I don't know what it is, but they are very careless many times with order ACCURACY. MANY times, they send the WRONG flavor drink, the WRONG PIE, and put items such as onions on the food when you specifically indicate that you do not want them!!! At least three times, I have gotten and apple pie instead of the strawberry cream pie that I ordered!!!! I hate apple pie, and IT IS NOT THE SAME. I know that sometimes Dominicans think it is no big deal to give you a grape drink when you ordered a Pepsi, but this is ridiculous. There was even a time when I ordered a six dollar caramel frappe and the driver told me they were "out" of them and just brought a little cup of plain ice cream with some m and m's in it!!!!
