Dear
customers,
I
think
it's
time
to
say
enough.
We
cannot
consent
to
such
a
thing.
Each
of
us
has
the
same
situation
because
most
likely
this
message
is
the
same
for
everyone.
There
is
no
one
in
line
and
this
information
is
only
recorded
and
broadcast
continuously.
It
would
be
good
for
someone
to
remind
them
what
their
role
is.
Their
(GP)
responsibilities
include:
They
include
the
identification
and
management
of
illnesses,
providing
health
advice
and
referral
to
other
services.
GPs
are
required
to
provide
their
essential
services
during
core
hours,
which
are
8.00am–6.30pm
Monday
to
Friday,
excluding
bank
holidays.
So
let's
not
be
fooled
into
thinking
that
requesting
appointment
with
a
doctor
must
only
be
by
phone.
The
NHS
has
staded
that
appointments
booked
through
reception
must
also
be
available
to
everyone.
And
the
refusal
is
just
a
whim
and
an
invention
of
the
employees
of
this
GP
unit.
Finally,
to
sum
up,
one
star
is
still
too
much,
but
I
cannot
give
less,
unfortunately...
please
remember,
dear
customers,
that
no
one
can
block
our
access
to
the
doctor.
Because
this
is
about
our
health
and
life,
which
is
protected
by
law.
