Very good quality of food. This was our first try at Ukrainian cuisine. Loved the flavoured vodka. The rabbit dumplings were amazing. Great service. Highly recommended.

Must declare a positive bias from the outset. I like Ukrainian food. But dinner totally exceeded all my expectations and totally worth the wait from previous trip in September. Food was fantastic. Wonderful black bread. Superb borscht. Amazing chicken Kiev. And the Kiev Tart is simply to die for. A lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. Booked my table for 6.30 pm and glad I did as restaurant was busy. Great to see business thriving but no surprise given the quality of the dinner I was served. Will be delighted to come back on my next trip. Highly recommended to all lovers of good food.

Had a light lunch here the other day and was very impressed with all the dishes. Everything was beautifully decorated and tasty! Love the dumplings with duck filling. They also have quite spacious indoor seating and a few table outdoor.

One of the best restaurants we experienced while in Tallinn. Every item was incredible, so I'd recommend sharing many dishes as you can! A really good wine list too!

So so good! I ordered borscht and vareniki and there was a complimentary horse radish vodka (strong!) and the herring spread on rye bread, amazing. Borscht was wonderful and I had the rabbit vareniki.

Everything was perfect. Ambience was great, food was amazing. Ordered multiple dishes and it was all delicious. I recommend the cabbage dumplings, borscht, chicken Kyiv, and cabbage rolls. A great value as well, with big portions.

The best dining experience of our Tallinn trip was Odessa. Every single dish was just perfect (we tried the halibut grill, duck with beetroot and the schnitzel). The service was very friendly. Overall definitely the must-try place in the old city

Really amazing food. I had the chicken Kiev, my wife the "special Odessa pork" option and both were, to me, surprisingly elaborate and try filling plates. The dessert was also quite memorable. I will absolutely be back next time we are in Tallin. Service was a bit shy but quick and totally respectful. We had a 2yo with us and they have a high chair.

I found the food pleasant, but my mother didn't much care for it. She felt schnitzel should be crispy, but I didn't mind it. The chicken Kyiv was nice, as was the dumplings. The decor was pleasant, but the the service was slow.

Great restaurant. Rabbit dumplings are very tasty here, and the okroshka is the best I have ever had. Cherry dumplings are incredible! We had one portion to share with my wife, but it's impossible not to ask for one more!

Hidden little gem in the heart of Tallinn's old town. Great service, good music and delicious food. The place has a wonderful vibe. I'm happy I accidentally bumped into it. Plus one star for the "chef's compliment". :) Too bad I can't eat big portions at once, but I hope to get back and taste the rest of the menu.

Really good food and service, I recommend eating here. Specially the Borsch soup, not very expensive, good size and really tasty. One of the best places to eat in Tallins downtown.

The restaurant is cozy, the food is extremely delicious but the waitress doesn't speak English and the service was not good. We had a total of 33,50, which I paid with 203,50€ (in order to have 170€ back, without coins) but she gave me 167€ back, taking the rest as self-tip. Weird event but the food was worth it

A cozy place for a tasty and filling meal at very reasonable prices. Flavorful complimentary horseradish vodka and herring as a starter left me feeling welcomed, and the rabbit dumplings were deliciously indulgent.

➖ my Borsch-soup was almost cold, even before I put the sour-cream in it; they forgot to give a serviette; and the bacon-roll I got for an extra for the soup was half-frozen ➕ I got a surprise aperitif, which was very good, and of course a very nice gesture; the duck-dumpling was good as well

Good food and service. We ordered the bread bowl, Chicken Kyiv and the eggplant caviar. They also brought out a complimentary bread hors d'oeuvres. For dessert we had the Kyiv cake, which was delicious. Everything was very good and the prices were reasonable. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Brilliant place with tasty food and super friendly service. Prices are pretty high, but atmosphere and food quality is worth of it. The restaurant is really popular, so it’s better to book a table in advance

Great atmosphere, excellent service, very polite and ultimately helpful staff. Prices are slightly higher than the average restaurant, but it's worth the money for the very authentic and delicious Ukrainian cuisine, such as the unbelievably tasty Farshmak or unique Deruny with mushrooms. If you order a starter, the moonshine with horse-radish is delivered from the company for free. Additionally, the place occasionally attracts famous Ukrainian actors.-)

Very nice atmosphere and authentic food from Ukraine. Everything that we tried was very good and I recommend. The compliments from the chef was toast with herring paste and a shot of very strong and special vodka (careful! 😊) Curious thing is this restaurant is located very centric but only a few meters away from the Russian museum and the Russian consulate. I suppose there might be some tension in this street and the police are always present in a vehicle.

A very cozy and homey restaurant in the Old Tallinn. We ordered a bowl of carpathian bograch-goulash (picture 2) and traditional vareniki with duck filling (picture 3). As we had ordered, we received a complimentary snack: 2 shots of homemade horseradish vodka and a couple of vorschmack sandwiches (picture 1). As a wrap up of the meal we had some pistachio ice cream (picture 4). Would recommend this place for a quiet and tasty evening with your loved ones.

Very interesting place. Food was delicious, but Cezar salad was not good. Chicken was like a gum.. We were here two times, both of them we were almost alone.

Found this place by chance, and I find an experience here as delight and happy. Portion and taste of the food were great, and the service was not bad as well. I especially recommend the menu Borscht, it’s value for the money :)

Lovely meals. Good food, nice atmosphere, weird music. Good and quick service and prep times. Don't remember much from visiting Odessa for real in my youth. Food sure was good there and is in the Tallinn restaurant.

From the moment you step in, you realise that you are in a special place. The whole place is beautifully decorated with Ukrainian memorabilia! The menu has good variety and everything is created and served with the highest standard. We started our meal with a complimentary vodka and canapés! The quality of the food could put a Michelin restaurant to shame! The staff is welcoming and the prices are down to earth.

We ordered two goulashes, it was terribly disgusting, it was dirty water like, if you put water in a pan and boil with an artificial stock, it will taste better than this. Cup a soup is better. Really disappointed, €13 in the trash because it’s truly not eatable.

Absolutely amazed by this restaurant! From my personal top 5 in Tallinn this one is part of them without any doubt! The duck dumplings were incredible, the potato minipies,the salmon avocado trtar was very nicely prepared.. It is my first with the Ukranian kitchen but madre mia!

The food is really good and the prices are very fair. Especially considering the location of the restaurant. Definetly is a very good option if you’re strolling through old town.

The Borscht is really good and large portion! With sour cream is AMAZING. Also, make sure you try their “grandpa recipe” horseradish drink!
