Had
amazing
powder
brows
here
and
really
happy
with
them,
money
well
spent
and
a
great
job
done.
However,
not
quite
so
good
since
then.
I
went
back
for
a
laser
facial
and
even
though
eyebrows
were
covered,
the
start
of
one
of
them
was
accidentally
lasered
off.
Give
them
their
due,
went
back
and
got
it
sorted
out
free
of
charge
and
I
laughed
it
off
although
it
should
not
have
happened
in
the
first
place
though.
Thought
I’d
stick
with
it
and
booked
another
laser
facial
down
the
line
using
the
online
diary.
Not
long
after,
I
was
messaged
to
ask
if
I
could
move
the
appointment
to
a
named
date
which
I
said
I
could
not
do
yet
the
appointment
was
changed
to
that
date
for
some
unknown
reason
and
in
the
end,
after
lots
of
messaging
and
being
messed
around,
I
cancelled
the
appointment.
I
left
it
again
for
a
few
months
and
not
being
a
quitter
and
always
wanting
to
give
benefit
of
the
doubt,
thought
I’d
give
it
one
last
shot.
Booked
my
appointment
using
the
online
calendar
only
to
be
messaged
yet
again
a
week
or
so
later
telling
me
that
particular
clinic
is
closed
for
that
week
and
I
needed
to
rebook.
That
was
the
final
nail
in
the
coffin
for
me
and
I
cancelled
it
and
won’t
book
again.
Certainly
not
a
way
to
treat
customers
and
if
clinics
aren’t
available
then
the
diaries
should
not
allow
bookings.
Maybe
it
was
just
bad
luck
but
after
3
letdowns
in
a
row,
I
won’t
let
it
happen
for
a
forth
time.
