Standard clean rooms . Toilets seat very old with horrible managerial services. Receptionist really polite snd ready to help . Seriously cantankerous manager with horrible and uncouth behaviour. Had to check out at 10pm for fear of the unknown due to the female manager’s attitude.. she said and I quote “ If I scream at you the building will collapse on us “ won’t ever recommend this place. Wonder how they got the nice reviews…

Room was filled with mosquitos (malaria?), windows were broken so it was extremely noisy all night, toilet didn't flush, and there was almost no water pressure in the shower so we had to use a bucket. And there was no hot water. But other than that, it was great!

Very nice hotel. Good atmosphere and active facilities. They have 24 hour lighting and water supply. Toilet and bathroom facilities are all in a good condition. If you ever need a place to spend your weekend or honey moon then go no where but Heritage hotel for good customer care and treatment. Tell a friend to tell a friend that it's the best in the Northern Region

The staff there are very bad. Every time I go, I will call the front desk and they will tell you that there is a room, but when I arrive, I am told that there is no room, three times

A very cool place with highly competitive rates. Neat rooms, Great environment. Friendly services and well cultured staff.

A serene environment. A regular size room. A balcony which I never had time to open the door because a chair in the room blocked me. Very good receptionists, a good cook. I was too busy at Tamale, Ghana that I didn't have time to go round the hotel. They need to have more cable channels, one was not enough.

Its located a few minutes from the CBD which is a plus.The place needs a face lift. The customer service was ok.

Had the most difficult customer service. Its had for them to communicate without being rude. Take your own towels and soaps. The have hot water though.
