I love this place The burgers tastes delicious in there. Every time i go there i feel like im gonna come here everyday. French fries look super duper good. The cooking sound comes from kitchen what i dont like. The food smells good in there. I do like this place but its not my favourite place yet...

Worst KFC I have ever had in Europe. Seems like someone is forcing them to work there. I ordered a spicy burger it was cold as hell, the fries were damp. The only warm thing was the cola, even after ice in it, it was not chilled. Worst experience ever! I would have rated it -5 star!

Had to wait 30minutes plus for my meal. My head hurt yada yada. Got into the car to drive home and as soon as I got home I found that not only had I waited an insane amount of time but they forgot include my spicy twister. I attempted to call them but to no avail. No one picked up. Chicken was good hence why I didn't give it 1 star, had I gotten the wrap I would have been fine

Ordered through Wolt and once i checked my order ( few meals and SANDERS bucket) turns out they forgot to add wings to the bucket aka i just paid the full price for half a bucket and they don’t answer the calls either.

Good place to fill your stomach. Only downside or may be a good side is the location. It's located near the filling station.. So, good for people who are travelling by car but a bit far from Lounakeskus shopping mall.

First KFC in Tartu and still my favorite. Get your chicken on. Used only drive through, never been inside. Fast service, better than Mc near by.

First time visiting KFC. Weird experience. Language of communication: I thought that switching to Russian would make conversation more convenient for us (both personnel and me), he refused to talk to me in Russian, and asked to talk in Estonian. Felt embarrassing. No clear instructions were given on where to pay. I was told to wait, but not asked to pay. My first order was cancelled automatically as I did not pay. Suggestion: please put simple instructions for those who visit for the first time: order here, proceed to pay there, wait here. Food is 4/5, as initial order of mixed items got substituted to all of the same kind. We had 30 minutes to spend, and it turned out to be awkward and unpleasant experience.

If you serve fries don't use old dried inedible fries. It cost 1.80€ and for dried potatos it's too much! Self-service should offer takeaway/eat in option before payment.

Food is amazing but i almost got scammed, those machines where you order yourself, i used that think and it didn't even print a check, only took my money, i basically paid double that day cause i ordered from the cashier but eventually the money did come back in 3 days cause on 2nd day i wrote them an email

Chicken wings and nuggets are DRYED AS HELL…. Please change it. When order basket they don’t have enough products.

We tried KFC excitedly and soon realized it doesn't compare to other countries' KFC at all, maybe it's this particular establishment, but I literally have nothing nice to say and I was trying/ hoping really hard to like this place. We have been 4 times. At opening weeks it was really busy so fast food became 1-2hour wait, so we were making excuses that they just don't have the staff etc and cars were lining up excitedly. Then after a few months we went and they got our order wrong and I wrote them a bad review on their feedback site and got a discount coupon for like 5%( embarrassing) Then third time they got our order wrong and we had waited over an hour for it( so everything was cold as well). We weren't going to wait another hour for our right stuff so I just went to the establishment nextdoor and ordered food there. Also they never had anything that I was planning to order and that time the employee was quite rude and would not say what they had, just that they didn't have what I was asking for.(Literally me asking 4-5 times whether I could order this or this or this and she kept just saying we don't have that. When I asked what they had there would be silence.) We gave it a chance one last time.....we waited for a small bucket of original chicken for over 1h20min and went home to eat it. Opening it at home..I took a picture. Never again. They forgot to put seasoning in the flour?!?! It was just chicken covered in flour and fried. No flavour, no salt, no nothing...how can that even happen?! It was disgusting and I threw it in the trash. I will add the picture of my tasteless pale chicken. Obviously don't recommend this place.
