I'd say it is a hotel with all the premises to be great, but our visit was far from perfect. Our room was modern and well cleaned. I paid extra for a nice view and we got to look at the castle, which IS a very nice view. There's a quite a busy road on the castle side of the building, which obviously causes some noise, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. The sun is also shining from the castle's direction, which might lead to your room getting pretty hot. Our room definitely was hot, but mostly due to the floor heating in the bathroom being set on max and the thermostat having been ripped off the radiator, causing an Ibiza effect in our room. A service person corrected the issue and within 24 hours the heat was down from 29.5°C to 26. At 4:40am there was a very loud announcement in the hotel, which we first thought was a fire alarm, but turned put to be an announcement that the fire alarm had been a false alarm. We never heard the fire alarm, though. I later complained to the concierge, who simply shrugged and told me someone had been smoking in their room. Probably a good thing to keep in mind, that customers here have trouble understanding the concept of smoke detectors and following written rules. As positive notes the staff did let us keep our bicycles in the luggage room overnight, which was nice and the breakfast was a pretty good Nordic type thing.

We booked a superior room which is supposed to be spacious and fit for 3 people. The list of utilities included a wardrobe as well. In reality, the room was small, the so-called ‘wardrobe’ had only few hangers so we had to place our stuff on chairs. It seems that hotel just wanted to make a profit before an event and got fully packed disregarding any client comfort.

Very comfortable hotel and good location near the old town. Only slightly annoying bit was the doors on the end for the rooms was closed the whole time during the stay. It meant walking the entire length of the hotel to get in or out.

Despite some negative reviews I really enjoy my current stay at this hotel. Staff is polite, and helpful, room spacious, comfortable, breakfast selection is great, fresh, and not too mention able to take away coffee after your breakfast. Breakfast has everything ranging from pastries, fruits, fresh drinks, baked/scrambled eggs, meatballs, and more. Old town is around the corner. Also the spa has long opening hours. Rooms include a fridge to keep your own beverages. Comfortable and large beds. Lots of charging ports at the beds make things even easier. Highly recommended

Probably the best location in Tallinn, it is very very close to the old city. The personal is very friendly and kind, and they speak very good English. It was absolutely clean, they cleaned it every day. We also had breakfast there, and as everything in this hotel, it was flawless. Thank you! Prices were ok!

Unfortunately, the hotel was extremely disappointing. In our booking, we ordered an upgraded standard of 25 square meters for three adults. And upon check-in, we received a regular room with a small fold-out bed, the size of the room does not correspond to the stated, there is no wardrobe or any alternative for storing things, and also, when we asked to replace the fold-out bed, they brought us another one with a bloody bed. The service was extremely disappointing, I hope the management will take our complaint into consideration and take action.

The hotel and pool are ok, but avoid the massage !!! I had three appointments there and was rejected all three times. Two times because the masseuse Grete Puck did not want to massage me because I am a man, the third time because another masseur was ill. The money for the massage, which I have paid in advance wasn't returned to this day. I have today written my third e.mail asking for my money back. In addition to all of this they are rude and indifferent.

Huoneessa oli kylmä, vaikka patteri paahtoi lämpöä. Aamupala sellaista perustasoa.

This is the worst hotel in Tallinn and the worst Park Inn hotel we have been to. At first we were put in a room with a broken tap in the bathroom and a dirty mirror. When asked to change the number, the employee replied that there were no vacancies. The number was changed after I showed that I could book a room right now on Booking, that there were vacancies and she was lying. The rooms are very cold, there is draft from the windows and poor sound insulation. There is no water in the rooms. The mini bar is empty. The entire hotel is dirty and cold. The breakfast is terrible, park inn hotels always have good tasty breakfasts, not at this hotel. There is no choice, everything is cold. The tables and cafe are dirty. I don't want to stay in this hotel. The weekend is ruined. Very sorry for the money wasted. This hotel is a disgrace to Park Inn.

Nicely located, still fresh inside. Has 4 different saunas. The ironing room had seen better days though, but who irons shirts these days.

I was staying here for couple of nights. Cleanliness of the rooms - average. Bunch of hair in the bathroom etc. Hotel it self is nice including the restaurant in there. But the staff… I’m amazed! If you’ll ever meet receptionist from the front desk named Veronica- don’t be surprised- she’ll roll her eyes, make facial expressions and rude attitude towards customers. Reading all the reviews below, hotel reply is that they’re working on improvements. But it’s obviously zero effort. If it was my choice- I would never stay here again.

Very nice location, nearby Old Tallinn. It's very cheap for what you get. We paid 65 euros for one night for 2. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Guests have access included to the aqua and sauna center from 9 am to 9 pm. I'd suggest to go in the morning when it opens because it's cleaner then. Staff is kind and caring. Check-out is at noon. Hotel has a lovely café and a restaurant/bar. It is overall clean. Hotel features a parking as well.

  • 3/5 Mary L. 8 months ago on Google
The room is clean, the location is quite good. I think the staff could be more accommodating. Aqua zone is nice and spacious, but the morning I went for it, only one sauna was turned on. The breakfast has a lot of choice, but the quality of food could be better. In general, it was a pleasant experience.

