I ate in this bar this morning, the waiter was very kind. Good coffee and good croissants. I suggest it!

One star for nice latte art and flavor not bad. Visited to drink at the table. Were served in paper and plastic cup. Rude and unhelpful response from the employee who was making coffee when asking about the cup.

When in doubt i always go to caffeine in the baltic region.. this one it no exception coffee was wonderful bakery and sweets spot on the waiter so nice but its really understaffed that made it dirty and messy

Fun and the staff was friendly, attentive and patient when explaining and describing some items for us. Great location for socializing or just to recharge while walking around Tallinn’s old town. Plenty of good food to snack or eat with lots of good coffee. $$$

Friendly service but the wifi is slow. Not a good place for your laptop.

We were waiting in front of the waiter for 5 minutes. He ignored us completely while preparing sth for someone else. We left and went to Räval Cafe 2min away which had more and better cakes for a bit cheaper price and much friendlier waiters

I loved the way the guy who was making the coffee was treating ppl (his name starts with San but can’t recall it). It was a public holiday and Cafe was so crowded m, he was overwhelmed and working nonstop but still smiling talking in a v nice way to everyone.

Perfect cafe chain in the Baltics! Nice staff, affordable and various drinks and pastries. Have been there during my stay and loved the atmosphere we can find again even in different countries :)

One of the better Caffeine’s branches. Mostly clean shop, very friendly staff, really hot coffee if you ask for it. As they do soy too, and the coffee is not bad, it’s a good option. One star less because of the dirty and not maintained toilet and the full trash can.

I took a hot White Chocolate Latte and a vegetarian sandwich here. I found this café quite cozy. It was many people in the Café though. Fortunately, I managed to find a table where I could sit for myself. :) The toilet is free for customers and the staff are quite nice and keen.

My favorite café in Tallinn, coffee quality is comparable to Starbucks. Service is fast but there may be queue since many people come here.

Cute cafe near the main square in the old town. Went in primarily looking for a coffee and a plug point to charge my phone. Had a tomato and mozzarella sandwich which was decent. Spent an hour charging my phone. Place has a nice quiet vibe to it. Lots of people working or quietly chit-chatting. Tourists generally came in and out for coffee to go.

A really nice location and a pleasant corner. Terribly understaffed though. Most people had to wait for a long time and one couple came in, waited for a while and left. I guess our timing was lucky. We walked in just in time for me to order the worst Americano I have ever had. It came in a glass cup and looked like tea. I would have complained but the young lady behind the counter was far too busy. The place is cozy but there winds up not being much room due to numbers of people who install themselves broadly with a laptop and perhaps one coffee. There are great options for coffee in the old town of Tallinn but this isn't one.

I discovered this café (and the chain as a matter of fact) during my trip across the Baltic states. They have a variety of coffees to try, with a variety of plant-based milks as substitution for which I was really grateful. I don't speak Estonian and this was the only Caffeine I have been too that didn't have the English translations by their cakes so I chose a random one. I think it might have been a pumpkin cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. This was my first of many stops at a Caffeine store and the service is always great, the sweets are always tasty and the coffee is always hot!

So far I liked this place, great location, nice atmosphere but today I learned those 2,50eur bakery per piece are frozen staff warmed up... so that can be fine too but probably even the whole package doesnt cost them 2,50 so I dear to say that awful quality-money ratio. If you sell random staff, price should alao be random, dont ask for the money like you made them. It was also nig nice, at first the lady behind bar said that they just made them an hour ago and when I specified "so they are not frozen, you made them" she started mumbling and very quietly said they actually are frozen...not honest business in my opinion and I have to look for another place. Also fact that everything is plastic and one time cutlery for even eating inside...

I have very high respect to the girl who work there on New Year day. There was long queue but she was so calm and attended to all customers patiently and with smiles. The cheese cake however was abit dry though but i love my bailey's flat white. Definitely will come again next time.

Staff is not really friendly, place is crowded and no one removes dirty dishes from empty tables, which makes your confused. Cheesecake is very tasty though 😊

I can’t recall the name of the drink I ordered but it was basically Halloween in a cup. They had oat milk which I appreciate. I could have done without whatever was on the top that looked like sprinkles, they tasted a bit like sand but overall flavor was there. Service was great too!

Nice little spot, just a short stroll from the busy tourist area, town hall square. Much nicer and more relaxed environment. Definitely check it out.

Very good matcha latte. Chilled, cozy vibe. Used chipped mug to serve, which is forbidden in customer service where I come from but probably not in Estonia.

Planned to come and grab some coffee, Google said that they worked till 22:00. Came exactly at 21 and they were closed. Turned out that the information was wrong. Please fix this so nobody would be in the same situation like me.

I was only in town for 1 day and was desperately looking for a good coffee: Caffeine delivered. The place is nice, though I took my coffee to go. Staff is nice, friendly and speak an amazing english. Coffee was very good, at the right temperature and there is vegan option if you'd like. I'll come back to this place next time I'm in town.
