The woman who runs this place is a genius. She has systems in place to ensure the services they offer are always high quality. Beautiful products, well trained staff. They put you at ease when …let’s be honest….it’s a little embarrassing. The setting is gorgeous. The website is genius. The owner needs to teach business school. This is a well run place. If you can’t find it when you arrive, it’s tucked in the bottom right side of the shopping plaza. Forgot to mention that I don’t get a lot of pain from this. I can’t see if that’s my tolerance or their ability but I never find it that painful. The other thing I like is how thorough they are. Really great. Oh, and before I arrive today, they sent me a text, explaining me how to get in in case the door was locked. They basically think of everything.

Jade is knowledgeable and friendly and I always feel at ease during treatments. For those worried about having laser hair removal, I feel no pain and very little discomfort and don’t consider myself to be particularly brave! After care and advice is excellent and I feel I get good results and value for money. They also sell gorgeous, natural body scrubs, lotions and candles. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve had 4 sessions of laser hair removal now (2 with Sam and 2 with Jade). The results have been better than I could’ve imagined and both Sam and Jade have been so lovely. They have both made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and both have lots of knowledge about how to get the best results. The salon is also beautiful and always smells AMAZING. I could not recommend Tivoli Hot Wax and Laser enough and will be recommending them to any friends and family looking for a hair removal service.

Just had my second round of laser hair removal and honestly I wish I'd done this years ago. It really is painless and quick and I can already see results. I was nervous before I started treatment but was instantly put at ease. Everyone at THW is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend.

Booking system is simple and easy to use. Lots of reminders are sent so no chance of missing your appointment/if you need to cancel or rearrange you get all the details you need to do so. The salon is lovely, really welcoming, clean and calming. All the staff that passed me waiting for my appointment said hello and asked if I was ok. My therapist was so lovely and reassuring, I felt totally at ease and have booked my next few appointments! Great service all round ☺️ and would 100% recommend!

Jade was absolutely amazing with me for my appointment today. She was incredibly kind and really comforting. As a first timer, I was a bit nervous and not knowing what to expect, but she made it a comfortable space to be and kept the conversation flowing. She was letting me know what she was doing and why, just to put my mind at ease. The online booking system was really easy to use and the reminder texts and/or emails came in handy! Thank you, Jade. You’re a miracle worker!!

Will book again! I had Sam, she made me feel comfortable, she is very efficient, funny and professional. Not painful (wax) which is always great! Definitely recommend!

First appointment in my tattoo removal journey and Nathan put me at ease from the minute I arrived. The procedure was explained in detail & any nerves I had were gone once the treatment began. The treatment itself was pain free and the aftercare made clear. Nathan also said if I had any questions post appointment I could get in touch. I’m actually looking forward to the next session and seeing the results. Would highly recommend.
