普段あまりスタバを利用してなかったのでメニュー慣れしておらすま、
コーヒーと一緒に何を食べようかがなかなか決まらないまま、カウンターでつい黙って立ちすくんでしまっていたところ、
それをすぐさま察してくださって、「ゆっくりで大丈夫ですからね」の安心の一言の後、わざわざカウンターから出てきてくれてまでお得なセットメニューを優しく丁寧に勧めてくれました。
土曜日の朝9時、店内はそれほど混んでなく後ろに次のお客さんが並んでなかったとはいえ、
ここまで気持ちの良い応対をしてもらえたカフェのスタッフさんは過去初めてでした。
こうしてレビューする側だとどうしても上から目線な評価が多くなりがちですが、
こういう寄り添った接客応対を提供してくださるお店や店員さんは、決して当たり前だと思ってはいけない希少で貴重なありがたい存在なのだと、ほんのオーダーだけのひと時でしっかりと実感させていただきました。
