They don’t pick up the phone. All messages sent via booking.com remained unanswered. Poor communication, belittling comments, empty promises that were not kept. They just made my husband who is a cancer patient run in circles chasing them. We paid upfront after their promised to provide a treatment package confirmation required to cross the border as one of the travelers is non-EU. We paid in full and have never seen the confirmation letter despite our reminders, and promises on their part to provide the document in a week, in two days, tomorrow, on the day before the check-in date etc. Finally, when we phoned on the day before crossing the border, they stopped picking up the phone. The worst experience ever that has nothing to do with relaxation and spa treatment. Terrible and unprofessional attitude. My advice – avoid them by any cost.

The only good thing about this hotel is the beach. If you are looking for a spa hotel don't choose this one, if you want to go into the pool or sauna it costs 10 and 15 euro per hour.

Huone studio todella hyvä, tilava.Emme meinaneet löytää sisään käyntiä koska hotellin nimi oli pienellä ovessa eikä talossa itsessään. Oli vain ravintolan /baarien nimet, jotka harhautti. Piritan nimi kyltti pitäisi olla kunnolla esillä. Avainten saanti illalla oli hankalaa, onneksi saimme apua ulkopuoliselta. Sillä soittaessani avaimista puhelu loppui kesken. Täytyisi tulla päivällä että henkilö kuntaa olisi paikalla. Ongelmista huolimatta olimme tyytyväisiä koska huone oli mieleinen ja siisti ja tulemme mielellämme uudestaan.

Rauhallinen sijainti oli tämän paikan hyvä puoli. Valitettavasti entisen loiston on annettu pahasti rapistua. Huoneessamme oli ollut vesivahinko jota ei oltu korjattu ja kaapista tuli homeen hajua. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu kunnolla. Jos paikasta pidettäisiin huolta olisi tämä mahtava mutta valitettavasti näin ei ole kun paikat rapistuu ja homehtuu. Pysäköintipaikkoja ei ollut omia kuin kolme ja ilmainen pysäköinti vieressä koko ajan täynnä.

Do yourself a favour and stay at another hotel. This place is dirty, stinky and the staff are extremely unfriendly. The pool costs 10€/2h/person and def is not worth it.

This hotel needed renovation like yesterday! It´s very poor condition, everything cost extra, swimming pool 10€/person for 1 hour. There is only one coffee machine witch is for sure ...broken!

Great staff and you can't beat the location. Easy access to the beach and very comfortable bedding.

Parkkipaikkaa ei ole helppo löytää kesäaikaan. Rannalla olijat käyttävät samaa parkkialuetta ja alue on suht pieni.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacy but requires updating. The beach is wonderful and you can enjoy heated pool and jacuzzi all year round.

Hinta laatu suhteeltaan todella hyvä. Tosin huoneisto hotelliksi aika vähän astioita. Ja uima-altaasta piti maksaa erikseen. Sijainti hyvä menee noin 20min keskustaan bussilla.

Hotellin sijainti on aivan mahtava, varsinkin jos olet varannut huoneen merenrannan puolelta. Tosin en ymmärrä, miksi hotelli on spa, kun ulkoilma-allas on kuulemma maksullinen jopa hotellin asukkaille ja sekin oli sinä päivänä, kun siellä yövyimme, pois käytöstä! Mutta rannan puoleisista huoneista näkyy suoraan rannalle ja 1.krs huoneille on oma terassisohva, pöytä ja tuoli. Aion mennä hotelliin vastakin, koska sijainti on niin hieno!

Käytävällä ja huoneissa maakellarimaista tuoksua. Myöhäinen check-in hankalaa, kun ketään ei ole paikalla. Puhelimella saatiin tyttö tuomaan avain, väärään huoneeseen. Huoneessa nukuttiin ja pelästyttiin kun ovi avattiin ja valot laitettiin päälle. Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen lähdettiin kaupungille ja takaisintullessa avain ei sopinut enää huoneeseen. Onneksi tällä kertaa vastaanotossa oli poika paikalla. Juoma-automaatti ottaa 2€ ostoksesta 12€. En saanut ostoksesta hyvitystä paikan päällä vaan joudun tekemään tästä reklamaation.

Hotelli on upealla paikalla ja ympäristössä on mukava kävellä. Myös ravintola oli tyylikäs, ruuat hyvia ja ruokaillessa voi katsella auringonlaskua. Itse hotelli on jo kulahtanut. Sänkyjen reunat oli painuneet niin että oli ikävä nukkua, sohvasta törrötti jotain kankaan alta ja äänieristys surkea. Naapurien yölliset juhlat kuuluivat niin että unet jäi. Hotelli mainostaa itseään turhaan spana. Yksi uima-allas ja poreamme ei täytä oletuksia. Sijainti ja upea näköala plussaa.

The location is very good, but that's where all the good ends. The rooms are dirty and have a vague smell of filth. Room with park view has a view of parking lot and cars standing just above your window. A weekend in this 'hotel' costed us 380 euros, breakfast not included. The towels are worned out and there is no tea or coffee in the rooms. There is no staff at the "reception", you always have to call or wait. The swimming pool will costs an extra 10 euros per DAY and the sauna 15 euros per HOUR. Be careful when booking a room by phone and paying directly into their bank account, because our company was cheated on, did not get a room and did not get a refund.

Lovely place right on the beach. Only issue was it was a bit noisy night with other families staying up later. However, service was good, room was clean. We had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Close to supermarket and to local restaurants, and to the short bus ride into town.

We had a sea view apartment and it was a good choice. The view is great and the terrace opens directly to the pool. Expect some noise as the pool is open until 10 pm. The room is also very hot with direct afternoon sun and there is no air conditioner. It would have been still a good stay, except that we got rashes after using the jacuzzi. Bummer!

The best of beach and city wiew. Amazing beach with white sand and kids friendly. Adventure park & swimming pool and spa facilites nearby. Worth visiting in while in Tallinn!

Good location, comfortable rooms, nice wiew, kind staff, nice pool. Highly recommed for if you need rest and spend good time.

No Windows, only door with window. View right to parking and you could smell, when cars were running. So I couldn't keep windows open. Definetly I do not recommendate this place.

The best views, but was some problem with water. It solved quickly.

Amazing view! Apartment was huge and clean! The sea view incredible! Only thing which is bothering is the lack of privacy on the ground floor apartments, because they all share same terrace and access to pool! If you want an amazing room with privacy book sea view on 2nd or 3rd floor! Would love to visit again!

Really nice hotell, it's quiet at night and if you have a view of the sea you're all set. The staff is really nice and helpful, their English is decent and you can make yourself understood quite easily. If you happen to speak Russian and/or Estonian you will have an advantage since those languages seems to be preferred. I will probably come back some time in the future as well.
