I use this business regularly and have done so for well over a year now. I can’t think of a single fault! I have had my brows tinted, waxed, lashes the same and curled. I have been several times with my husband for massages CBD and hot stone boy amazing 🤩 My daughter who is extremely anxious has recently started to have her lashes and brows done. Laura, Leanne, Emma and the rest of the team have gone out of their way to make her feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon always spotless. I highly recommend a trip here you won’t be disappointed. I rang this place up to ask about some treatment on my Brows & they wanted £25 just for a consultation!!! What a cheek! I rang up other place's & the consultations are all free, they said if they were able to do the treatment it would come off the price i said what if they couldn't do it? they said the money would be lost. Needless to say i went elsewhere!

Been coming to renew for a while, I travel from St Helens for my treatments as I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing job on my brows, had wax and tint and there just perfect. My IPL is coming along great. Such a friendly atmosphere. Thanks Leanne for working your magic 😁

I booked here off a friends' recommendation and am so happy I've found this place! My eyebrow tint and wax was superb and the lash lift worked a treat. I'm now booking regularly for brows and massage so I get my self-care fix. The staff are wonderful, professional and friendly. I can't recommend highly enough! Thanks for all you do ladies!

I’ve recently moved to the area and I am so glad that I have discovered renew! I’ve had a number of treatments including eyebrows, Indian head massage and mini facial with Leeanne, Charlotte and Emma. I love getting my eyebrows done every month. The wax is brilliant and pain free, the treatment rooms are very relaxing and all the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Leeanne has been so understanding and listens to how I want my eyebrows, she is so thorough and I always go away feeling great! Thank you - would recommend you to all my friends x

Came in to get a 30 minute facial and my eyebrows laminated, waxed and tinted with Leanne. Have nothing but praise! Felt so welcomed, was a warm and friendly environment, and Leanne did a perfect job and made me feel so comfortable, my brows and skin also look amazing! She made sure I was happy with it all and did my eyebrows to my liking. Highly recommend this business! Facial was also a wonderful and tranquil experience :). Thank you!

I've been going to Renew for the past 12 months since moving to the area, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Heather does a fab job of my brows, I've had amazing massage treatments, hopi ear candling, and recently started getting my nails done there as well. Every treatment I've had has been amazing, and Heather and the whole team are always super lovely and welcoming!

I had the most amazing back, head and foot massage done by Laura. In fact, I’d go as far as saying that the massages were the best I’ve ever had. Afterwards I felt so much more relaxed and my pain was very much reduced. I wish I could have one of these messages every week!! I also had my lash and brows tinted and a brow wax. Again, Laura knew exactly what to do and did a fantastic job with my lashes and brows. Laura was very attentive throughout and really made me feel welcome. I arrived feeling low but left feeling on top of the world! Looking forward to next time already, Thank you!

Amazing salon with the most fabulous staff! Have been going for a couple of years now, and absolutely love the atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and go the extra mile to make your visit extra relaxing. I had a full body CBD massage with Nikki, and felt so relaxed even the next day still. I have had back problems in the past, and Nikki took all of this into account and tailored my massage to this perfectly. Cant recommend more highly!!

I love coming here to get my treatments. I always go to Nikki who goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relax. She even put up balloons and got cake for my birthday. All the girls are so friendly and make you feel at home. It’s like one big family and they make their customers feel like they are apart of that to.

Always get treated so well at re:new, the girls are so knowledgable about all things beauty, so friendly and the only girls I will ever trust with my eyebrows. I have been coming to Laura for nearly 19 years and would never change her for the world!
