Good food, but bad service. Very slow and misleading.

Very unfriendly and impolite staff member; very slow service; very little if any value for money. This is a place to avoid. This is the place that makes you wish that robotization arrives faster in order to substitute for unfriendly, impolite employees. It is easier to program a machine to smile and to say "hello" and "thank you" than to educate some people to achieve a minimum of customer friendliness.

Just order a hamburger and got over charged by 150% and they say that its my problem that they overcharged me.

They saw us walk in with the dog (wich is welcome in Solaris as security said), the saw us order with dog, they saw us sit, still with the dog. But when it was time to give us the food they kicked us out... with the dog. Ps:the lady that kicked us out was nice and polite. No signs about cats or animals in general at the place.

Quick service. Clean tables. Effective self order machines instead of having to order at the counter. Tasty wraps and chips.

Food trash and too salty swimming in mayonnaise, took 30 mins to arrive. Seemingly dogs allowed. Coincidence¿?

I went with a friend and was happy with the food, it didn't take too long to get it either. I had a small burger and fries which I enjoyed, but I didn't really care for the lemonade they offered.

They now seal donuts in airtight plastic packs. Which you cannot open without either crushing the donut or knocking something nearby. Donuts packed in disaster, literally :/

The food is great especially the chicken burger, but they will give food to people who came 15 min after you and with bigger orders Also very confortable and they have a proper place to dispose drinks

Went to get bite to eat, stood in the queue with kids. When it was our turn student girl served some.old man before us implying that he was there first. Even though when we arrived he wasnt there. Thank you for ruined kids mood. Never again

Slow service, fries were oversalted and I recieved a small cheeseburger instead of a big one. Would not recommend.

Solaris allows dogs. We decided to go to Hesburger to eat. We order and we were waiting for our food. After 15 minutes they told us we couldn't eat there with our dog. There was no sign "dogs are not allowed. we ask for a refund but they told us they can't because they were already doing our burgers. They saw the dog but decided to told us after 15 minutes. 15. She was laying down under our table not bothering anyone. Terrible experience, I'm upset.
