Clean rooms, bad plumbing, nice TVs, lousy "continental breakfast." But... conveniently located right next to Wooden Café. Basic room was 150GHS. **UPDATE** Stopped going here after manager was extremely rude and insisted my child pay for a room of his own.

The owner is very rude and no concern for his customers We stayed here for one night. The rooms were okay, but our water heater did not work in one of the rooms. The worst part of our stay was dealing with a VERY rude owner who was arguing with my son and even worse with my wife. He told her to stop disrespecting him as the owner and did not care about anything with us as customers. He was so mean to his employees as well. If it was not so late when we arrived, we would have happily gone to another place. I hope no one else stays there!! He was so arrogant and so rude!

Decent place for budget travel. Clean rooms and hot showers. Nice for quick business trips. Restaurant isn't to die for. Conveniently located behind Wooden restaurant as a result. Helpful staff especially if you are new to Tamale. Careful when it rains though, compound and environs easily get flooded. Peaceful for weekend getaways too.

Not satisfied with service.. room gadgets n wardrobe are out molded...

Been using their services for quite sometimes, need to have the receptionist permanently at his post. And need to work on the entrance to avoid flood of rain water. No ideal to be walking in water after rain. There is room for improvement.

The place was cool. I always lodge there anytime I'm in Tamale. Not had any issues yet.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Air-condition rooms are spacious with adequate lockers. Rooms are nice and very affordable. Serene and quite environment with adequate security. Working staff are Profesional in handling client issues and complaints.

Beautiful place to spend your holidays anytime you go to Ghana. Closer to the city centre and airport. Excellent customer service and friendly Manager and staff. I will definitely spent time there when I go to Tamale👍

Nice place, around Gumani Tamale on the main Tamale - Bolga Road. Walled and paved surroundings. Close enough to local pubs /restaurants in Tamale such as Wooden. King David etc.

It's a cool environment but I don't like their cash before you stay policy where in this day and era, there are so many digital solutions around. They should work on that.
