It's situated in a very serene, safe and residential area of Tamale.. Very easy to locate along the Kamina Bolga Road.. Very beautiful and quiet place to be.. Safe at all times.. Beautiful interior and exterior.. Very excellent stuff.. Conferences rooms... Water systems working perfectly.. Standby Gen set.. I loved my stay there and I will definitely be back.. I will recommend it any day anytime.. I almost forgot to mention.. Its very very affordable

Really friendly staff, breakfast included and a cosy "forest" bar to hang out in. Plus it is pretty cheap. The only reason I did not give it a five is because of the loud plastic doors but I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice budget accommodation when in Tamale. It is far less expensive than the average price hotel, It is clean and the bathrooms are big and clean , enough space, not luxury standards though. You go here when you are looking to save money on your budget. 😘

I booked my room a few days in advance, but when I arrived 1) the lady didn't seem to be aware of my booking, 2) I had to request all basics (towel, bed sheet and toilet paper), 3) what was written on the internet was very different from what I found (no internet, no restaurant/bar, no welcoming staff, barely no water running in the shower, etc.) This seems to be an hotel which used to be good, but it is not anymore... I have difficulties to sleep because of people moving their motorbikes next to my windows, and because of the rats (I supposed) living in the roof/ceiling. I will definitely never go back, and I do not recommend anyone to go there, especially if you're traveling on your own.

Hot water, Wifi, power, and AC! Everything was great here-safe place to stay and excellent staff.

Is a cool place and I like the bar there

Very nice and comfortable place to lodge. You go there first as guest and leave there as a family. My next visit to Tamale I shall surely lodge at Sundowner Lodge you guys are wonderful. Love you

It is just a bed. A lot of things in our room were faulty: the sink was falling apart, the shower only had a little trick of cold water, no towels, the air conditioning was dusty and the fan was loud. They gave us a bad room. It's just a place 2 sleep, nothing else really and it is affordable 4 ppl on a budget. They do have a bar that looked nice but we didn't have time 2 check it out.

Sundowner lodge is a very quite conduction place with luxury facilities and caring, respect, obedience staff.Is a very cheaper accommodations as compare to its facilities. See you there too.

Not one of the best guest houses

The lodge is decent for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable and spacey. Each room was clean and tidy. We stayed in the executive rooms and there is a big difference between the standard. Would recommend going for that instead of the regular rooms. The food is quite nice as well, the staff were effective and extremely helpful. The manager has done well.
