Hotel is really good but the spa is the thing, which makes the real difference.

Terrible service, dirty windows in the room. Dirt and dust under the bed and on the closet. It was like they didn't clean up before moving in. When visiting the pool and spa complex, they could not provide bathrobes, but only towels. When checking in, there were no disposable gels and shampoo in the room, and there was no liquid soap. No concern for your guests. The girls at the reception are great, they are satisfied with their work. The room was not cleaned, as if the maids simply did not reach us. Without bathrobes, apparently we were the only ones in the whole hotel, we also didn’t like that there was no water in the hotel.

Good hotel locations - near old town, warm parking in wintertime under hotel.

Excellent room after redecoration. Beuatiful view of the old town oyt of the window in the new wing. Faces a noice road, though.

Looks like it's not a season now. Water and all saunas were quite cold.

Good location. Rooms are nice and clean.

Haven't used the rooms, but used the spa/sports section regularly. Have a cosy bar and lounge with piano, once one has had a meal and wants to digest in peace before going back into the heat. Also, host one of the coolest art galleries in town, which, since Covid, is not open as much anymore.

Hi, just sharing my opinion, according to price the room quality is poor, specially the AC does not work at all, broken private lock, bed is really hard one not comfortable one, blanket is nice, Shower is nice, we stayed there two nights and the price is really high even breakfast not included, For SPA, GYM is good place for staying its not recommended, for future we will prefer other place for a short stay. I can understand they are bring down the quality and raising the price at least for rooms

Very nice junior suite in the top floor. Own balcony with view over the town. Huge windows and effective cooling. Short distance to old town and city center. We were travelling with our dog and room is for people with pets. Floor material was a bit worn out (because of dogs?) and otherwise 5 stars. View is 6 stars :).

I have visited this hotel a number of times and have been satisfied with everything every single time, the room, the service. as well as the location because you are close to two malls and about 1km from the old town, I am also satisfied with their bath and sauna, the cafeteria there is also nice and has quite a large selection
