast. An amazing unlimited buffet breakfast with a large choice of different food and drinks. Staff were multilingual and there was never any language barriers. Abased on the experience we had, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, especially with children.

Tallink Express hotelli on pienen matkan pÀÀssÀ A terminaalista.

Asiakkaat olivat silti siivosti. Pari poreallasta, pari isompaa allasta, leppoinen pieni villivirta. Rantapalloja muutama ilmassa. Vauvojen kahluuallas. Aamianen ravintola Nerossa 1. kerroksessa. Joistain huoneista on nÀkymÀ kylpylÀÀn 2-5 kerroksen korkeudelta. Rasittavat henkarit (semmoiset ei-varastettavat kaksiosaiset). Muutkin asiat samalla filosofialla. Hiljaista ja rauhallista.

The position is very close to the city centre and the breakfast was great, however there were three things I didn't like: - the rooms were very old and minimalistic - check-in and check-out were also possible online so if you arrive in the hotel in the evening there was literally no one and it looked like a ghost hotel - they have a policy of cleaning rooms every 2 days. There was the possibility of requesting daily cleaning but despite the fact that I had asked for it, they didn't do it. The hotel is fine if you're visiting the city for a few days anyway.

The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the ships. All services can be found nearby and the old town is a short walk away. The hotel has an excellent spa, several saunas and steam rooms. The service is very friendly. Really friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast was great. If you can't find what you like there, you should look at mirrow. It was a really good breakfast with everytihing, salty, sweet, fresh and even pancake and icecream bar. Only the lobby bar needs improvement. It's hall-like and I didn't feel like sitting there and enjoying drinks. No atmosphere and the staff was as bland as the atmosphere. I notice also that in the spa the garbage from the evening was still there the next day, so the cleaning of the steam rooms needs improvement.

Nice hotel and good for price. Spa with many saunas and 3 turkish saunas+ hamam. The thickness of the walls is not enough in the room, In the morning you can hear when the neighbor takes an early shower. But breakfest is good!!

Nice location, just right between the terminal and old city of Tallinn. Walking distance to most places. Lots of road works during our stay so some detours. Nice clean room, bathroom is average. A bit noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was nice and classic as it should be. They serve lunch as well, not included though. It looked tasty but I haven't tried it.

Pari yötĂ€ sviitissĂ€. SisÀÀnkirjautumisautomaatti ei (yllĂ€ttĂ€en) toiminut vaan jonotus perinteisesti respaan. EnsimmĂ€inen miinus. Mukava huone, nĂ€köala tosin suoraan rakennustyömaalle ja Tallinkin konttoriin eikĂ€ esim merelle. KyseessĂ€ kuitenkin SVIITTI. Toinen miinus. KylpylĂ€n pukuhuoneessa lukittavat vaatekaapit. Kolmas niistĂ€ suostui toiminaan. Otin sen kĂ€yttööni SIIVOTTUANI sen. Kolmas miinus. KylpylĂ€ssĂ€ baari jossa vain yksi baarimikko. Jonoa koko ajan. Vaikka jonottaminen onkin yksi kansallishupimme en vĂ€lttĂ€mĂ€ttĂ€ jaksa tehdĂ€ sitĂ€ enÀÀ lomalla tai ulkomailla. NeljĂ€s miinus. Sviittiin kuuluu erikoisaamiainen. No, nautimme talon tarjottavista ilman erikoisuuksia. Viides miinus. PerinteistĂ€ virolaista meininkiĂ€. MikÀÀn ei varsinaisesti yllĂ€ttĂ€nyt. EhkĂ€ hotellin neljĂ€n tĂ€hden luokitus on vĂ€hĂ€n ylĂ€kanttiin, kolme lienee lĂ€hempĂ€nĂ€ todellisuutta. Jos tyydyt vĂ€hĂ€n vĂ€hempÀÀn, olet valmis pettymÀÀn, kylpylĂ€hotelli on ainoa vaihtoehtosi ja jonottaminen on juttusi niin suosittelen. On varmasti vierailun arvoinen paikka. Jos haluat sitĂ€ VÄHÄN PAREMPAA niin suosittelen kokeilemaan muita neljĂ€n tĂ€hden hotellivaihtoehtoja.

Siisti kylpylÀhotelli aivan matkustajaterminaalin kupeessa. Henkilökunta on erittÀin ystÀvÀllistÀ ja aamiainen kerrassaan maukas ja monipuolinen.

Staff are amazing and super friendly. Otherwise the rooms are old and the hotel has a funky chlorine slash wet carpet smell to it. BF is amazing. Huge selection of food including ice cream for breakfast! Coffee is aromatic and delicious. Again, hands down this place would have no significance if it's not for the staff. From the front desk, to the kitchen staff to the cleaners. All super friendly and demonstrate hospitality to a T!

  • 3/5 Tero U. 9 months ago on Google
HyvĂ€ sijainti ja palvelu hyvÀÀ. Siisteystaso on valitettavasti laskenut. Aamiaiselle voi joutua jonottamaan jopa 10 min ( ruuhkaisimpaan aikaan) Turvallista parkkitilaa löytyy (muutama paikka) hotellin alta (25€/vrk - jĂ€tĂ€ auto vaikka hotellin eteen sisÀÀnkirjautumisen ajaksi ja pyydĂ€ parkkilupa) Ilmastointi toimii ja huoneissa on pieni jÀÀkaappi. Altailla voi ostaa huoneen piikkiin juomia. Huoneista löytyy kylpytakit ja tohvelit kylpylĂ€kĂ€yttöön. Uimahousuja voi ostaa kylpylĂ€n kassalta.

