We waited for more than an hour, after ordering to a waiter who didn’t show much interest in our order. The food portion for the mains was small, and it looked like it had been prepared in the 5 additional minutes they asked us to wait after an hour. Pretty disappointing customer service. Burgers were decent.

The place seemed promising, right in the heart of Old Town with decent prices. Unfortunately the staff were quite unfriendly and we had to wait for a long time before we were served and had to wait over an hour to receive our food (we noticed this as the church bell rang every hour and it happened twice as we were waiting for our food.) The food itself was a disappointment. The burgers were decent but other food was given in such a small portions that we were left hungry and the food seemed very cheap and quickly prepared. We weren't served in any way after receiving our food and had to go pay inside ourselves. I cannot recommend, but if you do go there order burgers instead of the other food.

The burgers LOOK good — but it’s actually disgusting. Fake movie theater cheese and the ingredients don’t taste right. VERY disappointed and we did not finish our meal! #stillhungry #fortydollarslater……

Good food. But horrible service. We had to ask for a menu, ask to order, ask to get knife and fork. One table of four next to us simply left because they had to wait too long to get any service.

Underrated place right in the heart of old town. Delicious burgers with loads of fresh salad. I would work on service a little bit and the cleanliness of the wc.

Stopped in for a late night dinner and drinks and had a lovely time. Our server Elianne was very kind and helpful. Our food came quickly, was reasonably priced and portion sizes were perfectly adequate. Would happily come back.

Wouldn't recommend this place, there are plenty of nicer places in Raekoja Plats. The food was decent but not amazing. The service started off well enough but nobody checked on us for an hour after our food was brought out even though we had clearly finished our food and were waiting to order more drinks. Ended up just paying the bill and leaving instead of waiting another hour for two drinks. They weren't even that busy, the three servers on shift should have easily covered all the tables without delays. It's interesting as well that the only positive reviews for this place are from Russians which makes it quite clear that the staff only prioritises certain customers.

A lot of reviews about the service, which is definitely slow, but can't comprehend the "good food" comments. Burger was awful, took a couple of bites and left it. Stale bun with a dry, tasteless, grey patty drowned in sauce. Avoid avoid avoid.

I’m not sure if I was just starving, but I throughly enjoyed my meal here. Service was quick and staff was friendly. They even took a photo of our group for us. Burgers were pink in the middle, as indicated on the menu. The burger was very messy to eat with sauce and toppings. The fries do not come with the burgers. The garlic bread, not pictured, looked like dark fries, but tasted amazing! Would definitely eat here again.

Burgers were good but not exceptional and with the most salad I have ever seen inside a burger - probably too much ;) Drinks were also just average (btw: Fries are not included by default, you have to order them separately)

I don’t understand why this restaurant have too badly ratings. Service was very good and food it was also good. Definitely not top class but pretty ok.

Nuoria olivat tarjoilijat ja heti sai ihan ystävällistä palvelua, toki rauhallista vanhassa kaupungissa ettei kiire painanut päälle. Burgerit oli enemmän kuin ihan tavis burgerit. Maku pihvissä hyvä ja ei moitittavaa sen suhteen. Miehen burgerissa oli 2 pihviä ja siinä riitti syötävää.

The waitress did not take notes and forgot about our tea. But other than that: the prices were great for the food we ate! Delicious, big portions! They strongly improved vs. earlier reviews! Strongly recommended
