šŸ˜  If I could give it 0, I genuinely would, there have been so many cases with this GP where Iā€™ve ended up having to call 111 simply because I canā€™t get through to them. My most recent experience is from waiting in a hour and a half queue, going from 30 all the way down to 2 people and due to ā€œunforese... People often mention phone, appointment,

Absolutely vile place. The doctors are so dumb and stupid, i have never met doctors with no empathy, no respect or care. Xenophobic vile humans. Shouldnā€™t have a doctors licence, i doubt they even do.

Can never get an appointment at this surgery, even if it is urgent. Called from 8am continuously until 9am. They ask to call from 8. Evweyone needs to file a compliant to LLR ICB. Search "LLR ICB" and go to contact us page.

My most recent experience is from waiting in a hour and a half queue, going from 30 all the way down to 2 people and due to ā€œunforeseen circumstancesā€ Iā€™ve had the phone hung up on me. At this point I see no reason for this to even be a GP, might as well be an empty building.

Rang up at 8 to be on hold 45 mins. Connected made out they couldn't hear me. Went to reception to be told to ring again.rang again waited another hour and 45 mins for it them to say they couldn't hear me yet again even though my signal is completely fine and said there's no appointments left then put the phone down.

When ever I need an appointment ( thank God that is no too often šŸ™ ) the phone is engaged from 8 am and itā€™s say you are 40 in the line and by the time my turn comes they say no appointment. So why is always like that plus what about people who work 8,9 to 4,5 when they can call and book an appointment. Also why you canā€™t book an appointment for next day, week ā€¦..

If I could rate zero, I would. Telephoned on Thursday as I had received an email from my local chemist to advise supply issues from the manufacturer for one of my medications. Was informed by the receptionist that it's not their role to provide an alternative prescription and to go back to my chemist because its on them to sort it. I wouldn't mind, but Willows is not my registered GP practice. Apparently, I fall under the umbrella of them because my surgery has mergered with them and others across the city. Disgusting attitude of an NHS receptionist. No wonder GP Surgeries are so poorly thought of by patients, and patients can not see their own GP.
