Excellent
experience
here.
A
lot
has
been
done
with
the
space
they
have
to
create
a
very
casual,
relaxing
dining
atmosphere.
The
decor
was
excellent,
very
open
concept
and
inviting.
Food
was
immaculate.
I'll
be
honest
-
I'm
a
meat
eater.
Any
kind,
any
type.
But,
my
girlfriends
vegetarian
(not
vegan)
and
I
was
tired
of
seeing
her
only
having
four
options
on
any
menu
to
try.
It
was
excellent
seeing
that
every
single
thing
on
the
menu
is
vegan,
and
can
be
made
vegetarian
with
some
substitutions
(can
add
an
egg,
or
dairy
cream
to
coffee
).
I
got
the
chorizo
skillet
which,
even
to
this
carnivores
tastes,
was
extremely
good
(I
added
an
egg,
and
recommend
mixing
it
all
together
-
tastes
best
that
way).
Girlfriend
got
the
vegan
waffles.
Both
dishes
were
excellent.
Ate
the
whole
thing.
Bonus
-
the
cups
of
coffee
are
gigantic
and
exactly
what
I
needed
Saturday
morning
at
a
vegan
restaurant.
An
excellent
experience
through
and
through.
They've
done
something
right
here
-
the
ingredient
combinations
are
creative,
and
obviously
designed
by
someone
who
can
teach
a
masterclass
in
flavor
profiles.
