店員のやる気が全く感じない。
まず客がいても分からないと答えて逃げる店員がいる事。
他にも数人店員がいましてすみませんと言っても私語を話して30分永久に話してる店員。
最早店員が仕事を放棄しているので都心とかには無人のコンビニとかありますよね。無視されるのなら最早無人化してる店の方が全くマシだと思いました。
今回の件でセキチューには真面目に懲りました。二度と行かないです。
口コミを見てるなら本部の方がいれば是非セキチュー駒形店に行ってみて下さい。今迄色々とスーパーとか接客してるお店は声をかければ必ず答えてくれますよ。
分からないと言うのは店員の1番の逃げ文句であり、お客側としたら分からない、じゃあ違う店に行くしかないと言う心理を出させますから。
セキチューとベイシア系列の決定的な違いは知識がある、知識があるのでスピードも速い、安心して買い物を出来る。以前南モール店のベイシア系列で偶々不具合品に当たってしまった。しかしベイシア系列はアフターサービスが違う。大変お手数ですが商品を持って来てくれますか?と言い、その日に不具合でした、大変申し訳ございませんと言い、アフターサービスが確りとしていて、ベイシア関係なら安心して買物が出来ると言う信頼感が出来る事です。
