On June 7th I was very excited to try out the restaurant since the exterior and interior look was very appealing. Unfortunately that will be my first and last time at the establishment. I was astonished by the rudeness and lack of customers service etiquette by one waiter in the establishment. He refused to give me back my money after they made an error with my order and I had no intention of taking home with me the wrong order. He kept on arguing with me throughout the whole exchange. I hope that the management/owner notes this and takes appropriate action since it would be a pity that such a restaurant would have to have such poor reviews.

The waiter delivered fufu that was spoilt and was rude when I confronted her about it. I bought 3 packs of fufu and none was good enough to eat. First time ordering and definitely my last.

The waiter I encountered was rude in his actions and gestures, not friendly and not welcoming throughout my stay. Poor customer service relations I must say. Aside that the food was good and worth the price

Serene environment, friendly staff and good food. This will always be my second home whenever I visit Tamale. Sumptuous meal! My expectation was really met on my second visit to the restaurant. But a little speed in getting the food on the table will be a big plus.

Their mango drink is 👏 amazing. Nice staff and good environment.

This restaurant is located not far from Tamale Stadium, easily accessible by road . It is the renovated and stylish former Savannah Restaurant. It offers a nice inner restaurant environment with easily accessible canteen, sitting place in an open well decorated place and under a canopy. The real innovation is the front outlet that delivers fast foot as well as breakfast menu. Make sure to visit there whenever you are in Tamale.

Love their Omotuo and Nkatekwan(Rice Balls and Peanut Butter Soup) but, I got served with fish full of maggots once so you might want to be extra careful when you order Adwene(catfish) from there. Also, customer service can be pretty bad especially if you go there as early as 11am or make the mistake of sitting outside in their hut instead of entering the building itself. They do have one really friendly waitress whose service I enjoyed though (didn't catch her name)

Their Goat Jollof is really good I’ve been to Favour many times and I’ve never considered trying something else on their menu (I do believe their other dishes would also be as good), and I’m not even the only person that says it; all my friends testify to that. So I do believe if you ever find yourself at Favour Restaurant( be it your first time or not, do try out their goat Jollof

The restaurant has a serene environment which is good for relaxation and they have waiters and waitresses who are really hardworking. They should keep up the good work

This is my favorite place in terms of restaurants especially when I want to meet friends or going to discuss great ideas or business with partners, Favour restaurant is my number one place because of the quality of meals they serve, the unprecedented customer service and the conducive environment. The location is very good and works for all events. The prices are moderate if you compare it with the quality of meals they serve and the customer service.

There was no guinea fowl and no tilapia and the main joint, however, a waiter named Matthew was certain it'll be available at the annex. I did admire the manner in which he tried to get us to go to the annex instead of going elsewhere. He even placed a call with his phone to place the order before you get there. I think he should get a raise. I had banku and grilled tilapia which was yummy. The waiter whose name is Christy was very polite and nice.

The menu offers a few continental and many local dishes, but not everything that was on the menu was available. it is a restaurant with a high standard and a fair price. Unfortunately, I didn't like the spring rolls because the dough was way too thick

Good customer reception, huge parking lot and great home made meals at affordable price. Keep it up.
