A very nice glasses factory with a nice souvenir shop and restaurant. Far from the high speed rail station. But it has free shuttle bus service.

Definitely worth a stop if you are in Minakami. The man at the information counter was very friendly. I purchased a glass wind chime as a souvenir, and the salesclerk boxed it up all nice.

The glass museum was good. Kids love the cute glassware on display. You can make glass cups as well.

Lovely place with a ton of made-by-glass things along the streets. Recommend to visit the glass museum and a day tour/work shop to make glass by yourself. Eventhough, the price of products is quite expensive, it worths for buying some small souvenirs

Amazing place where you can experience glass blowing and decorating glass housewares. I made a tumbler in only 20 ish minutes. A great afternoon activity with adults or kids, the museum and shop are also great, a must visit if you are in the area
