Generally unkempt, apart from helpful receptionist by and large a neglected facility... Poor room service, horrible swimming pool, dirty rooms.. Only functional thing is the heater. One of the worst.. Has lots of catching up to do.

Run down, in need of renovations. Dark, dirty. Pool doesn’t work.

Given them overall 2 stars because i had a such a wonderful service Aminah and the manager, Understand they had to close down due to covid and just started operating January 2022 This has led most room and the environment with a lot of structural damage and defects but its still has some okay rooms. Will amend my review next i visit and things have improved which i hope it does.

This hotel can best be described as faded glory. You can see it used to be a nice hotel with a fancy restaurant and a swimming pool. We were the only guests, we could not eat in the restaurant (food was brought to our room). Choice for food was either fried rice and chicken or yollof rice and chicken and choice for drinks was either water or smirnoff ice. It has a bit of sadness, seeing an empty dining hall with a fridge with 5 bottles of water and 3 bottles of smirnoff ice.

Magnificent rooms, require maintainace , better room ambience than some of the popular ones. But largely aboundoned. Has the potential of taken over business in the Tamale environs

The place is bomb. Dirty and unkept.

A cool place to be. Unusually high rate for rooms just as any other hotel in Tamale without the facilities expected.

thought i could get a nice pool experience there but the place was dead as a cemetery.

Simple but very lovely time at Bigiza! Simple but neat rooms. Very friendly and supporting staff (service). Reasonable price.
