I lodged here while on a trip to Tamale with my family. We chose the place because it was in the middle of town and also it looked great on pics. Positives: the price is low and it's right in the middle of town making it easier to frequent town without spending much on transportation. Our overall experience was a little on the low side; On checking in with my family on the first floor, we had difficulty with the water heater as it wouldn't flow probably because of low ascending water pressures. A staff had to sort us out with hot water in a bucket. Their customer service needs a revamp. The phones in the rooms are out of service and you have to dial a particular phone number to the reception which hardly gets answered anyway. A little renovation could turn the place around and also solve the leaky roofing on the corridors which I witnessed while there. There is a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel has good and spacious rooms and with the lady servants there, excellent services but the two men at the Reception are not hotel workers because they don't know how to handle human beings. The location is quiet good too. It's a lovely place I will love to visit again only if the two men won't be at the reception anymore.

Area at the main entrance very busy and noisy in the day but eerily dark and quiet at night. Low water pressure in the bathroom and you may have to use a plastic bucket provided. Moderate restaurant. Security ok. Saw some insects and rodents. Tired doors and locks, old looking bathroom and fittings. Polite and friendly staff.

It’s in the middle of town and if u are lucky you could witness some of the most interesting traditional dances sometimes held there! And you can rent their even space for your events
