Poorly managed in terms of TV sets, floor cleaning, and water heater services. Food is good. Nice building that could be a splendid place of accommodation.

The facility has been run down. No proper cleaning of rooms and balconies, roof panels are rotting and no one's paying attention to it, leakages under window panes, pigeon droppings on balconies and balustrades, swimming pool not functioning and filled with a lot of weeds. I think the hotel is a nice facility and should be maintained well to the satisfaction of patrons. I think change of management will be of help. Many thanks.

This facility was very poor and has various infrastructural problems with leakage and stench. The rooms are spacious but not well ventilated. The campus in a bit muddy so problems when it rains. The government must supply enough funds for development

Nice Hotel at the entrance of Tamale the biggest metropolis in the north of Ghana in a peaceful and secure environment of UDS Campus, easily accessible when you just drive into the campus. It has also a good restaurant with a standard service one of the best in the metropolis.

The University of Development Studies has such a nice facility. However, it is not well maintained, with dirty rooms, dysfunctional systems including the fridges and AC on the rooms... Their meals are not pleasing with a very narrow change in the menu... If planning to spend more than two days here, I wouldn't recommend... Staff not responsive at all.

A big facility with little or no management. I was there when an international delegation arrived for an event and there was only one drunk manager who attended to the guests. When it rained the rooms were literally flooded, the geysers were leaking and most of the rooms were dusty. There was problem with the lighting system and we were told all the workers were on weekend break.

The hostel has well spacious rooms, but in the main hall, the AC isn't working making holding a conference there very uncomfortable considering the heat in the town

You get what you pay for… The standard rooms for this guest house is out of date and I do not recommend staying here if you have bucks to spend. If you are on a budget though it’s ok
