If I could possibly give this place zero stars that’s exactly what I’d do! The customer service at this place, mind you (by the actual owners) is purely despicable; these people are so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny. The lady (owner) is the worst out of them all. I just went in there reluctantly after not having gone in a long time, due to no other closer Greek restaurants being around and I ordered the falafel pita and asked for her to give me another teaspoon of sauce on it, she rudely tells me it won’t fit and that I should try next time to order the more expensive item (which is the bowl) I explain I like to take it home and dump it in my own bowl anyways so that isn’t necessary to me at which point she proceeds to tell me “well that’s not the way you are suppose to eat a pita” 😂 so I then ask her if she could put it on the side and she told me she would charge me extra to do that and that she was already nice enough to give me an extra teaspoon but that she was losing money on me to give me another teaspoon!😳 When I told her I had stopped coming there because of the poor customer service and the blatant rudeness she told me “it’s ok we’ll be fine, it doesn’t matter to us one bit” This was in front of other customers waiting to order. Every time I have came here this place is reluctant to give you adequate portions no matter what it is, even condiments. She is always in the same nasty, mean mood. The food is not the greatest to begin with but coupled with the horrible, rude, unfriendly customer service offered by the owners it has made me come to the decision to never ever go back there. These people don’t want to go out of their way for anyone or take care of their customers at all. Very bare minimum is what you get here. Cheap and greedy is the only thing that comes to mind when thinking of this place with 3rd world service! Don’t waste your time or money on this place, there are a ton of places you can go eat at, pay a fair amount, get pleasant service and be treated like a human.

If I could I would eat here everyday. Clean establishment, friendly staff, fresh food and the list goes on

Amazing place. Great service. Great food. All the food is FRESH and cooked at the restaurant. Today it’s hard to find places like these. The best part is their amazing worker named Oz. Definitely coming back to see this handsome young man.

I have been coming to this place for 4 years now. Never disappoints, absolutely yummy. Good flavor, fresh veggies and good customer service. Highly recommend! My favorites are the shawarma bowl and the falafel pita.

10/10 !! 😋 Moved to Sunrise almost 2 years ago.... Why are we JUST now trying Pita Pita today ?! The flavors were incredible and do you see the portion ?! This will will a regular spot for us from now on. And the gentleman who took our order was super nice, great customer service. 👏

I had order a take out. I liked the quality and quantity of food that came. The food was good and also like the service.

10/10. I’ve had the falafel, shawarma, kuba, and all of the salads. This place is a diamond in the rough. I’ve had eaten this food for years and throughout the Middle East and I would say Pita Pita’s execution of the cuisine is on par with the best. ALSO- I’ve ordered from Uber Eats multiple times and the food is just as good as eating in the restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible customer service!!! The lady owner is the worse and is very cheap with the food portions. I went in there for a falafel bowl and she put one spoon of beans and rice then she proceeded to put corn 😂 she actually put 5 corns in my plate. I then told her is that all the corn she then said “well wait I’m not done!” I told her I don’t want it anymore have a nice day. She tried to tell me no wait..I walked out. I will never go back to this place just because of her rude attitude. Just greedy and big eyed with prices. I have been to other Greek restaurants and never had this experience. I give them a zero star. 👎🏽

Rudest service with the most expensive and least delicious falafel I've had in recent memory - this place has nothing going for it. They want to nickel and dime you when their prices are ready 3 to $4 a plate higher than anywhere else. Owner/manager, from the moment I walked in, had a horrible attitude (seemed like he was angry to have a customer). Very stingy with all the ingredients, which were extraordinarily low quality anyway and without some of the key sides. This is my third time here and the first two weren't much better, but I usually give places three strikes and they definitely struck out real bad all three. Sunrise pita right down the road - tried and true - best falafel in probably the country -and fresher, better quality ingredients for two to three bucks less. Pita Plus is a close second. Skip this one.

Best falafel in town and the service was amazing! Ron made everything fresh right in front of us and took pride in how it was made and presented. Very impressed!

If I can give it zero stars I will … I came in and placed a order just for her touch less pay machine to not take Apple Pay so I canceled the order b/c i left my debit card at home . She then started to yell at me well what you want me to do with the food… it’s not my fault your machine is broken and you didn’t say anything… and as a resturant owner a $15 bowl won’t kill u . EAT IT THEN TF😂

I ordered the Falafel bowl and was given plenty of options on what to add in to the bowl, sauces, hummus, vegetables etc. The falafel itself was perfectly fried, with a nice crispy outside, without being over fried. I will be returning on international falafel day, if not sooner.

My shawarma was great and the pita- like a cloud. And I'll send my husband. They have big verity of vegan options too. I would take a photo but finish my pita in 2 sec! Was yummiest. And I'll be back

Fantastic food, although a little pricey, but completely worth it. The portion size are generous, and the food is made fresh and tasty.

Fries were DISGUSTING! Yuck. Never had such horrible soggy fries....the shawarma was ok... and the kubbeh is good. Its pretty clean inside and they have seating area. All in all 2.5 stars outta 5.

Excellent food! Everything is so fresh and tasty. Definitely will order from here again. I got a falafel and chicken pita with fresh cut fries. Delicious! Unfortunately I at it all before I could take a picture. Sorry!….. Not sorry 😁✌🏼

Amazing taste, fresh, this is the place to come is you want healthy flavored food, and let me get to the service, “great” the guy at front, sweetest ever, knowledgeable, it was the first time for me being in this place and I love it, no fancy, but familiar and relaxed. Loved.

I love this place! Let me start by saying the peppers are sooo tasty and spicy and I love the kick it adds to the pita. The gentleman who made my pita put the ingredients together with so much care I was excited to unwrap my pita gift and enjoy the delicious, yummy awesomeness! At the office we have adopted it as falafel Fridays and it never disappoints.

Food was made fresh in front of us. Owner made me felt watched. Other than that they were good.

They have the best shawarma in town! Excellent portions, very generous plates for very reasonable cost! Love it!
