Stayed long time with them, after ending the contract they did not refund me my deposit, claiming I had done some minor damages which they charged me a lot to fix. I would definitely recommend avoiding staying with them, and rather choose another place to stay for short / medium and long stay.

Received a cheaper apartment than booked without sorry and price reduction, avoid!

An amazing price for an amazing apartment. We stayed for 2 days (Could have easily stayed for more, but we planned a short trip). + The apartment is right in the heart of Tallinn. A walk to the Tallinn old town is about 5 minutes from the apartment. + The closest store is only about a minute or two walk away. + A walk to the biggest cinema in Tallinn "Coca-Cola plaza" is just a minute walk away. + There are 3 restaurants near the building 1. Vapiano 2. Subway 3. A Chinese themed place. (all about 50 meters from the building) + Apartment itself has a tv and some cable channels, very clean rooms and the bed was amazingly soft and felt like heaven. + One of the biggest things was the tub. The tub was an amazing add-on to the Deluxe apartment itself. Also a huge balcony. There is simply nothing bad to say about this place.

I would avoid at all cost. They stole my money. I cancelled my booking but still haven’t been refunded after a month of waiting and trying to contact them in different ways. Extremely rude customer service as well. They just don’t care. I have travelled a lot but never have I encountered such terrible service anywhere.

Kauniisti remontoitu hotelli ja palvelualtis henkilöstö. Hieman epäkäytännöllinen, koska syksyllä oli kylmää ja kosteaa, eikä huoneessa ollut vielä keskuslämmitys päällä, minkä vuoksi kylppärin lattialämmitys piti laittaa täysille ja pitää ovi auki, jotta huone lämpenisi. Suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt vettä riittävän nopeasti suihkun aikana ja vedet valuivat kylpyhuoneen ovelle, mistä olisivat valuneet eteiseen, jos pyyhe ei olisi ollut tilkkeenä. Pisteet siis kauneudesta ja palvelusta, mutta miinukset epäkäytännöllisyydestä.

Good place, value for money!

The view is typical for that of an accommodation at a city/town center, but thanks for the easy to use curtains you can shut it out and enjoy the remarkable loft apartment ambience. The room/apartment is really worth your while! Absolutely a 5* experience

Since I was aware of the location next to a main street I wasn't too bothered by the noise, but combined with the lack of ventilation in the building I couldn't give a top rating. Besides those points found the stay great in a perfect location

Pretty comfortable apartments located in 10-ish minutes of waking from the old city. Totally enjoyed staying there.

Refrigerator was too loud to have a good sleep and I needed to shut it down.

18/04 I stand corrected I have been refunded for 1 nights stay. Good location and the owner’s customer service policy is good.

I reserved a room about half a year before the stay and paid it in advance. When we arrived, the place was difficult to find and I didn't get any check in information. I called them and they didn't have the room for us even it was paid!! Sure hope to get my money back. I don't even know if this place exists for real or if it is just fake. I'm happy I paid with credit card... Wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who doesn't want to be left with nowhere to stay.

Todella hienosti remontoidut huoneet sekä käytävät. Mutta käytännön asiat eivät olleet kunnossa. - Jääkaappi piti aivan järkyttävää meteliä ihan kun joku olisi piikannut huoneessa. - Viemäri haisi niin paljon että oksetti käydä vessassa - Ilmastointia ei ollut huoneessa yli 25astetta. - Verhot rikki ei saanut vedettyä alas. - Televisio eikä internet toiminut +Hyvä sijainti +Halpa hinta +Hienosti remontoitu.
