Leg of guinea fowl with yam chips prepared the grandmother way at 100 cedi. No towel,no tumbler, no keetle though there put tea bags and cup, dirty walls which could easily be cleaned.

Honestly, there are much better places to stay. I had great expectations considering someone told me it was one of the best places in Tamale but unfortunately it's one of the worse places. Highly disappointed, the rooms are just flat out terrible! I can tell the owner is doing their very best but the maintenance is bringing the place down.

Beautiful environment with good services but more room for improvement: - in the tech(wifi) aspect -Microphones batteries should be readily available for replacements.

The hotel is located slightly out side town. But the place is very nice and beautiful. It's a place one must visit for your business or relaxation when ever you come to Tamale, or you are in Tamale

This hotel should really be a 1 star hotel. They have not been able to maintain the hotel and to keep the standards. Rooms not clean, bathrooms not clean. I saw a number of insects and a very large spider in my room.

One of the best if not the leading hotel in the city of Tamale with great service, good customer relations and good human relations from their staff too. You should try this place.

The receptionist is extremely rude. We called 3 times to book and each time she said she was busy so we should call back. When we complained on the 4th try, she angrily told us to hold on if we choose to and left us on the call for over 5 minutes till we hung up. I am giving them one star because there is no option for zero stars.

They have coffee! But you have to ask. Some decent espresso. Rooms could do with some softer lighting.

Mariam hotel is Agreeably the best and the longest standing hotel in Tamale and the North at large. They have - Single Rooms - Executive Standard -Executive Suit -Family Suits and more. Wi-Fi is available, breakfast is also available. It's about an hour drive from the airport (depending on traffic πŸš₯). You will enjoy yourself there.

A very nice facility and the tranquility there is superb. But a very terrible customer service. I advise the staff get equipped for a better service delivery to complement the facility.

DISAPPOINTING experience. The staff is neither friendly nor very helpful, but slooooooooow. Paying 60€ a night for a dark, old, frumpy room without a window is ridiculous. Only cold water in the bathroom. How do you justify these prices if you don't get any quality or service for it? Breakfast was okay.

Very disappointing hotel. We chose it knowing that it was one of the most expensive in Tamale and wanting to treat ourselves. Unfortunately the room was very basic, dark and dated. The bathroom clean but not nice. Ridiculous given their prices. The breakfast was fine but absolutely nothing special. The service was very slow, we were only given one towel and had to wait 45 minutes before more were brought. Also, DON'T BOOK ONLINE. When we arrived, we were unapologetically told our booking hadn't gone through because the website doesn't work (despite our received confirmation - luckily they had a room for us). We were then told the prices on the website are wrong and had to discuss for a long time before they agreed to let us pay the 550 ghs quoted instead of 600 that the standard room actually costs now - but reprimanded us not to book online next time. How about you fix your booking system before next time?! Good thing we know we won't be back anyway.

They have ok rooms and bad rooms (not even a window), realy depends on what you get. The reception service was not friendly all the time. The restaurant is ok with food and service. Last time I booked I left again, because the room was not acceptable. There are better places for that money in Tamale.

Great and nice hotel, rooms spacious, tidy and Serene environment. Much happy because there's a mosque in the heart of the hotel. However, the restaurant guys are not friendly

😐 Beautiful place, nice spacious rooms. It probably cracks the top 10 hotels in Tamale. However, a lot of improvement is needed in service delivery. Staff response time is poor, inadequate toiletries, worn out towels and sheets. The 3 rating was to be for the meals and good internet access; but the me...
