This is an okay place to stay one or maybe two nights. All necessary facilities are there (kitchen, common room, towel rental, small bar / fridge at the reception). But: I can't see any real commitment concerning the condition of the hostel. Love is missing!! Staff is funny and helpful. Room was a bit uncomfortable, noisy street in front the window. Do not recommend for a longer stay!

The rooms are comfy and clean. The location is great, the slippers policy is annoying. The girls who work there are friendly, the guys not so much... If you care about wearing your shoes and friendly guys - then book another place!

Cool place for a quick nap.....welcoming place... friendly staff. You get what you pay for, so if you are paying 10-12 Euro and expecting a five star hotel you won't get. But it is worth much more than 10 Euros i paid for. The place was even very clean and peaceful. Infact an easily accessible place from freedom square

Super helpful staff, nice facilities including a great big common area with a pool table. Old town is very close by, and so is a 24/7 hour store. Very happy with my stay there, BUT; your manager needs to step up her pool game until next time!

A very lux place for the money

Good afternoon I want to share with everyone that I was illegally charged 8.10€ this morning because I couldn’t cancel my reservation yesterday and didn’t show up, but in booking I indicated “pay later”, so guys, be careful when you book with bank. card and enter its details.

My expectations weren't too high, but this hostel surpassed every one of them. The place was tidy, especially the room we stayed in, it felt more like a hotel room, plus the price was very reasonable. But what I loved the most was the staff, who were all very polite, welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Spoon from the staff for the amazing hospitality shown, even at very late hours! I'm very happy I chose this place and will stay here again the next time I come to Tallinn.

The service and personnel are great and super helpful. Just ask and they do what they can to help out! The prices are great and the bedrooms are very clean. They get cleaned very regularly. Sheets are also fresh. The only thing bringing it down to 4 stars is that a few of the bathrooms were a bit broken. Like that the toilets were broken and a shower was a bit physically worn. But it worked! I recommend staying here.

Good small hostel on the edge of the old city in Tallin, located 2km from the bus station making it easy to get to and from. comfy beds in a modern room with personal lockers and locked room door (not as obvious as it should be) staff was very good and helpful. very good value for the money

Stayed at the hostel for 1 night. We had found ourselves in a situation of poor trip planning, and after a long night of visiting bars, realised that we didn’t book the hotel for the night. It was already past 12am and, after scouting other places and being told that it’s impossible to get a room, we were lucky to find the United Backpackers Hostel. Even tho it was late and last moment, the staff on the reception, Luan, was energetic and friendly. Quickly arranged a private room for us with no extra hustle, for a very reasonable price. Nice, clean room with soft beds. Very pleasant stay. Recommend anyone who looks for quick, cheap and comfortable accommodation.

Staff is helpful. They provide lockers. Good wifi and a good computer downstairs. The kitchen is fine, altough it could be cleaner/tidier. The beds are comfortable. Location is perfect if you want to visit the city center
