After staying at this hotel twice I can easily say that this will be my preferred hotel for my Tallinn stays. The breakfast is fresh, very varied and of high quality. The rooms are spacious and full of light. Sauna and pool are clean and well kept. Would recommend both for business and leisure.

The hotel looks good inside but lots of mistakes from the service team need attention from managers. First of all they don’t clean well. The welcome card with different name and the hair in the bathroom of that person I suppose. The toilet was dirty. At the reception we said that maybe it is a mistake and asked to clean it again. After we found dirty towel from the floor on the dryer. No cleaning was done. The women at the reception was like sleeping during the check-in asked at what time we want to come to the breakfast and suggested to come at 11 am. When we came at 11 the women at the bar said that the breakfast is over but maybe “There is some food left” like if we were some homeless people at the backdoor and asked it for free. Later at the swedish table waitress start to take all the food out in front of us. We asked to wait for 2 minutes so we can finish, she replied:”No, it is not my job to wait”. It is only first day of our stay but already looks like lots of staff here not competent and don’t care of the reputation of the hotel.

Rooms were kind of dirty and the service not at a level one should be able to expect for a hotel that states they are 4 stars. Breakfast tables were not tidied and the few staff members around for breakfast smelled a lot of perfume which partially ruined an otherwise perfectly good breakfast. Front desk staff did not say hello when coming or going and it just felt kind of unwelcoming...

So far the best stay in Tallin. Nice room, good breakfast, SPA (included in the price) was clean and nice. Reception lady agreed for late checkout without any extra charge and helped with a parking.

Hotel Kentmanni is one of the best place to stay overnight according to my experience. Rooms are luxury, clean and tidy. Nice cozy spa. Gym. Breakfast is good quality. Last visit(yesterday) was really the best way possible personal welcome note by hotel crew and good quality bottle of sparkling vine waiting in ice bucket. That was really generous gesture. Thank You. I have been fan of the Hotel and will suggest it also to my friends. See You next time.

A nice hotel in the city centre. The rooms are very clean and tidy. It’s very quite and calm and the hotel is very easy to find. The morning breakfast spread is really good with a lot of options. However, the service could be improved. I wanted a glass of hot milk but the coffee machine there doesn’t have an option for hot milk. Even when I asked the person there, they went inside the kitchen a couple of times but refused my request for a hot milk. The check in process was good and the rooms were tidy on checkin. The mini bar is as usual not that great. The hotel is situated very close to the airport and a couple of tech companies so it’s very easy to commute. Overall it was a good stay.

Really nice hotel - rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, lots of plugs (both standard and USB) for all your devices. The heated floor in the bathroom added a surprising amount of comfort. Curtains block light really well, which was useful during the summer when the sun goes down around midnight and comes up by 3am! Breakfast was generous and very tasty, lots of selections from bacon and pancakes to salmon and local cheeses. One mild downside, the blankets were way too hot for the season.

One of the best 4 star hotels I ever stayed in. My room was very cozy, spacious and clean and it had a jacuzzi bathtub which is like a dream. The breakfast is of top quality and had so many different varieties that are local as well. The highlight of this hotel is their spa and wellness center, you can enjoy jacuzzi, sauna and steam for free with your room reservation. If i ever go back to Tallinn, I will never stay anywhere else, loved it!

Our stay was wonderful. Cozy rooms, spa was great, there was a lot to choose from during the breakfast and most things tasty. Rooms were clean and there was a comfortable acces to sockets and so on. Bathrobes were cool and made the stay even more pleasant. Smiling staff. Thank You !

Really lives for it's ratings. Great customer service and breakfast. And the option for a breakfast in bed worked really neatly and was on time. Good location, the port, oldtown and city center are in the near vicinity. Easy access by taxi. And a good neighbourhood, things can't be that bad next to the US embassy. The Spa and the saunas were modern yet very comfortable. 5/5, would visit again.

Comfortable modern hotel. Rooms on the highest floor are very good. Beds have nice hard mattresses and they offer a pillow menu. Breakfast is quite good. You can walk by foot to the old town, it takes about 10-15 minutes time.

Nice stylish looking hotel. Rooms have enaugh of room, beds very comfortable. Very big minus on breakfast arangements. There is no enaugh place for everyone, needed to wait for table long time. Used dishes are not taken away quickly, there were tables loaded with dirty dishes after people left and no one was in a hurry to take them away. As the result, there were no clean forks and tea spoons to eat.

A perfect 2 night stay in Tallinn. The location is central but surprisingly quiet, The breakfast was very varied and constantly replenished and the room and bed were comfortable, but the thermostat was on 20c as a minimum which I found to be uncomfortable so I had to open the window...sadly it was very windy and rainy so I had to close it rapidly. Otherwise it's an ideal stop in a beautiful Tallinn!

While I was staying in this hotel during the off-season in March, it was quite crowded at breakfast. The room price therefore was really great compared to our understanding of prices in the city. The room itself was a bit smaller than I expected from the booking site. Nevertheless enough space for two, and especially the balcony of our room in the 6th floor was great. The sauna and fitness area was ok, nothing super special and nothing too exceptional. After breakfast and after or just before dinner on the weekends, it was quite crowded. (not a fan of crowded spaces) I really don’t understand that Estonians always wear their bathing suits inside the sauna. It is unhygienic. ;-)

The hotel is in a good location but they do not replace the glasses with new ones while cleaning the room. they wash and leave in the room and it is not clean. After washing the glasses, they dry them with the cloth next to them and then use the same cloth in other places.

