Very nice staff much better than there other hotel. Very clean comfort good breakfast and again staff who smile which is great for 1st thing in the morning 😊🤭. Lots of parking very central and amazing Curry house just a few metres away. Just WOW So in all a great stay coming back this week with staff. 👍😊

Simple hotel located close to the old town... Staff is friendly, wifi is good and rooms are clean but a bit dated. Good for 1 night, beds aren't very comfortable and they have rooms that the only window looks over the busy hallway to the lobby. This means no fresh air in a very strange design, and visible from lobby, so no privacy. Hotel is also located in a apartment courtyard so it is busy and can be louder then usual, especially the thin walls allow you to hear your neighbors.

Comfortable hotel with a central location. Good size rooms with all expected amenities (including an ironing board) and a window that can be opened for fresh air. Supermarket nearby. The breakfast is typically Estonian and therefore devoid of fresh fruit and could use some improvement. Meanwhile,best takeaway early breakfast sandwiches ever.

Huoneet oli siistit normaalit, ei luksusta mutta hyvät. Hotellialue tosi siisti ja viihtyisä ja hotellin yleiset tilat myös. Palvelu normaali. Hotelli sijaitsee ihan Kalamajan ja vanhankaupungin rajalla, vanhaankaupunkiin kävelee 10min. Voisin mennä toistenkin samaan hotelliin.

The hotel is located pretty close to the old Town only about a 10-15min walk. The staff is great so is the breakfast.

Too good to be true for this price, but it didn't dissapoint in any way. The room has everything you should expect, washing machine for you clothes is near the lobby and the breakfast was amazing. That is; if this buffet is a breakfast, you're doing it wrong. Awesome!

Got the room for my parents in law for 3 nights, room is specious enough, shower with all the essentials. Great breakfast, amazing location 3 minutes to the grocery and 5 minutes to the old Town Fat Margaret entrance. Also a tram stop near by 3-5 mins which can bring you directly to the Viru Kesus and all the shopping.

Quite disappointing for a 4* hotel. Isolation is so poor that one can feel the walls moving when the neighbors slam doors. We could even hear people next door sliding drawers or using the bathroom at 6am. Room not that clean, beds not comfy, pillows old (2nd pillow not even provided), toilet seat had a loose gripe, no iron in the rooms, breakfast okay-ish. The hotel barely covers the very basics, so it should rather be classified as a 3*. Nevertheless, staff was friendly.

Some rooms that are located on first floor next to the street give you a feeling that you are in basement all the time. Sound isolation is poor as you can hear all movement of other people in hotel, you can feel walls shaking when other guests slap doors. Entrance door has a gap that let's the hallway light in to the room... Overall staying in this hotel with company for more than 6 years, nothing has changed.

Huone oli melko perus, kylpyhuone siisti. Huoneen kokolattiamatot tekee ilmasta tunkkaisen. Respassa juuri ja juuri hereillä oleva "asiakaspalvelija". Aamupala hyvä. Sijainti ok.

The overall experience was good, however, it is a pity that since 1 November they are charging €10 per day for parking. As this was not communicated during the booking, I insisted that I would not pay the fee, as this was one of the main reasons why I booked this place. After a short discussion this was accepted, unfortunately they made a mistake when registering the number plate in the system which is why the car was fined €30 by Europark managing the lot on the hotel's behalf. The receptionist took responsibility for cancelling the fine. Breakfast is nice and the rooms are comfy and spacious. It's strategically located close to one of the main gates of the old town.

Good relax and tasty breakfast. Price and quality are good. Had small issues with bathroom, but overal is fine.

Nice stay. Room was okay but not clean enough (floor was dirty). Staff helpful. The COVID mandate for breakfast was unacceptable: no distancing, no masks, quite crowded.

Uncleaned first room, requested a different one and got it. The other - Cold room in September, wasn’t give another one. The rest was decent.

Just ok. Rooms are a bit old but comfortable enough for a business trip. Breakfast is decent ! The very slow speed of the internet in rooms (1MB/s) is a really bad reflection on a hotel in Estonia though !

I booked through Booking a night in this hotel and by mistake I booked something wrong. Even tho it was a non-refundable booking, I called the property and I explained to them what happened and I was not charged. The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. I have a lot of friends who have been in this hotel and they all said the same thing : spotless clean, very delicious breakfast and comfy beds. Definitely will look into booking a room in the future with them.

Great location, good breakfast. Warm, comfortable rooms. Reasonable price. They adhere to all the rules of safe rest. The restaurant is currently closed due to the pandemic, but there are good restaurants nearby.

A gorgeous hotel in the heart of Tallinn. Wonderful big rooms, fast Wi-Fi and the free parking is a real plus. I will be coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The location is perfect. You need 5min to the sea and 10min into the old city. The rooms are big and clean.

Friendly staff and pretty accomodations. Old meets modern. Nice location, although not easy to find the main entrance (which btw is behind Põhja st.). Room was good size, but bed sheets were dirty as well as the coffee station - it makes you wonder what else hasn't been thoroughly cleaned up. This is a big NO NO.

Good location, but the cleaning is not the best. The electric kettle was disgusting and during summer the AC wasn't capable of refreshing the room. Breakfast was fine, nothing special.

Free parking, great rooms, fantastic breakfast, affordable pricing and an absolutely fantastic location. You're in walking distance of a supermarket and the old city is just around the corner. Very friendly staff and comfy bar. If I go back to Tallinn for a few days, here's where i would stay again.

nice hotel with great location. rooms are small but with good wardrobe. there is no view from the windows, because there was left the old facade walls of the building which used to stand here. locations is very good, by the entrance of the old town of tallinn.

Nice idea to build that hotel in old factory. Need to improve signts how to reach the hotel from outside! Fantastic taste and reach breakfast - bravo

Very nice hotel coveniently located wirh old town and beach and seaplane harbor and malls all loccated within 10 mins walk.. Nice breakfast.. Rooms are clean and tidy. Best location for IM event as its just 10 min walk to expo and end point..

Great hotel, great location, staff is very friendly and nice. They had everything ready on our arrival, rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is delicious and very wide for all kinds of eaters. Close to the old city and city center in general. Great place to stay.
