No warm water no wifi 30 min delay till i can go into room. Warm water was "fixed" as we got about 5min of total warm water time for me and my gf so as you can assume we both shower in cold water :)

Booked accomodation on 09.07.2022 evening, when we arrived it appeared there were no free rooms. We were given rooms which were already occupied. It was difficult to reach duty person, extremely poor service. Do not recommend at all. Keep away from this place.

Absolutely terrible and unrespectable service. First they did not answer emails and when we finally called and got the code to the apartment, it was not cleaned. We got a new code to an apartment, that was missing bedding for two persons (we had booked for four). We called and the owner was angry and did not want to talk, hung up on me many times, every time I called back. He told us to leave and that because it was Sunday he couldnt be bothered with clients that complain. And then he hung up again. Now we are stranded in Tallinn. I really do not recommend this place to anyone and I also do hope we get our money back.

Very beautiful location right next to the harbor and water. Perfect location to watch the sunrise and sunset in Tallinn. Easy access to Tallinn Old town and city. Easy public transportation access.

Not recommended for summer, it’s really hot and the ac doesn’t work properly. There’s an awful smell on koba 4, it’s impossible to go to the bathroom without puking, it might be the ventilation system. Aesthetically it’s nice, great interior design and location but bad functionality.

Very comfortable stay, everything was clean and nice.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was perfect. It’s near the old Town and there is a supermarket nearby.

Beautifully designed little house. Only minus is that there is no free parking. You need to pay additional ~9 euros for that. And water from shower is coming in your 'dinning room' :) Other than that - great place with nice view on jachts passing by.

I accidentally left there my expensive electric toothbrush. They promised to send it by post. I said thank you very much, I would pay the postage if I had to. It's been six months now. Liars…. The house was smelly and the wi-fi didn't work by the way…

Very cozy place on the harbour and center are near . Very recommended to stay in this apartment. Clean and comfortable.

Modern studio-apartment, quite spacious for two persons. Good sound isolation. Lovely view at the port.
