I ordered via food delivery app.. It is the second time this is happening! First time I ordered for stuffed chicken pepperoni garlic bread and they sent veg stuffed garlic bread. And they didn't bother to contact to respond for the complaint. Today again, I ordered for "chicken pepperoni" gourmet pizza and non veg taco. They have sent this nonsense thinking we don't know what we are ordering! And the phone is either busy or not serviceable! Big time scammers!!! Horrible service!!!! You need to shut down the place!

Just look at the quality of the pizza they delivered. For classic pizza and burger pizza delivery time takes 1hr and telling the order not applicable for service guarantee.Do you guys expect us to eat the food which is not good and hot.Service very poor. This is not the first time.It happens everytime when we order.

Worst store.. never seen the store clean.. delivery boy and staff behaviour is worst. Does not handle customer with respect.. when I raise complaint for order delay or about food quality, there are not apologising or not even talking in polite manner.. instead they always say that they will give discount or cash back.. they think that they can shut our mouth by saying discount.. Waited 15 agonizing minutes in line just to be rudely told to use the app or endure a 30-minute wait. Why the queue if I have to book through the app? One person handling orders while the rest of the staff aimlessly wander. Terrible service overshadows any potential for good pizza – not worth the hassle.

worst customer experience I've ever had. No proper AC, card payment was not accepted. They made me wait for so long, yet the food was not hot. Do consider the genuine review and take necessary steps to improve.

Hi All, Last 2 time I've order Veg Pizza....from West Tambaram Branch...They have delivery late and pizza was cool. its not good to eat. My personal suggestion....Plz dont order any pizza from this branch....I've totally wasted by money and family/Kids was not happy because on this. For 2.4 KM from West Tambaram Branch they have taken 90 and 60 mins for my ORDER1 and 2. I know some people will not trust this comments but you feel when you order.

Very very worst service, I never experienced it before in anywhere... The service lady fought with me for asking questions, she is not polite, she's not smiling for anyone, she is rude also, she is arguing too much and she never took my order also, what Domino's management doing? Worst place, went there asked staff to clean the table, he took off the paper cart board, which they giving for dine in also, who ate already, but not even wiped the table, again went to counter, asked them to clean, no one cleaned, while coming went to counter said worst service, even then no one responded, then left to pizza hut, didn't had my pizza at dominos, thanks domios by your poor service moved to pizzahut, going forward no more entry to dominos west tambaram.
