高崎駅から東方に車で20分弱、日光例幣使街道沿いに立つ「上州もつ煮食堂
乞和家→」の看板の先を曲がったらすぐに到着です!
《もつ煮定食》850円
おぼんで運ばれてきたのはもつ煮、ご飯、お椀、サラダ、漬物(きゅうりの浅漬け、もやしナムル)です
まずは彩の良いサラダをいただいたところでメインのもつ煮!
大根、こんにゃく入り、そして白ネギが添えられてます
おっ、見た目で気づいちゃったなぁ!
もちろん白もつなのは当然だけど、ツルんとした表面、クルンとした形が見えないってことは・・・おそらくは白もつの中でもシマチョウと呼ばれる大腸の部分が多い感じかな(^^)v
レンゲですくい上げたのはあきあかにシマチョウです

お~コレはめちゃくちゃ美味しぞ!!
クニャっとして弾力のある小腸のもつ煮も美味しいけど、ふんわりした口当たりで柔らかなシマチョウのもつ煮は激うまです!!
あれっ?...もしかして全部シマチョウ?
これは店主のこだわりがありそうだね!
もつ煮の中にもつ以外は入ってないお店もあるけど、こんにゃくと味噌煮込みの味が染み染みの大根もたまらなく美味しいです♫
最初に見たときはもつ煮の量は少なそうに感じたけど、思っていたより多くて大盛りにしなくてよかった~って感じだね(#^^#)
ちなみに味噌汁だと思って蓋を開けたお椀は大根と豆腐のお吸い物、これまたたっぷり入った大根が美味しいしサッパリ感があるからもつ煮定食にはピッタリです!
あ~マジで美味しかったなぁ~
群馬県で食べたもつ煮定食は両手で足りるほどだけど、これまでで一番好きなお店になりました!
絶対にまた来ます!!