First time here and definitely my last! No communication about available parking spaces nearby, although the hotel parking was included in the price. We literally spent more than an hour looking for alternative space to park our car. Second thing, the receptionist Mattis was incredibly rude, understanding few words in english and could not help us at all! I wouldn’t expect such unqualified people working in hotel reception. Very dissatisfied. Third, the hotel is generally so outdated we had to write down personal info about ourselves on a piece of paper. The rooms are from 2000s. Basically, everything we had to do to get to the hotel was incredibly hard and time consuming. Staying at a hotel should be easy and pleasant, well here it does not work that way! Staying anywhere else would be better!!!! Very low quality.

Kolmen pienen lapsen kanssa hyvĂ€ kokemus. PienimmĂ€lle pinnasĂ€nky odotti huoneessa. Mukavat spatilat ja useampi eri sauna. Huoneen kylpyamme on turha. Muuten tykĂ€ttiin perhehuoneesta. Aamupala sopivan monipuolinen. SisÀÀn- uloskirjautumisen voi hoitaa itse 👌.

Ihan ok. LÀhellÀ satamaa. Rauhallinen huone. YstÀvÀllinen henkilökunta. HyvÀ aamiainen. LiikennejÀrjestelyt tÀllÀ hetkellÀ hieman hÀiritsevÀt. KylpylÀ aika mitÀÀnsanomaton ja ahdas.

Situated close to the ferry terminal. It was difficult to know where to park or find parking close to the hotel - i have limited mobility but can walk short distances - we found paid parking around the back of the hotel and walked around 200 metres to the hotel door. The self check in/out service is quick and easy to use and has different language options. The room was basic - en-suite with shower, tv and double bed. There were no hot drink making facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel in general was on the poor side - hallway and public lobby area carpets were visibly dirty, although hard floors were cleaner. For breakfast there were several choices of breads, cold meats, cheeses and salad, cereals, yogurt, fresh cut fruit and hot items including scrambled egg, sausage, blinis and hash browns. Fresh orange juice was also available along with coffee and tea. We only stayed 1 night and the hotel was adequate - would not stay here for a longer period. The staff we interacted with were friendly and polite.

Delicious breakfast with red fish, the room was given to us immediately despite the fact that we arrived pretty early. But there are some minuses I saw: Black womens hair all over my bed - on the pillow, sheets, I had found it even on my face when I woke up.. đŸ˜« dirty floor under the bed, no cleaning in that area at all And you need to learn your staff to say Good morning but not just stand with heads down staring in their computers

Comfy, they prepered the room for us. Breakfast at the conference hotel. And we had a family package that it's great, as you can pick between some museums and the spa. Good location. 10 minutes to the old Town and 15 min to the port.

The staff was very nice, polite and spoke good English. The hotel facilities were very neat and clean. The hotel building itself is new and very modern. It is located next to the port of Tallinn. So it is very convenient if you are planning to take a ferry to Helsinki early in the morning, you will be able to reach the terminal by foot within minutes from this hotel. It is also located within a walking distance from the old town of Tallinn.

The hotel is attached to the other hotel so all check in and out has to go through this one. Express hotel is treated by the staff as the cheap version and no one cares. No room service, no safes in the room and entrance/exit only via the other hotel so quite a detour,as the doors are locked.

I've stayed at the hotel for a week during March 2023. This hotel is great-value for money. Firstly, it is not expensive. Secondly, the hotel is extremely close and convenient to the port, the old town, and the sea plane harbour (with in walking distance). The new city is just 2 stops away but still within walking distance. The staff was very very professional, friendly, and was so helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. The room, and it's bathroom was very spacious (in fact beyond my expectation), well furnished, well equipped, and cleaned. WiFi connection was very strong any where at the hotel. The only down side was the slight old feel of the bathroom.

There was a zipper on the front side of our baby bed where our daughter could have climbed in and out herself. That zipper was broken. But is it a minor issue. One receptionist was in a very funny way grumpy that I had to think of John Clees in Fawlty Towers. He did everything correctly and fast, just had a funny attitude that made me laugh. The checkout system gave the erroneous massage that the checkout failed and I had ro queue up to find out if my payment went through, or not. The breakfast was great, while I missed the boiled eggs. Thus, there were egg cups, but not eggs to insert. One iPad for dispensing drinks for dispensing drink.

Hotel did the job for a couple of nights in Tallinn. Positives: Great breakfast, great location near Old Town and ferry terminal for reaching helsinki, and nice staff Negatives: room walls are very thin, rarely have staff on site so have to access hotel via the much nicer sister hotel next door, and security is not great - someone was able to enter my room with a different key card - and the hotel didn't care.

The place for this hotel is great. The room is good, but mostly good, for those not looking for fancy stay. The breakfast was not wide selection. The best part of the stay was the opportunity to go to spa and pools, which was 10€ per person, which is really cheap. There were 2 big pools, 3 jacuzzi and 8 saunas. So a lot to choose from.
