日曜午後2時半に入店。大勝軒ならぬ大勝園。正面の看板は最近増殖している大陸系中華料理店風。この時間で先客6組。看板メニューらしき「大勝園地獄ラーメン」を注文。約15分で着丼したのは写真程赤くない辛味噌ラーメン風。スープを一口飲んで驚いた!美味しいのだ!ベースは豚骨醤油だと思われるがとてもコクがある。辛さは激辛までは行かない。バランスのとれたスープにチョイ太ちじれ麵が良く絡む。地獄ラーメンと言うと豆板醤や唐辛子が主流だがここの辛さとコクは・・・そうキムチだ。それも発酵する前の新しい新鮮なキムチなを上手に使っている。ニンニクやニラも適度に効いていてこれはスタミナラーメンと呼ぶべきものだ。しかしまさかこんなところで旨辛に出会えるとは・・・ラーメン好きに是非おススメしたい逸品です。