Very good location, about 15min Walk to old Town (in December/Snow) I would recommend to take BOLT around town and not Taxi, Bolt usally was 3-5€ for a 5-10min ride, Taxi cost much more and you won't know price until after trip. Rooms was a little Dirty, but got a upgraded Room when we said about it, very good costumer service 👍 and really nice comfy beds, so overall okey for the price and location

The bed is comfy 4/5 Bathroom is big with a tub 3/5 Hotel is big and that’s a issue as it feels not cosy. Staff are straight forward without having the extra spring in the step. 3/5 On a positive not they did give me a early check in which warms them a extra star. The pool and spa area is nice 4/5 It feels impersonal and very commercial. Not a home like feel at this hotel.

I don’t usually give low ratings, but being radisson one would expect the people working at the reception to be a little more friendlier. The spa though facilities were good , needs some improvement. Room was decent enough. Breakfast was an absolute blast. Great food. But rest of the amenities here really needs to be better. I hope I have a better experience when I come next time

Rooms were ok. Nice, firm bed. We had superior room. The size was very good, but no refrigerator. You can also hear the traffic. If you're a light sleeper, pack earplugs. Spa was nice. A little old-dated, but we had fun at the different saunas (Finnish, Salt and aroma). Quite far from the port, so location is not ideal. All in all, good value for the price.

Decent hotel. The rooms in the building which are located towards the old town are spacious, clean and nice with view to the old town. The spa area is nice. The old town is in walking distance. The only negative was that the hotel was very crowded with a lot of groups from travel agencies. All in all, it was as expected.

  • 4/5 Lasse E. 8 months ago on Google
A typical Radisson Hotel, not over fantastic, not bad. It was a hotel for sleep and relax. This it did very well. It is very close (walking distance) to old town and therefore very attractive with my eyes. The staff was kind and smiling. We felt welcome. The parking is a lottery !!! The Russian restaurant were closed, wonder why 🙂

The room was fine, good beds and nice to have a bathtub. We were disappointed to find the windows unable to open so no fresh air. On the same note, the air ventilation did not work when using the heat function. One issue that bothered us was the noise from the other rooms as we could hear our neighbours playing loud music and speaking.

I left my headphones in the room. I wrote a letter to the administrator and asked to check the number. I saw that the geolocation showed me that they were there for almost a day and then started moving around the city. So someone from the staff found them and took them away. I do not recommend the hotel

"The spa is not included to the standard-room" todettiin kylpylän portilla.

I had the pleasure of staying at this modern building and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I reserved a room on the top floor with a stunning view of the old city, and the location was incredibly convenient, with the old city and public transport connections just a short walk away. The check-in staff were attentive and made me feel very welcome. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of delicious options. Although I didn't have the chance to dine in the on-site restaurant or try out the swimming pool (which was unfortunately closed for renovations during my stay), I can confidently say that this hotel is a fantastic choice. It deserves a solid 5-star rating for its exceptional service and prime location.

Pääoven edustalla liikaa tupakointipaikkoja. Taksin tms. odottaminen ilman savusaastetta mahdotonta.

Good location with 10-15 min walk to old town. Breakfast is mediocre. Lots of carbs. Crowded on weekends. Nice spa. Good massager, though she don't speak English. Good and relatively spacious gym. Bigger than most you can find at the hotels. The bed is super stiff / hard. Woke up with back pains. The bathroom door was broken and did not close properly. Could have a second armchair. There's no fridge in the room. No shoehorn.

The worst meal/food experience in any hotel in Tallinn. We have never experienced such a horrible run food and beverage department in any hotel. Zero managers at all on weekend. Staff are suffering with zero help or accountability from management. Dinner Friday stood at the entrance to restaurant for 10 minutes with no help. Finally we went to the hotel front desk and they said to just go sit down. We waited and waited finally having to flag down a women who was very angry. The tables around us only got half their meals and ended up leaving when half their family and small children never got their food. Our food came out in over an hour wait. 1 price by 1 piece at a time. Resulting in people being completely finished their meal before the others food even arrived. The staff even during the wait never asked how we are doing , or could get offer you another drink, or glass of water nothing. I ordered some grilled vegetables for my salad and finally after 25 minutes after I ate my salad I told the waitress to just cancel the vegetables. Zero control over the room, Then breakfast we came down again the lady at rhe front asked our room number and sent us in. We hovered and walked around the restaurant over and over again stocking if anyone was done eating. Finally we just had to leave without eating any breakfast and I have a 3 year old child. If the room was do busy having a hostest who can manager the flow is all that would be needed. If their are no seat control the entrance. Sorry we are full right now it could be a 20 minute wait..but no nothing there was around 30 of us just hovering. When speaking to the hostest she was aggregated when I asked what we can do. When speaking to the front desk they said we can give you an eamol address to tell the manager who is not at the hotel at the weekend. No staff, no control, no managers to help anyone. Avoid this hotel if you want to eat. Don't buy the breakfast no point. Really sad to be honest we were really looking forward to a beautiful family weekend away.

