I DO NOT RECOMMEND...DO NOT COME HERE!!! I got a full body wax done by one woman and she burnt my bikini area. she kept going over my bikini over 3 times and wasn't doing it by section. My bikini area was swollen!!! and burnt!!! left burnt marks there. everytime i would phone the manager, she would cut me off before i even explained myself. The girls are NOT trained by any means!!!!

They literally have no idea on hair coloring and using all outdated products which damages the hair. The main staff should learn what's customer service!!!

I’ve been visiting Good Look for a while today. However, I was really disappointed with the service today and will not be going back. I went in for a full body wax and face wax. I was told £50 in total over the phone and then was told it’s £52 when I arrived in the shop. I refused to pay the extra £2 out of principle. I’m not happy with my face wax and hair was left on my forehead and chin which I had to remove myself when I got home. They didn’t go over my face with thread after the wax. Something which they have done previously. The service was very rushed today and as a result I will be finding a different place to spend my money.

I'ts a very good place for doing acne treatments ,haircolour, and the rest i had mentiond ,rajj is a very nice lady and a proffecional worker she know very well what she is doing!! Just want to mention the people who come to this salon are rude their self they miss behave and try to get everything cheaper or for free with saying its not done good!! White poeple are better this and that !! Its sooo sad to see people how they behave to the workers!! Then yes they have to retaliate but its really bad to say they are rude because they are not i come for ages to this salon but never ever someone had disrespect me because i never been rude to them. Just sad to read the comments. ALLWAYS they try to fix and make their custemor happy. Its a sit and wait salon so thats why when u sit there u can absurve everything... Plzz dont give them a bad name they do their best for us and they have affordable prices...

I've been a regular customer at their salon, but my recent visit left me disappointed. They messed up my eyebrows and charged me 5 pounds. My eyebrows are uneven, and some hairs are left. When I tried to contact the manager, she was consistently unavailable and later blocked my calls. It was only a week, and when I tried to address the issue, they dismissed my concerns, claiming it was too late, despite my attempts over two days. Due to my busy work schedule, I couldn't call them after 5 o'clock when they were closed. Despite my attempts to address the issue continuously for two days within that week, I received no response. Even when I called the salon directly, I encountered the same unhelpful response. Upon my arrival, despite being told the manager wasn't here, I found her at the salon wearing facial cream. Unfortunately, she never acknowledged my concerns. Regrettably, both the staff and manager displayed a rude attitude, refusing to listen and walk away. It's disappointing to see them take money without providing proper service, especially when some workers seem untrained. I strongly advise against going there and recommend finding a better place, even if it costs the same or a bit more. I will not go again ! 💯😡

I have been going there for a while, for the past 3 times I have been to get my eyebrows done each time they ruined them.They have new staff everytime I go which dont know what there doing. Will not be going back again.

First time using the salon I could not believe how comfortable they made my daughter and me feel. No pain felt with any of the wax treatments. Definitely recommend if your nervous about first time waxing treatments and not to mention really good prices. Staff are really friendly and particularly Anju who was so friendly and made the experience so relaxed and pleasurable. Just can’t find any fault at all

They ruin my daughter s hair they. Charge me 20 pound for a maximum 10 pound hair cut. And one side of hair is long and other is short I wait for an hour and then come back disappointed they wore in hurry to attend new customers. Poor survice I have to go someone else to fix her hair.

felt uncomfortable, staff wasn't friendly, still have hair left all in the areas I had waxed! Won't be returning

The owner Raj highlighted my hair, she was very attentive and made sure I was happy while she was going through each step. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
