It is a very busy market, I had the opportunity to visit it on Saturday. You could get all food stuff and reasonable prices. Some of the goods I noticed available includes Sheabutter, Groundnut, cola nuts, all sort of grain and all sort of consumable leaves.

There's a lot of things to to buy here and the traders a good. The issues are language barrier among prospective customers and the traders. And the place becomes muddy when it's rains.

Can find anything here, if you know where to look. Most traders still mention prices in the old currency. Place is messy when it rains.

It's a good market just that it needed serious care and maintenance. It doesn't have Main gates and that gives substance smokers access to the market every evening

It's one of the usual Ghanaian open markets that is crowded on market days. No sewerage drainage, poor ventilation, and scorching sun. However, everything you wish to buy can be found here at moderate prices.

But some of the rich people here, are disturbing the market women. They are chasing them about Someone will meet up with the chiefs and purchase the plot where the market women are and sack them. Every two to three months, they are doing such🥺. So they need help seriously 😩

Selling and buying starts from after 8:00am. From 6:00am to about 7:30 the market looks empty with a few stores open and you can see few packing stuff out to arrange at the entrance to catch the attention of potential buyers. Serious buying and selling begins with erecting of the over 200 or so umbrella's displayed for shade and protection of items for sale right at, what was supposed to be the car park. The entrance is not spared with sellers sitting at both ends working hard to make ends meet. Most of the items are taken when a car is passing, afterwards it's brought back and back to business. Items ranging from fabric, cereals, tubbers, pottery, animals etc can be purchased in this market. Whatever you want to buy, be prepared to try your experience in negotiating the price. Price tags are not placed on items here.