Nice Hotel. Friendly staff, good food, Nice clean rooms. But the bathrooms are dissapointing and need refurbishment. Discoloration on showercurtains and between tiles and joints. Would also be much better with a proper shower instead of standing in a bathtub.

Great value overall. We travelled as a young couple and booked a Standard double room with breakfast which was delicious and assorted. Spa/Sauna was for us the highlight of the hotel. Well located, friendly staff and very affordable. We were very pleased.

We were there on 2 occasions. The first time we stayed 3 days, and got a very small and stuffy corner room, very sub standard. The worst part of that stay however was the reception, which was the worst we have ever encountered in many years of travelling. 3 of the 4 receptionists were unwilling to help, unsmiling and extremely unprofessional ( did not know or try to answer any of our questions).Soviet era tallin at its worst. Second stay (20-21/7) was lots better- excellent room and a good helpful smiling receptionist . Apart from that, good location good breakfast and good fitness room.

Thanks to Park Inn for an amazing staff at the front desk, and a nice clean room. Our ship from helsinki arrived at 05:30 and everything in Town was closed and it was very cold outside. Park Inn offered us a room at a great rate until noon. I'm very happy with this establishment!

Hello, guys I have recently visited this hotel for staying just two days, the beds are completely uncomfortable, privacy chain lock is broken. According to price its completely trash service, ofc if you visit spa, gym those are fine, but hotel service disaster. According to price its TOOO high than expected, they just earning money giving almost nothing even breakfast was not INCLUDED. Even somehow they have managed to delete my review, Nice politics. Room was clean, shower room was good. I will never visit your hotel again, thank you !!

Absolutely affordable prices for hotel and spa, pleasant service and free wifi, with buffet (extra charge), single and double beds with amenities but the electrical system is not understood at first, as well as a good place to stay for families with children🤔☺️

Location is perfect if you want to see old town of Tallina and city center. Breakfast was great with wide variety. Spa wasn't crowded. Our room was great all you need for few day trip. Stuff was on point. There's also parking 16€ for 24h.

The hotel rooms and service was excellent. However the SPA service and cleanliness was very poor. Receptionist was quite rude, didn't explain how to access the SPA and where everything is located. The showers and saunas were mouldy, black mould on the walls, limescale, didn't feel comfortable using facilities.

Overall nice hotel experience. Hotel room beds and pillows were fantastic. Room was also very quiet. Breakfast here is very good with great variety of good. I also liked the wellness spa which is included to hotel room price. You can just walk from your room to spa area. You can even bring your on beers and drinks to spa, which is good, you just have to put your empty cans to garbage bins. Spa area is also very clean and modern, everything worked in the pools. There are two big jacuzzis available for relaxing. Hotel is located next to Kalamaja so all hipater kind of restaurants and sights are very close. Its also very near to old town.

Stange check in, not very polite. I don't know if I've had the room that I paid for...must have been a superior. But it was small. Not a very clean room, dust in the room and pee on the outside of the toilet. Old deteriorated bath robes and towels. The same for bed linen. Children can go to the spa and in the saunas, so no relax. Rooms should be sound proof but they are not! You can hear everything from the others rooms and form the boulevard, including traffic and pickhammer during the night!!! Apparently there is a street construction site every night in front if the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

5 for hotel, 1 for Spa. Rooms are goid - good beds, quite sleeping time. But SPA are is a disaster. On the photo you can see what quality Bathrobes i have got, it was very small (fit well on my 8 year kid, not for me), one even had holes on it. My request for exchange was declined. Entering spa - they give no hand band for lockers as "they are out of them" .. even early in the morning when there was only few people. Needed to use room key - but where to hold it when im swimming?? Overall very bad experience with SPA area. Average breakfast.

Positive: good breakfast, the room was clean, tv was ok. Negative: the place is in need of renovation. The bed was too soft for my back but otherwise the room was ok. The main problem was the spa, which was not up to todays standards. The water was cold and the design of the spa area was old and lacked warmth - too much empy space and no waterfalls or lazy rivers etc. Just a plain pool with 2 bubble baths. The dressing room and showers in the spa area had mold and again the interior design was from the 90s. It was a dissapointment that there was no option to enjoy a regular 80c sauna with my wife as the regular 80c saunas were separate for men and women.

It was our very first trip to Tallinn and though it was a quick one, we had a very nice experience. The room provided us a good view and we had a fulfilling rest. It was understandable that the staff were busy and ran out some basic things like shampoos and toothbrushes. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and I personally loved the coffee. We'll absolutely return here.

Rooms have air conditioning, but no mini fridge or microwave. Nice large bed and a bathtub. The water spa is quite small, but nice. They have different saunas as well. Breakfast is pretty good. But mostly the staff are happy and so nice! I think the staff is the best quality of this hotel :)

The slowest bar service I have ever seen, there were only 3 tables occupied but when it was time to order you almost had to dance on top of the table to be seen and they still didn't notice. I have travelled a lot and stayed in several hotels, but I could never have imagined it like this one. The hotel is good, good location, good spa and reception service, but unfortunately I can't say about the bar.