Stayed in Kentmanni 4 days visiting Estonia with my friend. Room was super nice, clean with balcony. Very friendly service, greeted us everytime we passed the reception. Breakfast was super nice. Great location near to the old tallin and city ! Highly recommend !!

Good customer service and nice looking hotel. I wish they had room service or a restaurant, Only food available is the breakfast buffet. spa area is small but it’s nice. Bolt food was working fine in this area.

We got room 420 and the toilet pipes smelled quite bad. Reception sent the cleaning lady who pour bleach so the smell was unbearable. I called reception and they told me to open the windows and wait since the hotel was full, and hanged on me. I checked booking and there were rooms available. I went downstairs to reception to talk in person and the lady I spoke on the phone told the other one in Estonian to change my room. She didn’t even looked at me or explained why she had lied. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing Hotel with very friendly Staff. The rooms are very confortable and It is my favorite accomodation in Tallinn. Repeat customers are highly valued and when you arrive at the room they await you with a nice detail. The breakfast is exquisite and I feel extremely welcome. Aitäh

Most people I know who stay here like it. If you’re used to staying at Hilton hotels, though, you’ll probably hate it here. I ended up moving to the Hilton Tallinn.

Good hotel. Breakfast was tasty, good choice. Hotel has a nice small SPA section - sauna, hamam and warm pool with jacuzzi. May be furniture in the room might be a bit more comfortable, but it was ok. Personal jacuzzi in the room was not very comfortable and clean, next time I would choose different room, SPA is enough, other things were very clean and good. Also I like the location, 10 min walk from old city, 5 min walk from shopping mall

Excellent hotel. Rooms were clean and modern and well equiped. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. It is in a great location on a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes walk from a late night supermarket. Also only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport and the ferry port. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

I had a great stay here. The rooms are clean, staff is very helpful and the spa is nice to spend some time in after a day in the wintercold, exploring Tallinn. On my last day, I asked for a breakfast on the go, which was very complete. I was even offered a fresh coffee. I recommend this hotel if you want to visit Tallinn. 👍

Polite and helpful staff, modern hotel, breakfast is great, gym and jacuzzi are also great. My shower's cabin door leaks while showering but that's not a major issue. Would stay here again.

The Hotel is extremely clean and has a great food variety for breakfast. The employees are very friendly and nice. Even when we lost one hotel card, they reacted very calmly. I can fully recommend you this hotel if you want to stay in Tallinn for a few nights.

Really nice hotel! Spa was nice addition, always very full but we enjoyed it. Room was spacey, clean and mini fridge was good plus. Breakfast was tasty and rich, even sparkling wine was served and desserts were good. Breakfast area was badly organized, so there was always a chaos on who was in turn next (other guests had poor manners on waiting in line). But in total good price and nice place, have visited two times and will consider coming again!

The Staff is amazing. I love the beds and the breakfast. Spacious rooms with everything a person needs. Super close to the city. The only problem is that windows do not isolate the sounds coming from the street,so this could be improved. The rest, 5 stars 👌😊

Amazing place to have a break between days filled up with city tour activities. Reach breakfast buffet fill you with energy for a day. SPA zone will relax after daily walking through the old Town places of interest. Nice service will help you to enjoy.

We got here a little early and assumed we were going to have to wait. Boris happened to be there and as he says. Hestia rooms are always ready. He was right, we got checked in early into our amazing room. Staff was very attentative and helpful. The maintenance workers around the spa were amazing. Always clean towels, floors squeeged. The spa is amazing for a hotel. Giant saltwater jacuzzi with 2 different types of jets. Big sauna with a proper heating element and rocks to throw water on. A steam room and a gym with lots of weights.

A bit of a walk from the harbour, and nothing really interesting in the immediate surroundings. But the hotel and rooms and very tidy and quiet, in a very good shape. A small SPA downstairs (not tested this time, though). The restaurant in nowadays (07/22) only open during breakfast hours, and the breakfast is excellent!

Honestly easily one of the best hotels I've been at. No fuss, great service, amazing breakfasts. The rooms are ok, nothing special but they have everything you could need. There's also a nice spa and small gym so bring your swimming suit!

Quiet location provides fully relaxed sleep. 10-15 minutes walking from old town. Nice facilities in hotel as well as in the room. Amazing breakfast but unfortunately restaurant is not available for lunch or dinner. Enjoyable "plus" the spa area when no kids there. Value for money hotel for sure.

Absolute great value for money. Facilities are extremely well maintained, the hotel is about 10 mm walk from the center, rooms on last floor with balconies offer a fantastic view. Wifi works perfectly and staff is very customer oriented. Ideal option for a stay in Tallin, i definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is superb as it is right next to the old town. It was easy to get around Tallinn from here. The room was comfortable and relatively clean (save for some hard water stains in the kettles/mugs and dusty drawers). The spa jacuzzi is nice with clean towels provided but it's usually very crowded after dinner time. Loved the sauna room as well.
