Lovely museum. Some of the exhibitions only are in Estonian and Russian. Would benefit from English displays too. Castle itself is very nice. A lot to see and walk around.

A very cool castle that I definitely recommend to visit. An adult ticket was 10€ and it took us 2 hours inside the castle, i.e. in the museum. Be sure to reserve at least half an hour for a walk outside too. The castle is very large inside and there are endless different rooms. In the meantime, it felt like we were getting lost because there were so many rooms and stairs. Quite a lot of different exhibitions can be accommodated there. I recommend taking an audio guide as well, from there you can learn a lot more about the history of the fortress.
