    Sugar and spice has started serving lunch in addition to their cafe. My lunch was delicious and world class. You should visit and try their lunch

    I just love that we're getting more places like this in Tamale. It's a small nice place, I tried their waffles, loved it, so yeah, I'd recommend it and oh, the smoothies too 👌🏾 Been having the frappuccino lately and I think I love it as well. Still the Simple nice interior. I'm adding some few pictures I took at place, with my phone FYI. I'm a photographer I can't help it😁

    Super nice staff. Coffee served was decent - French-pressed Folgers. They also had lots of flavored coffee options you can choose from. Didn’t try the waffles (next time!) but the kids had the ice cream. It’s the Frosty Treat brand (a step up from Fan Ice imo) and they add some of nice toppings for free (the littlest one loved that).

    Cool environment with some peace and quiet. Awesome choice for date 🤭 I wouldn't recommend the sandwich though because the bread was stale but the meat was awesome

    Poffertjes! What a surprise to find this place in Tamale! It was great to start my day here with a tasty cappuccino, some Belgian waffels and a delicious smoothie. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Very tasty fresh salads. Bit hard to find as it's located behind the petrol station, but a nice stop if you're around and looking for some western food. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have any pastries or much cake, just a couple of rather sad looking pieces.

    Love them. Wish there were more vegetarian options, but I enjoy their waffles and their green smoothies.

    Nice café with good salads and fresh juices even though they did not have many desserts when we visited. The also adjusted a salad for me since I am a vegetarian and replaced the chicken with grapes and chickpeas - awesome! :)

    I love coming here. Mama Fatima makes me a fantastic vegetarian dish and her smoothies, crepes and waffles are sensational. Lovely people, feels like home.
