The Dam need Good Sanitation and Proper Handling. It's water is extremely polluted. Just a few years back it was Clean and it's surrounding was good for Refreshments and Fun. Even the trees around the Dam is been Cut off this Month. (I Plead the Government to include The {Builpela Dam} to Their ONE VILLAGE ONE DAM PROJECT. )
